NEVER GO HERE. Absolutely the sloppiest, laziest work I've ever experienced. Tiger (the male nail tech) did an awful job on my nails. My gel polish was full of bubbles, and when I told him I wasn't happy with the result, he dismissed me by saying, "Just don't look at the nails so close up." It gets worse--my pedicure was even more horrific. There was hair embedded in my gel polish! The lack of care and attention is shocking. To top it off, they charge premium prices for this garbage work. Avoid this place at all costs. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

I've been coming to iPolish for a couple of years and I've seen just about every nail tech in the place. It's always clean and tidy and I've always received great service. I've asked for many different artistic full acrylic sets and have always been happy with the result. The pedicures are great as well. I have no hesitation when recommending them to others. read more

A friend and I needed to get our nails done after we touched down from our flight. We found this place on yelp and the reviews seemed promising. We walked in and it took a minute or so to get helped. Another customer walked in and actually got assisted before us because we were sitting in the chairs waiting while she was standing at the counter. We informed the staff that we had just arrived as well and we were seated. We got pedicures together and I got a fill while my friend got a gel manicure. The work was average. No real WOW factor. My friend didn't like the shape of her toes and I asked for a tech tip on my nails and it looked mediocre. I had to ask the tech to wipe it off. Also the air conditioner doesn't work in this establishment and no one mentioned it. There are more than likely other establishments in the area that will provide a better quality of work. read more

I shared a picture and asked if my nail girl if she could do it. She said yes. I took as she could replicate the ombré designed with a flower The ombre looks like a child did it! It does not blend well at all. She tried for over an hour to do the Flower and it looked like a fence post. Finally, I asked her to make a pretty flower design. That turned out also to be below par. Lynn was very nice and she did a good job with cleaning and trimming but anything other than basic nail design is not in this shops capability as two other people tried to help her and failed. I've been coming here on and off for the last couple years. However recently it's been my go to place. The folks working up front are always friendly. I used to come in to see whoever was first available and never had issues; now I book ahead and see Tammy for my gel mani and pedi. Tammy is great and consistently does a fantastic work. i had the worst experience at this nail salon. The workers were so disrespectful to me my nail tech cut me multiple times, and the application of my nail tips was not good at all. He got mad at me for telling him that he filled my nails crooked. I said nothing mean or disrespectful to my nail tech i was respectful and nice. He called over another worker and they both were very disrespectful towards me yelling at me saying i don't know how to do nails and he is a professional, but i know what good nails look like at that was not it. After they changed me to another nail tech he was filling my nails for about 30 minutes the length i wanted was now so much shorter than i wanted. i was there for almost 3 hours just for a full set. i went to go pay he tried to charge me 70$ for something i did not ask for. i explained to him i was not paying that. Usually I always have a great time at this place and enjoy my service but today it just seemed to lack, unfortunately on my birthday. Me and a friend went to get our service, no appointment, but we requested two pedicures and asked if they had any availability at the moment they said yes and they took us to the back. My service started immediately but my friend serviced was delayed by 15-20 mins. He is a guy and apparently they have a rule where the male workers do not work on male clients. It was just disappointing that there was no communication, I understand we were a walk in but at least mention that my partner was going to have to wait, I wouldn't have mind waiting so we could get our services together. Our technicians were good but once again there wasn't any communication. I also requested my usual color but when it was applied it was very bright and not at all like my usual color which was supposed to be sheer. The color that was applied was very opaque and bright. The instruments used had been used on other people's nails and when finished with the file, clippers, and metal cuticle stick, the technician threw them back in the cart, not into a cleaning solution. In July I took my Hubby for his first ever pedicure. He was very impressed and extremely happy with Tammy who gave him an excellent pedicure that included a wonderful foot and leg massage. So I have gone here a couple times over the years and the service use to be great but after yesterday I won't be back. Went in for a nail repair and a wax. The repair was ok but my issue is the wax and waxer. I got a brow, lip and chin wax. While I was there I told him the wax was a little hot he said ok but I guess didn't understand. Fast forward I get home and my face is super tender where he waxed so I checked didn't see anything woke up this morning to a burn mark on my face!!!! Thanks for the 40 burn plus tip!!! Took my friend to get her nails done for her wedding. She was with Tony who did an EPIC job. Her nails were a dip manicure in a very nude peach and looked perfectly natural with her almond shape. I had another lady who seemed to know what she was doing but she moved too fast with her cuticle nippers and I have three swollen and inflamed cuticles with cuts and pus. They're cute BUT I'm praying they don't get infected. Sigh. They know how to do excellent work here but you have to remind them to slow down and pay attention. My hands literally hurt and I'm concerned I need to soak my dip off to keep from getting an infection. Ugh. But the bride looked amazing so there's that lol. I've been coming here for exactly a year now. Andy is PHENOMENAL, I won't let anyone else touch my hands in there. Nothing against everyone else, but when I find a tech I like, I stick with them! However, it seems like once they raised their prices the service of the shop has gone down. This is my third APPOINTMENT in a row where I'm waiting 30+ minutes to be seen. What's the point of an appointment if you're not going to honor the appointment time? Not sure if the nail techs are getting slower or if they are money hungry and rather squeeze in walk ins vs honoring loyal customers appointments? My dip nails chipped and broke in a week. I wear my them for five weeks when not done here . My gel pedicure chipped in two weeks - save ur money. TERRIBLE service!! We got mani pedis during our time at ipolish. The pedicures were beautiful but the manicures turned out like this... The pink nails, on an 11 year old mind you-- jagged edges, misshapen nails that are more like talons (not at all what she verbally asked for), and different thickness and length per nail. For the French tipped nails, that they had already attempted to fix once-- are grainy/bubbly and they had to use gel in order to conceal that you can see plastic tip underneath, and again...jagged edges. When it came time to pay (over two hours since starting), I kindly explained that we were disappointed in the work and that we were going to have to go get our nails fixed the next day. I pointed out that there were multiple points during the visit that we expressed our dissatisfaction and that the outcome was one that I was not willing to pay for. However, I did reassure them that I was more than happy to pay for the pedicures because we were more than satisfied with those. I said all this very kindly and I was even kind of embarrassed for I'm a softer personality. Well, let me tell you. That did not go over well. Myself and my 11 year old were then yelled at by multiple workers saying that we HAD to pay for the service that we received despite it being poor service. YELLED AT. It was a full blown scene. The man who did my 11 year olds nails then proceeded to yell that it was exactly identical to the photo that she showed him. She showed him no photo-- she didn't have her phone on her and later confirmed with me that she didn't use a magazine or the man's phone. So he's beyond rude AND a liar. They then proceeded to pull my 11 year olds arm over the counter and pass around her hand in disgust that we would be complaining. One lady even tried to aggressively file her nails down at the check out counter. They had nothing to say about the disaster that I was wearing on my hands (the French tips) and would revert the yelling and attention back to my 11 year old whenever I would bring them up. The yelling continued until I agreed to pay for the complete "service". I disputed the charges and they got NOTHING. To ipolish-- I am disgusted by your staff. I had no issue in paying for a service well done (pedicures) and was still even willing to tip despite the poor customer service. I was NOT willing to be treated like trash or to let you try to intimidate us by your yelling and gossiping in your language. I don't feel at all guilty that in the end, you got nothing. Everything in this world comes back to you and all you really did was bite yourself. Thanks for the free toes. They look great. read more
