This nail salon is absolutely horrible! From the start, I asked if they were sure they could do my nails the way I wanted, and they confidently said yes -- but the end result was nothing like what I asked for. When I tried to express my concerns, instead of fixing the issue, the nail tech actually threatened to call the police! She refused to remove the nails, saying it was a "service," and wouldn't even let anyone else in the shop help me. The whole situation was extremely ghetto and unprofessional. I'm not even a picky person -- I was respectful the entire time -- but to be treated like this is just crazy. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I came in 2 days ago and got a $40 pedicure. Kevin was the person who did my services. He was in a big rush and he was also very pushy. He was also not friendly and instead of talking normally he was yelling. He used a electric file on my toes and I asked him if he could push my cuticles back and cut them. He did not do that. However he said he did and that I wasn't paying attention. He didn't bother to file my nails are trim the dead skin around my nails. Then after using the drill to smooth out my nails which didn't really work because I had cuticles that needed to be trimmed. He proceeded to paint my toes. I called him the next day and tried to explain to him what I wanted thb I'm he said you can come in and I will fix your toes and I was trying to tell him aboutdeascskin skin and cuticles that needed to be he used the cuticle trimmer. When I came in to the facility he right away said I'm going to charge you $10 because it's your fault about your toes. I said no this is not my fault I tried to explain to him that he didn't properly trim the cuticles or even buff them. He was extremely ly mad and said that he did and kept in sissy I was wrong and then said do you want me to fix your nails or not it's your choice you can leave now while yelling at me. I said yes I would like you to fix my toes and it wasn't about the Polish because he assumed that's what it was. All together it was a very bad experience and he made me feel very uncomfortable because he was yelling at me and he was extremely unprofessional. I do not understand how somebody could work in this profession and treat people like that. It's safe to say I will not be returning there again. read more

I decided to give this place a try and I wish I never did. Waste of $60. I called at 4 and was told I didn't need an appointment as long as I was here before 5:30 show up at 5:15 and was seated right away. Get the premium pedi. When she did the wax it was way to hot, I get it has to be hot but they normally cool it a bit. I told her and she said oh well it has to be hot. Then she starts arguing with me because I didn't want gel on my feet. I ask her about a basic manicure and she rolls her eyes and told me to ask someone else because she was leaving, and told me next time come earlier. Before she was even done with my feel they made me pay and I still give her a tip. Right after I tip her she takes off and make someone else finish. They don't even use top coat. Went in for a fill. Had a picture of what I wanted. He was leaning towards a pink glitter so I picked a pretty pink color. He put the glitter on the wrong nail and ended up doing three coats of the pink so I said never mind on the design. I didnt have time to walk him through it. The three coats of gel polish made them really thick. He didnt get the polish down to the base, over painted on some sides, and under painted on other sides. There are bubbles in the polish and they just look sloppy. They look like I did them myself instead of paying $30 for someone else to do them. I had to get to a 2pm appointment and came back after, around 2:45pm. I walked in and explained that I didnt like them at all and wanted to know if they would charge me to fix them or just take them off completely. He kept saying how he had to do 3 coats because it was a light color and a new color. So I'll pick a different color. Then he said of course if I pick at them they're going to chip. I told him they were not peeling because I picked at them they're peeling because of how they were painted. He started to take the polish off one nail and then tells me that it will be $10 for the polish change! I told him to stop because if I'm going to pay for them to be done again I'm just going to go somewhere else. I've never been to a nail salon that not only wont acknowledge that they could have done better, but will charge you to fix their mistakes. The place seems relatively clean. It is pretty inside. The prices are cheap. But I guess you get what you pay for. read more

I got a classic pedi and a gel manicure. I can't really complain about the pedicure as it looks good and well done. However, i did not like the gel manicure. The pedi and manicure were done by two different people. So this review is primarily for the badly done manicure. First of all, the manicure was done while i sat in the pedicure chair. I don't think this allows for a proper manicure to be done. Second of all, they did not push my cuticles back, they barely removed any of the dry skin around my nail. They then applied the gel but did not leave any space between my cuticle and the gel. So basically the gel touches my cuticle and there is no definition between the gel and my skin. The gel is also extremely thick, so much that there are noticeable bumps and my nails have a weird shape to them. i dont expect it to last very long because the gel is so thick read more

I love going here for my pedi's .. but this time I decided to also get my full set done. Wrong choice. I showed the tech the photo of what I wanted. Super simple short acrylics with thin french tips. Not only did he lay the nails wayyy wider than my nail bed, the tech started doing the dipping powder, that I did not ask for. When I stopped him and reiterated what I wanted his energy shifted and was soo aggressive when filing my nails. ALL MY NAILS WERE EXTREMELY SORE THE NEXT DAY. I ended up having him finish the filing and put a clear coat and got out of there. i went home and filed them down to the shape I asked for. Paid full price and tipped him but will not be going back. Went in today since this location is 2 blocks away from where I live. Got greeted right away, asked what my needs were and I probably waited for 5 minutes before being taken care of. I showed the nail technician a picture of what I was looking for and he went right to it. My total time there maybe 30 minutes which is pretty amazing considering every technician was busy with a client. My nails came out better than the picture and the price was very reasonable (34$) for a fill, nail cut down, reshape (went from coffin to oval) and color change. Pretty satisfied with the service and very satisfied with my nails. Will come back for a pedi next, see how that will be. read more

I picked out a shade of green and got a light grey. This is about my 6th time coming here first few times were great . Last two times I came I had a bad experience . First experience the lady was drilling the acrylic on my toes on the wrong mode and I felt the pressure go through my toe . I don't want to be rude because the workers are usually great here and the energy is good but today was not the best and I don't think I will be back . The guy who did my toes first seemed annoyed or like he had an attitude with what I asked of him . He tried drilling all my gel polish off ruining the natural oils of my nails and seemed flustered when I asked it be removed with the foil instead . My toes are uneven and I always get my toe nails long and somehow the toes on one foot are nubs ... not sure how that happened. My first expirence the male who did my nails seemed very angry. I had asked him to smooth out the acrylic a little more on one finger and he became defensive. My nails were ok,but could have been better. Ana who did my pedicure came out good,I was pleased. I decided to try this place one more time. I will not be returning. The polish for my pedicure ended up smudging when they tried to put my sandle on. I asked for it to be fixed,they tried. Now I just have an indent on my toe because of the excessive amount of polish on my toe and polish on the skin of the other toe. My fill looks horrible around my cuticles. I don't know if they rush because they are understaffed, but I wont be spending my money there anymore.
