I loved the service here. It felt nice to be able to support a small Asian business. Although business is slow, the people at this business care about their customers. I got my nails done by Loan Le, she is friendly and accommodating. She even offered a discount but I refused because of how amazing the service was! I definitely loved coming here. This place is underrated and deserves more hype. If you want cheap nails that look amazing, this is the place to come. Regardless of the area this is in, this is worth the money. Im looking at the worst nails I've ever seen tonight. My daughter wanted a pink and white acrylic full set. I went with her and paid $75. This is what she got. They glued the nails to her skin under her nails, tore up her cuticles which are now bleeding and sore, and -- get this -- they didn't even use acrylic. The tech literally just glued on some clear plastic nails and painted them. You can see the gap between the end of her finger and where the white starts. And the tech tried to use some sparkles my daughter didn't ask for to cover up how horrible they looked? Gonna have to pay another $100 to get them taken off and re-done once her skin heals. Cutting and painting over until then. If you value your money and time, do not go here. I'm done. read more

I first went to this spa a few weeks again and it's a cute spot tucked away in the shopping center. Great service when I first came here. Today I got the a regular manicure and deluxe pedicure, and figured I would treat myself. While I understand it's busy because of Easter my Nail specialist was on the phone (with an AirPod in one ear) and was not paying attention to me and rushing through. Several times she caused intense discomfort because she wasn't paying attention - while cutting my toe nails, I had to tell her to stop because she was rushing through and it was painful. She began debriding my heel of dead skin and she was doing it so roughly I was wincing. She did not care. I had to tell her to stop several times. She was rough and callous while buffing my nails, I told her to move on. The other technicians were embarrassed and all moved away. I got several sympathetic looks. My massage lasted all of one minute per leg. The sugar scrub lasted all of one minute. The hot rock massage 30 seconds. ** this is very different than the first time I was here! ** During my manicure there was no massage, and she's chatting on the phone while I'm trying to tell her my nail color. She had to confirm three times because she wasn't paying attention. ** I got clear coat. ** I could keep going - While buffing my nail she just watched as the leftover debris rained down on my pants. I had to move my hand over and get my pants out of the fall out zone because she didn't care and would have kept going. I am not the type of person to leave reviews but this was the worst experience i have ever had. The second i walked in the lady who ended up starting my pedicure was very rude and aggressive. I ignored it & the reviews (i wish i wouldnt have!) and just continued to sit in a pedicure chair, she did my entire pedicure in maybe 10 minutes, I mostly go for the clean up of cuticles and dead skin and she didnt even start the clean up, she started the massage, which usually means a pedicure is almost done and I asked if the cuticles and clean up of dead skin was included and she yelled "im going to do it again!!" with so much aggression and she snatched the price menu from my cousins hands and I said whoa im just asking. I went in without an appointment, and only waited about 10 minutes. I asked for a regular fill & was sat with a woman named Kelly. I will say, she was nice for the most part. Which is the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. When she started doing my fill, she was being incredibly rough. She would push my cuticle so far up, to the point that it's not been well over 48hrs & they still hurt. All of a sudden, she takes out sns powder & starts dipping my fingers... even tho I told her it was regular acrylic powder? I didn't want them to come out thick or clumpy. Welp. I got clumpy alright. My nails are different sizes on both of my hands. Some are squared. Others are coffin. Others are more rounded. And the worst part about it is that my nails have bumps & holes in them. They look terrible & now I'm nervous that because half my nail is sns & the other acrylic powder, that these things are never coming off. I'm so sad. I should've stuck with my regular place. My sister in law has been here a few times and mentioned it was cheap and great! So I was excited to give it a try. First impression, everyone is super nice and it appeared clean. I got the #2 - $35 and it was not worth it at all. I should have only paid $10 for the work she did. She barley rubbed my feet or my legs. She hardly did any of the skin removal and probably only spent about 10 min on my feet. My sister in law on the other hand got a royal treatment and got the same #2 pedicure the lady worked really well on her pedi. I was extremely disappointed I didn't even want to get a color and I didn't . So next was my full set. I believe I got the nail tech TAMMY. I did read all the reviews before coming here and even after reading all the 1 star reviews, I still wanted to give this place a try... let me tell you, I really wish I would have just listened to what I read. My full set was just awful. I'm not one to everrrrrrrr say if anything is wrong because I hate being mean or sounding snooting, so I try really hard to just love what I end up with. But this time, I couldn't just sit here. I got almond shape and my thumb was completely misshaped and I asked her, nicely, to please fix the shape and she literally filed the nail one time and told me nothing was wrong with it. Then, when she was doing the red French tip, she totally didn't go all the way down on the side of the nail and got nail polish all over my fingers. I asked her to clean it up and guess what... she didn't and said they were fine. Not to mention she was extremely rough. She would grab my hand and then throw down my other. And on the other hand, my sisters nails came out soooo amazing and beautiful. Her nail tech really took his time. They are clean and so beautiful. I believe her nail tech was named Kevin?. I am really saddened, my nails mean a lot to me and when I spend money getting them done I expect them to look at least half decent. If I'm being honest, I probably will never come back. *Update- not even 4hrs later & my middle finger nail is off... so upset :( * I reaaaally wanted to like this place, because a woman named Tina (I think she's the owner) was so sweet. Last week, I went in on Wednesday night & was seated after about 15min of waiting with no appt. which was great. I have naturally really short nails, so I asked for a full set. It was incredibly busy, which is why I think Tina worked quickly. She suggested that because I have short nails, that I use the pink powder for my overall nail. She told me the powder would last 2-3weeks & would be better for my nail. So I agreed. At first glance, the nails looked good. They were the length I wanted, a pretty pink. Then, I went to my car & immediately noticed little black hairs in my nails, bubbles in my nails & that some acrylic had seeped off the side a little. I let it be because I didn't want to bother her because they were so busy. So I went back three days later (because of the holiday) to get them fixed, because at that point the pink acrylic had started to chip. Tina was understanding & attempted to fix the nails. This was less than two days ago & the nails again have started to chip & feel loose again. Which again is a bummer because I really wanted to like this place, especially because I paid $50(tip included). So all in all, it has not been a full week, I've already had them fixed once, and they're still chipping and loosening up :/ read more

Day 9- ok so full disclosure, I used my teeth to peel the gel polish off the rest of my nails because I was curious what the lifting looked like- this means that my saliva could've made the lifting worse but whatever because its for science. In addition to poorly primed nail beds around the cuticle area, the acrylic product was spread too liberally and this is why that's bad- poorly prepped+acrylic overflow = lifting and eventual chipping around the nail. read more

I had a pedicure and it was great, he did a great job and very little discomfort during like all the cutting stuff that happens during one. My partner had her nails done and they were extremely patient with her on choosing the color and then she even changed the shape of the nail half way through and the nail tech was a tad frustrated but handled it professionally and finished her nails. Okay I updated it from 5 stars to 3. I was being generous with 5. It's the holidays you know but my partner and I got back into the car and well her nails look rough. I guess that frustration led to our nail tech kind of "half-a**ing" the paint. There's some bubbles in them and I guess because of her thick nail beds it sort of looks like she's wearing almonds on top of her nails. I also found out for her set of gels it was $75?!? Wait what? In a small spot in Phoenix and for her to not be completely satisfied is inexcusable. So yeah thick nail beds? Probably pass. $75 for a gel set? Seems high man. But again my pedi for $19 was sweet.
