Ladies and gents, go somewhere else ! Came to this place because it had decent reviews, and the pictures of the nails clients posted looked amazing! I tried this place out and was so disappointed!! I came back 3 times in total for them to fix my nails. The 1st nail tech was disrespectful and sensed annoyance in his voice whenever I would ask him to fix the details I would point out. It was, in my opinion, a very simple design square shape, black french and showed him an inspo picture. After getting them done, I spoke to the receptionist who asked to see my nails and in better lighting we both could see that the black gel polish bleed onto the pink and that there were fibers and dust particles visible. She told me he could fix them now and explained the process of how he'd fix them, I declined and let her know I've already spent a decent amount of time waiting to be seen and getting them done, I didn't want my mom and sister still waiting on me and that I would call later to make an appointment for the following day. When I got to my 10am appointment I was turned away from the same receptionist I spoke to the first time and was told, whoever I spoke to over the phone messed up and did not properly book a repair appointment, and told me to come back the following day. I told her I did my part in showing up to the appointment, asked why I couldn't be seen by someone at the time she said she couldn't take me due to low staff and them not available to do nail repairs. She said the nail techs don't come in till noon. Came back the next day, 2nd nail tech attempted. I mentioned how thick it felt on the tips and was worried the gel polish wouldn't dry and cause lifting in the future. She told me to leave them in the lamp for a bit longer so that they can dry. I left still thinking about it not being fully dry. That same night, the gel polish was already lifting! Called in the morning and spoke to the person who did my nails, explained to her that it's ridiculous this happened for the 2nd time. She blamed me and asked what I was doing to cause them to keep lifting, then blamed the gel polish because it's black. I went back later for a 3rd time, and she blamed the way I had my thumb placed into the lamp and said that's why it kept lifting. After the 3rd visit I was over it and tired of coming back for the same problem. I ended up going somewhere else to get them changed. I don't live close to this place so you can imagine what a huge inconvenience this was to be coming back and forth. The total cost was 75$, not worth it if it means coming back and forth for the same issue & the end result still the same. They never offered to credit me or refund me in some way for my time or travel. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I didn't get what I asked for, it cost a lot of money, and i had to fix my nails afterwards. And not only all of that but I also got my fingers cut in the process which caused my fingertips to bleed. Horrible experience. The worst nail place in Phoenix. I got a pedicure and dip on my fingers and it only lasted about 2 days. I called the owner Kim and explained what happened and emailed her the pictures I have included below to show her just how bad my feet and nails were and she still wouldn't credit me back the full amount. I spent $120 bucks for the whole thing and live 30 minutes away. This is not how you treat clients. I would stay far away from this place as possible. I gave her a chance to correct and make it right and she chose not to so I will take my business somewhere else and hope you will too. Like many of you, I was lured in due to the overwhelming positive Yelp reviews. My experience here today was not good at all. First, I was waiting at the front desk for five minutes with no assistance. I went around the desk to motion to one of the ladies working that I was there, she interrupted me and said "wait at front please". K, no problem. Finally the guy at front desk comes. Then I sit down to get my nails done. I have been getting my nails done every 2-3 weeks for the last three years. Never in my life has my esthetician said so little to me. I kid you not, in one hour, she said "do you like the shape?" And "do you want me to file down more". Nothing else! Instead the entire time she spoke to her coworker. Then I asked if I could have an LED light instead of UV. She scoffed at me, turned to her coworker (the manager/owner), who said "they are the same thing". I said no they are not they are two types of lights, and she shook her head, interrupted my sentence, and said they are the same thing. Fine. At this point, I'm like okay customer service isn't great but I should give them a chance. She is putting on my second coat of color, and every time she messes up, she rubs in off with her finger. I couldn't even believe this, not with a brush, not with a buffer, with her finger. I now have streaks on 3 of my nails. My total appointment took 40 minutes, she was rushing the entire time it felt like. Shortest gel + removal of gel appointment I've ever had, and it shows. The paint on the cuticle is not even, there is streaks from where she "wiped it off" and my ring finger on my right hand doesn't even have paint at the edge of my nail. I decided to try a new salon considering the ones I used to frequent have had less than favorable reviews with their handling of COVID. Upon entry, I immediately got a good vibe from the staff. Tiffany was the one who did my nails and let me tell you! The shape, the length, the time she took was PERFECT! Not to mention how nice she is! I am so happy with them. And super affordable too. When the guest next to me was done and left, I personally watched them clean the chair and station she was at, and they did the same when I got up as well. Everything was fine until it came to the polish. I had asked for a French tip, and it was the worst! I asked the lady to clean them up because they were too chunky. She tried to fix them but they came out worse and were all different sizes. She forgot to add the top coat and by the end of the week the polish was chipped. The whole pedicure just felt rushed, and I just wish the lady who answered the phone could have just told me they wouldn't be able to fit me in when I called. Only reason why I stopped at this place was because I needed my toes done ASAP and I was 40 min away from my regular salon. The icing on the cake was my last visit about a week ago. The dip manicure I got was hideous, he applied 5-6 coats of powder to my nails, which is outrageous! Personally, I have a love and hate relationship with pedicures but this place changed my mind. I hate it when nail techs accidentally cut skin when cleaning cuticles, filing, or scrubbing too hard. The man who did my pedicure was very attentive and careful. The salon itself was nice- loved the gold accents! It was very pretty. I also love how they use liners for pedicures and are clean. Had my appointment set for 1pm they didn't take me until 120pm. They couldn't do my nails any of the designs I wanted without removing the acrylic off of my nails and starting over. Then I'm told to go pay. Oh so you don't have me down for my pedicure appointment? Then I sit for five minutes in a chair with no water until they find someone. If I didn't have an appointment I wouldn't mind waiting. I could have done other things if that appointment time didn't work. Then I choose my pedicure type. Option two $43, relaxing not paying attention she does gel, I tell her as soon as I notice, hey do you not do regular nail polish? She said sorry I thought he you wanted gel since you had gel on. Nope I only do that when I plan to be in the pool. I would have liked to save the $20 or would have choose option 1 the classic. She says I already started. The lady next to her says oh no problem we can file down the clear gel that's cured we haven't done the color. Excuse me? You want me to wait while you file my nails down or gel again? I've been before and the experience was better but it was never a weekend. Perhaps different people work weekdays from weekends. Super disappointed in the whole experience. The gel light cover fell over and my toes needed redone. (Stuff happens I get it, but sucks when it's the whole experience.) DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I got a full set of acrylics here and started experiencing pain in two of my nails after two weeks. When I went to remove the acrylics I discovered that they are using ILLEGAL mma monomer. I went it to ask for a refund and was literally laughed at by an older woman at the front desk. When I confronted her with the information she did not do anything to deny it and kept laughing and saying "no refund". I also have reason to believe that the techs here ARE NOT LICENSED, because their nail tech Andy has told people they bought fake licenses. I have both filed a police report and a report to the AZ state board of cosmetology. I doubt I will get back the $100 I spent on these ILLEGAL nails but hopefully this motivates them to do things right in the future. read more

I called and made an appointment day of, the woman who was helping me said they can't promise I will be able to get both a gel mani and regular pedi at the same time (I was on a time constraint so I only had an hour). I appreciate the honesty, and that was fine with me. I'm leaving in 3 days so I have to take what I can get. I showed up at my appointment time, I did wait about 15 minutes which was a little annoying, but the check in process was easy, the place was clean and very busy (good for them). I let her know if there was only time for 1, i needed the mani more so we went with that just to be safe. The manicure was efficient, the woman did a great job with my cuticles and verifying I liked the color etc. Gel mani was $38.
