Found myself on this side of town and desperately needed a pedicure. I stopped in around 2pm on Sunday and its not super busy. Parking out front. I was able to get in without a reservation. First thing you see when you walk in are the gorgeous chandlers, like wow. This place is very clean and the staff is friendly. I went for the Spa Pedicure with hot stone and I highly recommend. I would only visit this salon for basic pedicures or maybe a gel mani. I got acrylics for the first time and got a basic French and left with misshapen and lumpy nails. I sat for 2 hours and asked multiple times to fix the shaping. The painting of the French is okay but for $70 the acrylic shaping should be consistent and not lumpy. There's areas of the nails overfiled and other places underfiled. Nails have no apex, and are not square like I asked. There are places missing acrylic and gel. The man who did my nails was very nice, apologized multiple times during the service for the amount of time, and said that I was making him nervous because I know a lot of about nails, and I do gel x on myself at home. I just think acrylic was outside of what he does on a daily basis. Also, no nail prep took place. No cuticle prep, no primer prior to acrylic. I paid and tipped just because I don't want to be confrontational or give the appearance that I wanted a free service because I didn't. I was genuinely unhappy with these nails, and really wanted to love them. My husband booked this appointment because this is where I typically go for pedicures and wanted to treat me to a surprise nail appointment. I may be returning for pedicures but no longer willing to try any other service if I came back. I will be soaking these off as soon as I get home from buying acetone. read more

I came in to get a removal of builder gel that I had on. I requested that only the gel itself be removed and to keep my length and shape. The service was extremely rushed and I left with some spots being bulky from gel left on and other spots where my actual nail got filed down super thin. On top of that, she completely filed down the length of my nails and they're super short and misshapen. I spent so long growing them out!! There are lots of spots on my nails that are extremely thin and painful, and I'm struggling to soak off the rest of the gel myself. read more

I got a gel pedicure from a gentleman here and he was so rough with my toes, granted I did come in with pretty short toenails but he was moving so fast he was stabbing me and ran the file on my skin a few times.. I yelped and pulled my foot away a few times and he just kept moving so fast.. but I can get over that, but the final product was just.. not good... very sloppy work.. my big toes have white gel all over the skin.. this is after I scrubbed them myself.. not worth $45 However I will say my girlfriend got her toes done by this cute lady and they looked incredible! I'm not sure if she understood because she went after my right toe and it was EXCRUCIATING. Even when I gasped in pain she continued to dig. She barely addressed calluses even though I paid for it. Next Jaqueline did my nails. I was told I couldn't have the shape I asked for even though I'd had that shape the last couple of times I came in. I paid $150 on nails because I was starting a new job and just wanted to feel good today. One thing that doesn't feel good on the first day of work is having a swollen and wounded toe. read more

I will start with the pros. The salon itself is very clean and the people there are polite. The location is very convenient and walking distance from my residence. However, I am very disappointed in the services I received while here. I got a dip manicure (over my natural nails) and a gel polish change on my toes. The total for these 2 services was $75 (without tip) which is a little steep. I wouldn't mind the price if the service was great, but my nails started to chip and peel within 5 days of getting them done. Its been about 2 weeks now and 7/10 of my nails have chipped (at the usual salon I go to, I can get 3-4 weeks without chipping/peeling). Let me start with why I am giving them 1 star the salon is very clean and nicely decorated. But for customer service I had a young guy do my pedicure and he was just upset from the start l. Like if he didn't want to be there. His phone was ringing while he was doing my pedicure. He asked me to pick my pedicure. I picked the classic $30 and showed him a pic of what I wanted and he said my Total was $57 I said ok since I had my 3 year old with me and she was getting polish hands and toes. So in my head $30 for my pedicure $20 for my 3 year old. $7 for my design. When I was done he said $77! I said no you told me $57. He said that was just for you. I replied you said my total! I have visited this nail salon twice now. I I actually had a wonderful experience both times. First time, I called in and the person told me I can come in immediately. I loved that given that I was 5 minutes away. Today, I also walked in and they were able to give me a gel mani and pedi right on the spot. Doesn't get any better than that. I have tried the hot stone pedicure and as others have mentioned it isn't worth it. They just rubbed the hot Stones up and down your shins a couple of times. They could have placed tiny basalt stones in between your toes to relax your feet even more. That would have done the trick. This time I added the paraffin do my pedicure. It was only $8 more and felt amazing. The women who did my pedicures both times were so sweet. The first woman actually massaged my calves so well thats why I'm back. This second woman's massage wasn't as deep as the last one, but oh well. She was absolutely wonderful and even offered me water . She took so much time with each service I missed brunch time at the Cheesecake Factory. Next time I wish that they would have someone else work my manicure at the same time that I'm getting a pedicure. that way I could get out sooner. I would absolutely come back, except I'm from LA and I don't expect to be back again. read more

I'm from out of town and had heard about this establishment for quite some time. I was excited to try their dip powder because they have so many colors and styles. I travel for work so my time is limited. I called in advance and made an appointment for 6pm after I got off and told them that I wanted dip. I arrived a few minutes early and they started on me right away. Including tip, I paid about $50 The photos you see are my nails after exactly 1 week. Dip is supposed to last "up to 3 weeks" so this is absolutely ridiculous! First my thumb nail chipped 4 days after my appointment, the polish chipped on my index finger 6 days later then the same thumb nail cracked in half 7 days after the appointment. Walked in 1 hour before closing was told there was a 30 min wait for a full set, but a girl that walked in after me for a pedicure was helped right away, idk what that's about. She broke down the cost as follows $30 for a regular full set $15 for gel polish $5 for the stiletto shape $10 for these nails being "long" I do not think these nails are long at all and when I asked to cut my nails shorter because I didn't wanna pay $10 she told me that the stiletto shape doesn't look good with short nails, wth.
