Absolute horrible experience! My family and I have been coming here for years and I will NEVER be back! I came in for a pedicure yesterday with Tracy. The pedicure was rushed and when I got home my polish was off because they were wet and not set, even though she told me I was dried and good to go. My husband and I called and told the receptionist what happened and they had me come in for a touch up today. I came in and told the tech I was here for a touch up. She said ok and proceeded to do a whole new pedicure for me even though I continued to tell her it was just a retouch. At the end she tried to charge me for the whole new pedicure. When I spoke with the owner, Tina, about this and said I'm not paying when I was told it would be covered since it was supposed to be a touch up she got furious. She said I had to pay at least 50% because the tech Tracy took her time to do a full pedicure and blamed me for not calling someone over and getting out of the chair!! How many times can a person say no it's just a touch up and no I don't need that!?!? I will NOT be returning after the way Tina spoke to me and made it seem like this whole thing was my fault. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

This place is great! They offer lots of options, they offer free drinks & I feel like their prices are fair. I got a pedicure done with Lynn, she is super sweet. Only downside is she was a little rough, cut the sides of my big toes with a file & she massaged my shoulder so hard, I have a light bruise the next day haha. Mike did my nails and he did a great job and his energy was fabulous saying my name, repeating back my preferences and telling me he will take care of me. Next can I just say they have the best tea i've ever had in my life I get the strawberry and it has some type of syrup I believe and it's absolutely delicious. I come early for my appointment to sit in massage chair at the front but they took me early so I am now enjoying the perks after my manny. Best massage chair I have experienced and I'm a retired massage therapist It gives a full body from the back of my neck down to the soles of my feet, hallelujah. And it also has an option for a zero gravity posture to release pressure on your back. Lastly the middle grade pedicure that I had last week that is priced @ 45 also includes a back and shoulder massage which I have never seen before included in that type of price. This used to be my absolute favorite place to get pedicure. Apparently they felt the need to almost double their prices. I used to get the ultimate pedicures which included everything for $51 and $10 for gel to the same pedicure now starts at $81plus the up charge of at least $10 I switched to regular nail polish for the first time in over 15 years. I have previously gone to other nail salons and very quickly I realized no other place compares to infinity! Mike has been my nail tech and he is literally the BEST, I can go in with a picture or explain a vision I have and I don't even have to pick out a nail color and he knows exactly how to execute. I can go on and on about how much I love MIKE, he just "gets it", he has the best customer service, he is efficient and detailed with every step along the way. They celebrate your birthday and other life events and you really feel like you know everyone that works here.
