Found myself on this side of town and desperately needed a pedicure. I stopped in around 2pm on Sunday and its not super busy. Parking out front. I was able to get in without a reservation. First thing you see when you walk in are the gorgeous chandlers, like wow. This place is very clean and the staff is friendly. I went for the Spa Pedicure with hot stone and I highly recommend. I can't wait to try the one with exhilarating sugar! This might be the best pedicure I've had in a long time. Henry actually massaged my legs and feet, absolutely incredible. I almost fell asleep. Feels like Im walking on clouds. Please go see Henry. You will not regret it!
I have been a regular at Anna Nail & Spa since the start of college in 2018. I refuse to get my nails done anywhere else anymore! Everybody here is friendly, fast, and thorough. I have never left with nails that I don't like- always perfect every single time. They really make sure to get the shape, length, and design perfect. Although they are a tad pricier than other nail spas, I find it to be absolutely WORTH IT. Like I mentioned- I refuse to get my nails done anywhere else now. I have NEVER been disappointed at Anna Nail & Spa. They offer other services as well, such as waxing and facials. I cannot speak to the quality of these services as I have only come here for manicures and pedicures, however I would guess that they also do a great job in these areas given my experience.
I would only visit this salon for basic pedicures or maybe a gel mani. I got acrylics for the first time and got a basic French and left with misshapen and lumpy nails. I sat for 2 hours and asked multiple times to fix the shaping. The painting of the French is okay but for $70 the acrylic shaping should be consistent and not lumpy. There's areas of the nails overfiled and other places underfiled. Nails have no apex, and are not square like I asked. There are places missing acrylic and gel. The man who did my nails was very nice, apologized multiple times during the service for the amount of time, and said that I was making him nervous because I know a lot of about nails, and I do gel x on myself at home. I just think acrylic was outside of what he does on a daily basis. Also, no nail prep took place. No cuticle prep, no primer prior to acrylic. I paid and tipped just because I don't want to be confrontational or give the appearance that I wanted a free service because I didn't. I was genuinely unhappy with these nails, and really wanted to love them. My husband booked this appointment because this is where I typically go for pedicures and wanted to treat me to a surprise nail appointment. I may be returning for pedicures but no longer willing to try any other service if I came back. I will be soaking these off as soon as I get home from buying acetone.
The salon itself is clean, very well decorated and the people there are polite. However none of that matters if the work doesn't measure up. I got a gel pedicure from a gentleman here and he was so rough with my toes, granted I did come in with pretty short toenails but he was moving so fast he was stabbing me and ran the file on my skin a few times.. I yelped and pulled my foot away a few times and he just kept moving so fast.. but I can get over that, but the final product was just.. not good... very sloppy work.. my big toes have white gel all over the skin.. this is after I scrubbed them myself.. not worth $45 However I will say my girlfriend got her toes done by this cute lady and they looked incredible! Just be careful who you go to here!

So when I went for a pedicure , I had amazing service and was very happy with my pedicure . Today I decided to go in for a full set . Spent $70 , this is the worst full set I have ever received . Plus it took 2+ hours . Residue left all over my fingers , paint left on my skin , nails aren't even painted fully , bumps under polish , paint already chipped ... very disappointing
How does this place not have a better rating? Went in yesterday to kill time for an appointment and they took me in right away for my SNS manicure. I explained that I had an appointment in 55 mins across the street and wanted to see if they could finish and they said yes. Plenty of colors and awesome service!! I was out the door with a few minutes to spare and my nails look so good!!!
Ok so this spa is adorable! First of all the classiest decor and chandelier and the cleanliness of the tools that were used and the pedicure was clean as well. There were 2 other techs sitting by and learning how ours were giving the pedicure. Also the professional way my Nail Artist asked if I liked my polish and made sure I was taken care of in every way! Plus we were the only 2 in there! Thank you for our cute toes you'll see us again Xoxo

I had a great experience with Jackiee. She was so attentive to me and really cared about her work. She took great care of me. Would definitely return! Prices are also very reasonable. Located in a good plaza with food options and a an awesome massage parlor next door. read more

