This is weird! While in the neighborhood yesterday, I made an appt for iPolish. Checked in early, waited for the tech. I was happy when I left the shop, but then overnight this happened!???? What's going on? Is it products, is it professional know how? I'm mystified at the fact that I can't get a nice gel polish that will last for 2 weeks, at the VERY LEAST! This one will probably last because it doesn't look good. I like the concept of the shop. I liked the cleanliness, the staff seemed cordial, busy. I will not go back. I keep trying to give this nail salon another chance time and time again but it's always the same result they're always mad you feel scared to ask a question or tell them How you want your nails done because they have a constant attitude. They're super over priced for crappy nails and pedicures save your money and go to any other nail salon besides this one it's really the worse!! read more

I hate leaving terrible reviews and I want to say good things but I simply can't. Every time I have ever gotten a full set here they've lifted within a week. They charge you for absolutely everything and anything, basically for breathing. The nail techs rush your nails as if they get paid per person (likely why they lift so fast). Also, don't tell them you don't like gel on your nails or they will attack you and ask 100 times why you don't want it and make you feel like you're stupid for not liking it. I once was charged over $50 for a fill with NO gel. I Literally paid more for a fill than I do for a full set. I thought the pedicures were at least worth it because they take their time and do a good job. I take that back now. I was charged $58 for a gel pedicure and $10 of it was from a "repair" where they repaired absolutely nothing. They put the tiniest dab imaginable of acrylic on the corner of my toe (which was never damaged until I started coming here) & called it a repair because they are money hungry and want to rob people. I can go somewhere else and pay $85 for a pedicure and full set that actually lasts and looks good. They don't care about clients, they care about making as much money as possible and today was my last straw. I will never go back and after several visits and them getting worse every time I felt that I needed to warn people. read more

If you need to get your nails done...look no further! This is the spot! Really cute, very clean. Very skilled artists. They can create beautiful designs/art for your nails, but I kept mine more simple this time! Coming with a picture of what I want has kept me incredibly happy with my nails. If you need help, they are all aware of what's very trendy and cute! I get gels and gel acrylics here. I've been trying to be good and not get acrylics, but I caved today and I'm so glad I did! :D I do love their gel manis so much. My nails are always cleaned up so perfectly! I love my set, color, and I had the kindest tech artist today! His name was Andy and he always does a great job. My nails are always perfect with Jennifer a too! Everyone has been great including the receptionist! I can't remember his name:( Sets start at 45 for gel and go up from there. Design, length, etc can make the price go up like anywhere! It's best to make an appointment bc they do get really busy, but if you call early enough in the day they will do their best to get you in! I really want to get a pedi here, I just haven't yet! Definitely a poor experience. I needed to remove old SNS and get a basic manicure. A basic manicure how hard could it be? Atleast 4 -5 times I was asked " you don't want a gel manicure?" No, I want a basic manicure, the nail technician rushed through the entire service , drilling off the SNS to the point I could feel heat on my natural nail from over drilling. Then came the shaping, filing, buffing, sub par all of those , no hand massage, a quick sloppy base coat and a top coat and pointed a fan towards me and walked away. When I went to pay, I asked, "is a hand massage not included in the manicure?" They told me yes it was, well I didn't get one. They took 5$ off.... My nails are rigid and uneven and feel over filed down from all the drilling. I can't imagine if I had paid more money for gel or SNS how it would've turned out. Save your money ladies.... There are plenty of wonderful nail technicians out there who care about the well being of your pretty fingers and toes instead of the $$$$ you are spending and rushing you in and out with a shitty result! read more

