I went here for the first time today. I liked that they were 50% cheaper then other places I've…read morebeen to for the same services. They are big and plenty of room, but I would highly recommend calling in for an appointment because when I went I was lucky enough to get seated right away, but a large group of people came in right after me. It was at least a 45 min wait for some of those women. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the person who did my threading decided to remove my widows peak without asking me about it first. I like my widows peak, I've had it for years, maybe people have one. It gives me a heart shaped face which I like, and now when the hair grows back in that specific area it will be awkward, frizzy, and it won't fit back into my ponytail for a while, I'll need lots of hair gel to tame it. If they would have asked me I would have told them no, which I now know for the future what to tell them. But if would have been nice if they would have asked before they did it. Otherwise I liked the place a lot, very very affordable. I've never found a place as cheap as this anywhere else. I'm overall happy.

I found this place through Yelp search and am super glad I did!…read more I'm very happy with my brow wax/tint and Tara was a sweetheart. The space is cute, clean, and relaxing. Additionally I live out of state and am visiting family in the area so I won't be using their services regularly but Tara took notes on how I liked my brows done so when I come back in the future it'll be done to my preference! That was such a sweet and considerate thing to do.

Today was my first visit, and I was really excited to come in. I've heard so many great things…read moreabout this place, so I came with pretty high expectations. I booked a Brow Magic appointment with Tara, and overall I was happy with the service and my brows. My only disappointment was the timing. My appointment was scheduled for 3:45, and I arrived about 10 minutes early. Since there isn't a receptionist, I checked myself in and waited. Around 3:47, Tara popped her head out and let me know she'd need about 7 more minutes, which was completely understandable. However, it ended up being closer to 15 minutes. Around 4, she came out with her previous client, checked her out, and booked her next appointment before bringing me back. I totally understand that appointments can run over, and things happen, but I felt like there wasn't much acknowledgment of the delay or consideration for my time. Thankfully, I didn't have anywhere else I needed to be, but if I had, it could have been frustrating. I think what stood out to me most is that if I had shown up 15 minutes late, I likely would have been charged a fee or asked to reschedule. I believe that same respect for clients' time should go both ways. With that being said, I probably won't be back. The space was beautiful and the shop was cute though.
