It gives me a heart shaped face which I like, and now when the hair grows back in that specific area it will be awkward, frizzy, and it won't fit back into my ponytail for a while, I'll need lots of hair gel to tame it. If they would have asked me I would have told them no, which I now know for the future what to tell them. But if would have been nice if they would have asked before they did it. Around 4, she came out with her previous client, checked her out, and booked her next appointment before bringing me back. I totally understand that appointments can run over, and things happen, but I felt like there wasn't much acknowledgment of the delay or consideration for my time. Thankfully, I didn't have anywhere else I needed to be, but if I had, it could have been frustrating. I think what stood out to me most is that if I had shown up 15 minutes late, I likely would have been charged a fee or asked to reschedule. I believe that same respect for clients' time should go both ways. With that being said, I probably won't be back. The space was beautiful and the shop was cute though.

They did SUCH a good job on my acrylics! Got a full set when I came in after I took a nail break due to a different salon doing horribly. Wanted to go a light color for Easter and they came out exactly how I wanted. I had Cindy and I recommend her highly because she's extraordinary. A few rude people came through while I was getting my nails done and the situations were handled gracefully by Cindy and the staff without disreupting any of the clients which is extremely important as the atmosphereis key. The staff was very lighthearted and carefree despite being super busy and Cindy got the job done fast!!! Check the place out! I have had an amazing experience each time I've gone here! I have funky nail beds and Nick has not only mastered how to do them but does an incredible job with the designs I've requested as well! His mother has always done my feet and she does an incredible job as of course I have issues with my nail beds on my feet as well. Even when my people I go to haven't been there all the other technicians have taken very good care of me! This is my home nail salon and I highly request it! I went in simply to have my nails removed, and what should have been a straightforward service turned into an extremely painful and upsetting experience. During the removal process, my natural nail was broken and began bleeding. I was in so much pain that I was sitting in the chair crying, yet the service continued. They used files and other tools directly around/on the area that was actively bleeding, which I found extremely concerning from a sanitation and safety standpoint. Even more concerning, they attempted to put nail glue onto my already broken and bleeding nail. At that point, I was not only in significant pain, but also extremely uncomfortable with how the situation was being handled. I expected basic care, sanitation, and professionalism, especially when an injury occurred during the service. After everything, I was still charged $15 for the removal. Being charged after leaving with an injured, bleeding nail and significant pain felt incredibly unacceptable. I left the salon upset and in pain, and I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. Nail services should never come at the expense of a client's safety or well-being. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses how injuries and sanitation concerns are handled in the future.
