Usually love my experience there, I always go to Andy & Brittany which are amazing. Today I went to get a pedi and it started off great, unfortunately the tech started non stop talking to her co worker next to her and wasn't paying attention to the service- she ended up hurting me pretty bad my nail was broken so it was tender in the area she was very rough, I asked her nicely if they could stop talking until my service was complete. She told her co worker and she rolled her eyes and chuckled which I found super rude and uncomfortable. I am paying for a service and I expect all focus to be on the sharp tools you are using and also to ensure best quality and fast service. I wast very disappointed with todays service. read more

IPolish Nail Bar - My toe cut - Nail Salons Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Ladies and gents, go somewhere else ! Came to this place because it had decent reviews, and the pictures of the nails clients posted looked amazing! I tried this place out and was so disappointed!! I came back 3 times in total for them to fix my nails. The 1st nail tech was disrespectful and sensed annoyance in his voice whenever I would ask him to fix the details I would point out. It was, in my opinion, a very simple design square shape, black french and showed him an inspo picture. After getting them done, I spoke to the receptionist who asked to see my nails and in better lighting we both could see that the black gel polish bleed onto the pink and that there were fibers and dust particles visible. She told me he could fix them now and explained the process of how he'd fix them, I declined and let her know I've already spent a decent amount of time waiting to be seen and getting them done, I didn't want my mom and sister still waiting on me and that I would call later to make an appointment for the following day. When I got to my 10am appointment I was turned away from the same receptionist I spoke to the first time and was told, whoever I spoke to over the phone messed up and did not properly book a repair appointment, and told me to come back the following day. I told her I did my part in showing up to the appointment, asked why I couldn't be seen by someone at the time she said she couldn't take me due to low staff and them not available to do nail repairs. She said the nail techs don't come in till noon. Came back the next day, 2nd nail tech attempted. I mentioned how thick it felt on the tips and was worried the gel polish wouldn't dry and cause lifting in the future. She told me to leave them in the lamp for a bit longer so that they can dry. I left still thinking about it not being fully dry. That same night, the gel polish was already lifting! Called in the morning and spoke to the person who did my nails, explained to her that it's ridiculous this happened for the 2nd time. She blamed me and asked what I was doing to cause them to keep lifting, then blamed the gel polish because it's black. I went back later for a 3rd time, and she blamed the way I had my thumb placed into the lamp and said that's why it kept lifting. After the 3rd visit I was over it and tired of coming back for the same problem. I ended up going somewhere else to get them changed. I don't live close to this place so you can imagine what a huge inconvenience this was to be coming back and forth. The total cost was 75$, not worth it if it means coming back and forth for the same issue & the end result still the same. They never offered to credit me or refund me in some way for my time or travel. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I HAD to leave something to speak on Andy's work. He's been taking care of me the better part of a year now and as you can see I am a "tall" order. He works rather quickly but is precise! Gives an indecisive girl ideas when she needs them. Tips to help keep them from breaking due to length. The entire shop is so nice to me and always say "Hey Z!" When I come in. A favorite for sure and the pedicures are great too! Definitely will be returning as I have been. read more

Unfortunately this is one of the worst manicures I've ever had done. I read some of the reviews and decided to give this place a chance however it was so so terrible. I didn't get what I asked for, it cost a lot of money, and i had to fix my nails afterwards. And not only all of that but I also got my fingers cut in the process which caused my fingertips to bleed. I would never go back to this salon and would not recommend to anyone (unless you like ugly nails read more

Horrible experience. The worst nail place in Phoenix. I got a pedicure and dip on my fingers and it only lasted about 2 days. I called the owner Kim and explained what happened and emailed her the pictures I have included below to show her just how bad my feet and nails were and she still wouldn't credit me back the full amount. I spent $120 bucks for the whole thing and live 30 minutes away. This is not how you treat clients. I would stay far away from this place as possible. I gave her a chance to correct and make it right and she chose not to so I will take my business somewhere else and hope you will too. Go to business that make things right and what's fair is fair and not make you jump through hoops to get a refund. Pictures speaks volumes to the quality and integrity this company lacks. read more

Like many of you, I was lured in due to the overwhelming positive Yelp reviews. My experience here today was not good at all. First, I was waiting at the front desk for five minutes with no assistance. I went around the desk to motion to one of the ladies working that I was there, she interrupted me and said "wait at front please". K, no problem. Finally the guy at front desk comes. Then I sit down to get my nails done. I have been getting my nails done every 2-3 weeks for the last three years. Never in my life has my esthetician said so little to me. I kid you not, in one hour, she said "do you like the shape?" And "do you want me to file down more". Nothing else! Instead the entire time she spoke to her coworker. Then I asked if I could have an LED light instead of UV. She scoffed at me, turned to her coworker (the manager/owner), who said "they are the same thing". I said no they are not they are two types of lights, and she shook her head, interrupted my sentence, and said they are the same thing. Fine. At this point, I'm like okay customer service isn't great but I should give them a chance. She is putting on my second coat of color, and every time she messes up, she rubs in off with her finger. I couldn't even believe this, not with a brush, not with a buffer, with her finger. I now have streaks on 3 of my nails. My total appointment took 40 minutes, she was rushing the entire time it felt like. Shortest gel + removal of gel appointment I've ever had, and it shows. The paint on the cuticle is not even, there is streaks from where she "wiped it off" and my ring finger on my right hand doesn't even have paint at the edge of my nail. Overall, this is a cute studio but the customer service and attention to detail needs significant help. Disappointed read more

I am not one to write reviews or say negative things about small businesses, with that being said; I've gone at least 5 times, hoping that the outcome would be great. For the quality it's extremely overpriced, chips within days. Service is not great. If I am lucky my nails may last 1 week. I tried different nail techs each time, and the end result was always the same. Definitely not worth the price. read more

