I made an appointment at one and waited till 1:25 to be seated. They had me choose a color and then couldn't find the color that I had chosen (not that big of a deal). I picked a clear/off white color so they picked something similar. The gel was so uneven and streaky so I requested to cover it with glitter. Every nail is a different shape, thickness, color and length. Very sloppy work and I shouldn't have to tell you to do better. Not worth $50. I've been here before and it's been pretty decent but like I said, not with $50 and me having to tell you that it looks sloppy. read more

I have had many pedicures over the years here but they now make you feel bad if you don't want gel on your toe nails. I prefer regular polish and they don't have many color options other than a couple of old bottles so just said any light pink you have. If you like gel polish, you might have a good experience as they do bring you a tea and do a decent job. I will not be going back. read more

Kevin does amazing work..very happy will ask for him from now on. Very great at what he does.

Came here for an Express Pedicure and what a nice surprise! We get a free beverage of our choice! I chose the Thai Tea, it was delish! My nail gal, Vanne was very polite and through, did a great pedicure! This place is huge and very clean. I'm sure they are packed on the weekends. I highly recommend! read more

Amazing service from this establishment. I definitely recommend getting your nails done here. My mom and I came here for a little mother and daughter outing. My got her nails done by Chloe and my pedicure was done by Vivian. The atmosphere and facilities were beautiful and serene. We were asked if we wanted anything drink right off the bat which was so nice because it was 114° outside They were very gentle and everything is so clean! I haven't gotten my nails done in over two years and Vivian took care of me and got my feet looking super cute! The quality of product they use and overall service was amazing! I will definitely come back here to get more services done. read more

I came in to get my eyebrows and lip done, and the service felt rushed from start to finish. The technician seemed annoyed, sighed repeatedly, and skipped basic steps like tweezing stray hairs or applying lotion afterwards. It wasn't busy at the time, so I'm not sure why it felt like I was such an inconvenience. I left with my eyebrows still needing work, which is disappointing. read more

Absolute horrible experience! My family and I have been coming here for years and I will NEVER be back! I came in for a pedicure yesterday with Tracy. The pedicure was rushed and when I got home my polish was off because they were wet and not set, even though she told me I was dried and good to go. My husband and I called and told the receptionist what happened and they had me come in for a touch up today. I came in and told the tech I was here for a touch up. She said ok and proceeded to do a whole new pedicure for me even though I continued to tell her it was just a retouch. At the end she tried to charge me for the whole new pedicure. When I spoke with the owner, Tina, about this and said I'm not paying when I was told it would be covered since it was supposed to be a touch up she got furious. She said I had to pay at least 50% because the tech Tracy took her time to do a full pedicure and blamed me for not calling someone over and getting out of the chair!! How many times can a person say no it's just a touch up and no I don't need that!?!? I will NOT be returning after the way Tina spoke to me and made it seem like this whole thing was my fault. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

This place is great! They offer lots of options, they offer free drinks & I feel like their prices are fair. I got a pedicure done with Lynn, she is super sweet. Only downside is she was a little rough, cut the sides of my big toes with a file & she massaged my shoulder so hard, I have a light bruise the next day haha. I'm not saying it was a bad experience, I'm still going back just fair warning & might request a different person next time haha. read more

My new Nail spot First of all the front desk guy is a sweetie and a cutie and great at his job. Mike did my nails and he did a great job and his energy was fabulous saying my name, repeating back my preferences and telling me he will take care of me. Next can I just say they have the best tea i've ever had in my life I get the strawberry and it has some type of syrup I believe and it's absolutely delicious. I come early for my appointment to sit in massage chair at the front but they took me early so I am now enjoying the perks after my manny. Best massage chair I have experienced and I'm a retired massage therapist It gives a full body from the back of my neck down to the soles of my feet, hallelujah. And it also has an option for a zero gravity posture to release pressure on your back. Lastly the middle grade pedicure that I had last week that is priced @ 45 also includes a back and shoulder massage which I have never seen before included in that type of price. Thank you infinity nails ! read more

This used to be my absolute favorite place to get pedicure. Apparently they felt the need to almost double their prices. I used to get the ultimate pedicures which included everything for $51 and $10 for gel to the same pedicure now starts at $81plus the up charge of at least $10 I switched to regular nail polish for the first time in over 15 years. The rushed me in and out like I was interrupting them. won't be returning again. read more
