She is always ready to work and in the zone when I arrive for my appointments because she isn't run down. She has an amazing space, and is always welcoming when I arrive. She always lets me know if she is running behind, on time, or ahead so I can plan my arrival accordingly. She's very difficult to get into, because she is talented. However, before I even had a chance to call or explain, the manager messaged me and called me "heartless" for not reaching out. That response felt extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. During my visit the day before, while I was getting a pedicure, I also witnessed the manager speaking harshly to a coworker, telling her in a mean way not to use other people's things. It created an uncomfortable environment and didn't reflect good customer service or professionalism.