I'm seriously so upset. this is the worse nail job I have ever had. The lady kept hurting me with the buffing machine, three of my nails are super crooked, and one of them doesn't even match the shape of the other ones. Not only was this a bad job but another client lady sitting a foot next to me was not wearing a mask and kept sniffling the whole time! No one said anything to her. Once o was done I told the manager or owner of my experience and all she said was oh you can com back tmrw and I will fix it for you. I got a very simple gel nail manicure and something as simple as that is not worth coming here! Please don't waste your money! The guy I had didn't even fully cover my nails and I had to ask him to go over again which thankfully he did but you would think after doing so many nails you could obviously tell it just looked unfinished? Wonderful service, and felt welcoming, All I wanted was French tip with dip. I asked for a tip on a nail that shorter then the others, nail tech "jayden" stated he would be adding a nail. Next thing I know my nails are all painted and he said he would have to over... although we consulted about putting a tip on. He said nobody will notice. Lol To top that off he only but one too coat on. Now nails on day 4 are horrible. I checked out and paid $60 for horrible mail tech and horrible nails. I found this nail salon here on Yelp. I liked many people said this place was clean and followed covid protocol. I found this to be true. As soon as I walked in I saw all employees wearing mask. I was also asked to sanitize my hands. I got a gel manicure and pedicure totaling $101 . I forgot to ask for a price menu but it was reasonable. I previously had hard gel on so she took some of it off with the drill. I was then moved to the pedicure station and Tiffany was going to do my manicure at the same time. The girl doing my pedicure showed me the menu. I pick a lemon scrub. I didn't say gel nor did she ask, assuming she knew since I scheduled for Gel mani and pedi. She was half way done when Tiffany noticed and told her I wanted gel. My nails have been holding up one week later. The only nail that cracked and peeled was this one nail I noticed the gel was not as thick as the others. Other than that I am happy with this salon. Tiffany did a wonderful job with my mani. Although there was a miscommunication when booking my appointment, they were able to accommodate me and get both services done. I originally wanted to see Jonathan for my gel manicure because my sister spoke so highly of him but they sat me in Nathan's chair. When I tell you I've never witnessed someone apply a gel manicure so fast in my life.. I mean less than 10 minutes. I felt rushed but was still happy with the results. I just had the absolute worst experience at this establishment. I have been going to this salon since I moved to the area in May and have NEVER experienced what I experienced today. The jerk in the photos treated me as if I owed him something. From the moment I walked up to his chair he was rude. Rather than greeting me he just said "sit down" and walked away. This caught me and another customer completely off guard. I ignored his rudeness and proceeded to get my feet done. I inquired about a nail color and he was very unhelpful ("they all look the same, it's close enough") which is insane because this is your job!! The entire time he was very rough and aggressive (throwing my foot, filing my skin etc) with me. At one point HE made the dryer for the gel polish fall on my wet feet then acted as if it was my fault which it wasn't, it was him trying to rush me out of his chair. He mumbled something as he was picking up the dryer but I couldn't make out what he said but I'm sure it was something inappropriate. Upon completion of my feet, he turned on the water, rinsed my feet one last time, half a** dried my feet then walked away and didn't say thank you, didn't give me a ticket nor say goodbye. At that point my feet were still wet so I asked another employee for a towel, she said something to him in their language then he ran over and attempted to toss me a towel. At that point, (I was so distraught that I almost left my purse in the chair) I just grabbed my purse and walked to the front to pay (which I shouldn't have but I'm not like that). By the time I made it to the counter to pay I was shaking excessively from anger and almost in tears (I cried as soon as I walked out)!!! He doesn't deserve to be in a profession where he is providing a service because he is RUDE, UNFRIENDLY and a PIECE OF SH*T!!!! Avoid him at all costs because I would hate for him to make anyone else feel the way he made me feel this evening!!!!!!! As much as I love this place, I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! I usually go to the Stash House Nail salon but they are by appointment only. Since I had a last-minute trip to Vegas and I was in the area I decided to stop in... Was a little skeptical due to the yelp reviews but my husband convinced me to just stay and give it a try and I'm glad I did. They were really busy for a Friday evening but she gave me about a 10-15min wait time. I waited about 30mins but now a big deal. I got a gel manicure and she finished really fast and they look great. All of the techs were really happy and in a good mood. I'm a really picky person when it comes to my nails so I was really surprised that this was a hit for me. The young lady up front could have been a bit more friendly but she wasn't horrible so I'd definitely try again read more

A friend and I scheduled an appointment together and they wouldn't seat us by eachother, even though we had called ahead and asked. To follow, the nail technician argued that I couldn't receive a fill on my 2 week old acrylic set and insisted I get a full set when it wasn't needed. The nail tech took over 2 hours to complete a simple manicure color and charged me 20$ dollar for ONE LINE on my nails after she had done it. Awful place. I went to this establishment about for a year or so and every time something was wrong. There are numerous tech that DO NOT know how to properly do SNS. It was so bad one time that I went up to pay and the cashier asked to see my nails and asked me to come back another time for them to fix without me saying anything. Walked in for a pedicure and luckily they were able to get me in. The location is cute when you walk in and pretty clean. The guy who did my pedicure was nice but he was really rough on my toes when applying the gel. I'd never had my toes filed that much before and it was painful. I've gone to the salon many times, and every time I go there is something wrong. I have to go back multiple times to get things fixed my nails begun chipping after I started coming to the salon and I've never experienced broken nails or chip nail before. I even experienced cracking in my nails multiple times. This is hands-down the worst manicure I've ever gotten. I spent $100 to get an uneven almond shape French tip that was cloudy in the center. I got a gel manicure and she buffed my skin and burned my hand. She would throw my hands into the water and was extremely rude. She barely cleaned under my nails and somehow managed to paint under them. Her filing was done horrible and is misshaped. One of the men painted my moms nails and it looked like a 3 year old did it. This was my first time coming here and never again. My nails are horrible. My regular nail salon is in Gilbert and I was on a time restriction and had to come here. I came in for a removal of my acrylics and a manicure, the removal was quick which I liked but he drilled my nails to the point they were on fire and I told him to stop and he tried to keep going NO SIR! And then let's not even get on the rushed manicure looks like my 5 year old niece did it and they don't care about fixing it she told me it's cause the removal. This place is terrible! I asked the workers if my nails were too short for a manicure and they said no. The gentleman recommended this color because my nails are too short. As soon as he started I told him I needed something darker and he said I needed to wait till he's done. When he was done I said I do not like the way it looked and he told me "it's fine" neutral is better. I told the receptionist and she told me he told her I picked the color when I did not.
