I was so excited to have somewhere close by that was open on Monday mornings. I upgraded to a deluxe gel pedicure. I have multiple cuts, the polish is see through, the top coat is scuffed on one big toe and then there's polish on the skin of another. If I wasn't hopping on a flight, I would've requested they re do them.

    I've had a lot better.

I had a mani pedi here. Some parts were pleasant. The things that weren't were: 2 of my fingernails and one of my toenails were nicked, I was charged a rate and then 20 minutes later I was told I was charged the "wrong rate" and I owed another 3 dollars, which they only wanted me to pay in cash or add onto the tip portion of the card they had already charged. Pretty shady. I won't be back, the manicure is very mediocre as far as paint precision

I love coming here. I have been to tons of nail salons in the valley, and this is my favorite one by far. Every tech I've had is friendly, attentive, and always knows what to do in regards to my nails. I'm done going to other places. This place really is a gem. Side note: I always come with my fiancé because he is a forever customer at the barber shop next door. So make it a date if you wish.

Im really not impressed with my gel manicure :(

I went here because my normal salon was booked and I really wanted to like it. The salon is rather large and had nice pedicure chairs. My spa pedicure turned out great. The gal did a nice job and im happy with my pretty pink toesies! My gel manicure, however, has left me debating if I should go somewhere else to get it fixed. (See photo) I asked for grey and the color is more brown. I also asked the gal not to use an electric nail drill to get my old polish off and soak instead but she did it anyway. My polish is uneven and she didn't get the sides very well. They are also filed uneven. I tried to say something but she didn't speak english very well, so I gave up. Super bummed i'm stuck with these for 2 weeks unless I want to go somewhere else and pay. The price was good - 25 for the pedi and only 20 for the mani and the massage was great, but I certainly wont be back any time soon.

I honestly don't understand the bad reviews this place gets. I hadn't been in for months, after only coming a few times before and my technician remembered me immediately when I walked in. I always receive quick service and they take care with each client. The service has prompted me to try and frequent here more often, and my nails always turn out perfect!

I would highly recommend asking detailed questions about pricing and the technician's experience level before starting your appointment. I have natural nails and requested a dark pink clear polish with my nails shortened. There was no design, artwork, or specialty color involved. During the appointment, the technician asked if I wanted my cuticles cut, and after already beginning the service, informed me that this would now be considered a manicure with additional cost. What surprised me the most was the final result and price. My nails were cut drastically shorter than I expected, and the total came to $90 for acrylic-related services with a very simple clear polish look. Unfortunately, the outcome did not match the cost in my opinion. This is actually the second disappointing experience I've had at this salon, which is why I felt it was important to leave a review for future customers. The salon itself may work well for others, but I personally left feeling unhappy with the communication, pricing transparency, and final result. I can say the establishment is very clean, cute decor. They offer a drink with the services which is a nice touch.

The owner/male technician is really a master at his craft. He is fast and sure with his movements. I've seen photos of the artwork he can do, but I didn't ask for anything fancy (just nude/neutral color) so that the manicure can last as long as possible without becoming unsightly. Today, I was at 4.5 weeks from my last fill, and honestly, if I didn't stare too closely, it still looked good before the fill! I feel like that's evidence of a really good technician! So, of all the different types of manicures one can choose from, acrylic (when done by a skilled and experienced tech) seems to last the longest. The salon was quiet and there were 2 other clients in the space during my visit. They prefer appointments, but will sometimes take walk-ins. The owner has always been pleasant and professional at each of my appointments. I'm so glad to have discovered acrylic here, at this salon!

Unfortunately, the services were just subpar. The pedicures need a bit more work and effort. I did get my nails filled here & I asked a glitter ombré - the guy was getting frustrated with how much time it took to add the glitter, then just shortcutted & painted it on the tips instead. Granted, they still looked good, but it wasn't what I asked for.