So when I went for a pedicure , I had amazing service and was very happy with my pedicure . Today I decided to go in for a full set . Spent $70 , this is the worst full set I have ever received . I love this spa! It's beautiful inside and the nail techs are all so nice and great at what they do... Henry is my fave! Competitive prices, nice menu of services, and hundreds of polish colors to choose from. They have gel polish, dip gel, and I'm sure can do acrylics and anything fancy you can dream up. Highly recommend. Also they accept Venmo but do your best to bring cash for tipping! read more

Let me start with why I am giving them 1 star the salon is very clean and nicely decorated. But for customer service I had a young guy do my pedicure and he was just upset from the start l. Like if he didn't want to be there. His phone was ringing while he was doing my pedicure. He asked me to pick my pedicure. I picked the classic $30 and showed him a pic of what I wanted and he said my Total was $57 I said ok since I had my 3 year old with me and she was getting polish hands and toes. So in my head $30 for my pedicure $20 for my 3 year old. $7 for my design. When I was done he said $77! I said no you told me $57. He said that was just for you. I replied you said my total! I was very upset and will never be back. I will also upload pic of what I wanted and what I got for $57! Basic pedicure with regular nail polish! I hope this review helps someone else before this salon takes advantage of another person! read more
I have visited this nail salon twice now. I I actually had a wonderful experience both times. First time, I called in and the person told me I can come in immediately. I loved that given that I was 5 minutes away. Today, I also walked in and they were able to give me a gel mani and pedi right on the spot. Doesn't get any better than that. I have tried the hot stone pedicure and as others have mentioned it isn't worth it. They just rubbed the hot Stones up and down your shins a couple of times. They could have placed tiny basalt stones in between your toes to relax your feet even more. That would have done the trick. This time I added the paraffin do my pedicure. It was only $8 more and felt amazing. The women who did my pedicures both times were so sweet. The first woman actually massaged my calves so well thats why I'm back. This second woman's massage wasn't as deep as the last one, but oh well. She was absolutely wonderful and even offered me water . She took so much time with each service I missed brunch time at the Cheesecake Factory. Next time I wish that they would have someone else work my manicure at the same time that I'm getting a pedicure. that way I could get out sooner. I would absolutely come back, except I'm from LA and I don't expect to be back again. read more

Anna nails stopped caring about they're presentation of the product they were providing. After years of service to them. I have found a new nail salon (element nails) they have been the best every time! I won't be seen here now. read more

Felt like I got over charged for what I got! Paid 70 for gel manicure! I feel little disappointed . Also hasn't even been 24 hours and my nails are already chipping ! What a waste! my thumb nail it's already chipping, my other hand looks like gloppy and disappointing and my other hand looks like sloppy ! read more

I'm from out of town and had heard about this establishment for quite some time. I was excited to try their dip powder because they have so many colors and styles. I travel for work so my time is limited. I called in advance and made an appointment for 6pm after I got off and told them that I wanted dip. I arrived a few minutes early and they started on me right away. Including tip, I paid about $50 The photos you see are my nails after exactly 1 week. Dip is supposed to last "up to 3 weeks" so this is absolutely ridiculous! First my thumb nail chipped 4 days after my appointment, the polish chipped on my index finger 6 days later then the same thumb nail cracked in half 7 days after the appointment. Waste of money! read more

First of all I think my nails look bomb! Overall I'm happy with how they turned out. Walked in 1 hour before closing was told there was a 30 min wait for a full set, but a girl that walked in after me for a pedicure was helped right away, idk what that's about. I knocked a star off mostly because of the price. These nails cost $60! She broke down the cost as follows $30 for a regular full set $15 for gel polish $5 for the stiletto shape $10 for these nails being "long" I do not think these nails are long at all and when I asked to cut my nails shorter because I didn't wanna pay $10 she told me that the stiletto shape doesn't look good with short nails, wth. I admit they do a good job but I think a fair price for these nails would be $45-$50. In total I paid $70 including tip. After a poor experience at another salon, I needed a fix me up ASAP. This salon delivered. They talked me through the errors of the other salon and gave me advice on what to look for when getting SNS. Not only that, they helped me pick the perfect color match for an amazing glitter they had available. There was such care given to make sure my nails were rehabbed and looked amazing for the holiday season. Even after something happened to a nail (after leaving the salon!) they fixed it quickly! I am an extremely happy customer and enjoyed every minute of my time there. The other customers were extremely loyal, one lady has been coming since the 90s because of the superb quality and customer service.