I decided to try a new salon considering the ones I used to frequent have had less than favorable reviews with their handling of COVID. Upon entry, I immediately got a good vibe from the staff. Tiffany was the one who did my nails and let me tell you! The shape, the length, the time she took was PERFECT! Not to mention how nice she is! I am so happy with them. And super affordable too. When the guest next to me was done and left, I personally watched them clean the chair and station she was at, and they did the same when I got up as well. I could smell the Clorox, which was surprisingly refreshing to know it wasn't just tap water! Definitely will be coming back. read more

IPolish Nail Bar - Just what I wanted something bright but not too crazy! - Nail Salons Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I called and made a reservation for 6pm. I arrived a 5 minutes before 6, so I didn't think I'd have to wait long to be seated. I didn't get seated until 6:15, which I didn't mind. Everything was fine until it came to the polish. I had asked for a French tip, and it was the worst! I asked the lady to clean them up because they were too chunky. She tried to fix them but they came out worse and were all different sizes. She forgot to add the top coat and by the end of the week the polish was chipped. The whole pedicure just felt rushed, and I just wish the lady who answered the phone could have just told me they wouldn't be able to fit me in when I called. Only reason why I stopped at this place was because I needed my toes done ASAP and I was 40 min away from my regular salon. I had high hopes but I was so disappointed because of the reviews and how pretty it looked inside. I would add pictures but It's embarrassing because my toes look so ugly. I am already very self conscious about my toes and after I left this salon, I felt even worse. read more

I asked for an elegant look and somehow ended up with year 2004 french tip. All you can do is really laugh....but its sad. How is this place new and hot? God knows. I ended up with bubbles on my nails. I can name sooo many other places better than this but its was my fault for believing the hype. Aside from the Regina Gretchen nails i also witnessed one of the employees get fired sooo awkward and unprofessional i was uncomfortable. This place is a no go. read more

The interior of the place was beautiful, and and the receptionist was very pleasant. I asked for a design, and the lady who did it wasn't familiar with how to do the design so it took her a few tries. Eventually the overall look was accomplished but the finish was not great. My cuticles were black, and I still had polish on the edges. And when I had asked her to file a rough tip I had noticed as I was checking out, I deffinatly felt that 'I'm done with you attitude. I probably won't be returning. read more

We decided to try this place out last week because our typical salon was closed. We both had appointments but I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my appointment, which left my friend waiting for me for nearly an hour after she was done. I got ombré nails done; which turned out perfectly! My technician was amazing, but the business could use some improvements in terms of their flow and appointments. 2 hours is quite a long time to spend getting a manicure done. So just be warned that you may have to wait. read more

Had an appointment for two, started us at separate times. Was told they were running ten minutes late but they didn't start mine until 35 minutes after reservation. Personally, I have a love and hate relationship with pedicures but this place changed my mind. I hate it when nail techs accidentally cut skin when cleaning cuticles, filing, or scrubbing too hard. The man who did my pedicure was very attentive and careful. The salon itself was nice- loved the gold accents! It was very pretty. I also love how they use liners for pedicures and are clean. I wish I lived closer so I can come here more often. read more

AVOID CHRIS!! I've been here for Gel Pedicure and a Acrylic fill every three weeks for 6 months. Yesterday was the first time I got Chris who gave me the worst treatment I've ever received! He tried to upsell my regular fill to a full set because he wasn't going to make enough money on my service. Then when I was insistent on getting just a fill, he gave me attitude the rest of the service. I ended up not getting a pedicure or tipping. $60 for a fill! $45 for a fill, $10 for french and $5 for "reshape" which they were just cut down SHORTER not into a different shape! AVOID CHRIS!!! read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I got a full set of acrylics here and started experiencing pain in two of my nails after two weeks. When I went to remove the acrylics I discovered that they are using ILLEGAL mma monomer. I went it to ask for a refund and was literally laughed at by an older woman at the front desk. When I confronted her with the information she did not do anything to deny it and kept laughing and saying "no refund". I also have reason to believe that the techs here ARE NOT LICENSED, because their nail tech Andy has told people they bought fake licenses. I have both filed a police report and a report to the AZ state board of cosmetology. I doubt I will get back the $100 I spent on these ILLEGAL nails but hopefully this motivates them to do things right in the future. read more

Don't go here ! They will blatantly rip you off... I went in for a sns manicure which according to the salon cost $45 when I went to pay my total was $70 there was a charge for $15.00 and a charge for $10.00 on my bill that they still can not explain to me what the charges are for... the owner is mean rude disrespectful and a blatant thief ... she lied to my face when I asked what the two extra charges were for each time we spoke she told me the charges were for something else she then went to get the nail tech and they tried to tell me the $10.00 charge was for reshaping my nails and getting a tips added... I did not receive any of those services... this place sucks who wants to go to a nail salon that charges u to clean ur cuticles as part of a manicure... don't go here there are sooooo many other salons in Phoenix this place is a rip off read more

This place is very inconsistent with with quality of work. I've been here a handful of times and I've walked out feeling disappointed more times than not. The icing on the cake was my last visit about a week ago. The dip manicure I got was hideous, he applied 5-6 coats of powder to my nails, which is outrageous! My nails literally look like black beans. Then as i go to pay I'm informed that there is a charge to pay with my card and that I can't tip on my card (cash only tip) so I have to pull money out of the ATM they have located in the back of their salon, which means another charge, just so that I can tip the man that did a horrid job! I've literally never heard of this!!! Long story short, I'm never coming back to this salon ever again. THE END!!! read more