The second time I was back was just for a fill and they did not complete the design as she switches two of the colors incorrectly and the thickness of the nail on one finger was too much and unbalanced and oddly textured but the set was nice enough and they made a big deal of how hard straight stripes were for the nails. I felt too guilty to ask them to fix it so I kept it, knowing it would force me into a set removal instead of a fill the next time. This time, I arrived at 9:30 AM and did not leave until 11:27 AM.... I had booked two services, a set removal and a manicure, a week in advance thinking I could get a chance to relax. To my surprise, the nail tech "ran out of time" to complete the set removal and manicure, leaving me sitting without a technician for half an hour. When I told the secondary technician who came to finish the polish that I felt disrespected and was looking to speak with someone, she told me the owner was out but I could ask the woman at the front desk in charge of scheduling since the system regularly overbooks technicians. When I got up to the front desk I had to wait AGAIN because she was working on nails herself then proceeded to argue with me that I had confirmed a set removal when I arrived, and so they had taken the manicure off. So therefore, it was my fault that I was sitting and waiting on their staff for half an hour. Which to her is "a little bit". When I then mentioned that I had confirmed the set removal and had wanted to keep the second service so I did not understand the confusion, and would prefer to speak to a manager or owner since she was arguing she insisted I could only speak to her. She then proceeded to tell me that the nail tech was just "too slow in the removal process" and so it was actually her fault. -- not wanting to take accountability for their overbooking. She continued to try to argue with but I had enough and asked her to please let me pay so that I could leave. She said something along the lines of she was going to provide a small discount (10%) then proceeded to give me nasty faces as if it was a ridiculous ask to be escalated to a manager or someone similar because of the poor service. At the end, I asked her to remove me from all marketing texts, and emails and I am still getting them... The technicians are lovely for the most part but if you want any level of respect, choose any other salon.

I got a Cat Eye gel pink, which totaled up to around $45 (it would've been $10 cheaper if it weren't Cat Eye and just a regular gel)! My nail tech Anny did such a wonderful job, I will be requesting her next time too. She was very gentle in the removal of my past gel -- I feel like I've had nail techs who kind of just chip away at the gel and my natural nail. But Anny was super gentle and was very detail-oriented with the clean-up and shaping. My nails looked so fresh and clean before she even painted it. The final results of her work are in the pictures I attached! One thing to note is that they do not accept Apple Pay, and I ended up tipping my nail tech through Venmo since I believe they only take cash. Total I probably spent $65ish with tip. It's been a week since going and my nails haven't chipped or anything, and the paint's still in tact. Love this place!

From the top, don't bother booking online because when you come in the front desk is going to act like you're a walk-in anyway. They are also going to hit you up several times by the time you are getting your service to confirm what you're getting. They are going to also walk over several times with their tablets and ask the tech how much longer, confirm the service you're getting and generally make you feel like you're a problem. It also stresses out the tech because they will start rushing and that's when things can get sloppy. Oh, and you want a basic bottled beer or glass of wine? That's going to set you back $12-15, each. Pricing transparency? Good luck. I got a basic pedicure with gel, typical up charge for gel so that wasn't a surprise but my 10 year old wanted a pedicure too. The front desk lady came over with her tablet and confirmed my kid's age, and gave a thumbs up. Places usually charge $10-15 for a kid pedicure, but not this place. I was charged the full $40 for a basic pedicure, I didn't know that was the pricing until I checked out and they informed me that the kid pedicure age cut-off is seven. Can a seven year old even get a pedicure? So mom's out there, you've been warned. While I'm getting my pedicure a woman next to me wanted to remove her gel and get regular polish with her pedicure. Easy enough, right? Well, Miss Tablet came by to inform the customer there's a $10 charge to remove gel and replace with regular polish, while the lady is knee deep in her pedicure. Transparency, where? She wasn't happy but also what are you going to do at that point? For the big finale, I got a basic mani with no polish, just buff & shine. The front desk kept pressuring my tech about her time so she started rushing. I'm growing out years of acrylic use and I could have done this at home but it's my birthday and I wanted a treat. They charged an additional $10 to BUFF AND SHINE nails. Like, what?? What else do they consider a $30 manicure? Y'all, these prices are wild in this economy. With tip I spent $182 for a nothing mani, nothing pedi and a gel pedi. The sticker shock had my head spinning. Oh yeah! You want to either card? That'll be a $6 fee too. No thank you. I've been here three times and the nail techs are great. It's the front desk being weird and the prices not being transparent that will make me not return again.
