It pains me to leave a poor review here. I would like to say my in person experience was wonderful! From calling to make a last minute appointment for myself and two of my children for manicures, to being greeted when we walked in. We were quickly seated and brand new nail kits were used with all 3 of us. I did a gel manicure and my kids did regular polish. My poor review comes from the fact that 3 days after my gel manicure, multiple of my nails had chips and 5 days after my polish full on started peeling off my nails on multiple nails. I have had many gel manicures and get them regularly at this point and have never had them peel off my nails like this before. Unfortunately we were only in town for a quick visit so it's not like I'm able to go back in and ask for them to fix it, but even if I could, I'm not sure I would. While the gel manicure was fast and the application was even, the state of my nails is less than okay for being a week out and I would 100% not recommend. read more

I had a dip manicure and I am. very disappointed. The young lady ground the dip down to my nail until it hurt. Then she applied one layer of the dip so my Nails were left very fragile and THIN. Hudson is amazing, sweet and very kind + super efficient. Got my extensions remove + a basic manicure and a pedicure. Pretty satisfied with the service and the team in general. Was recommended to go to this nail salon by a girlfriend because my other nail place I went to change ownership. I decided to give Diva Nails a try and I am so happy I did. The manager of the salon is very hospitable and friendly (even remembers your name!) The salon is clean and maintained very well. My nail tech was Henry who was very good, quick, and detailed. I asked for a strawberry design but ended up not liking how it looked. I asked if they were able to change it for me and Henri/manager were very hospitable and quick to help me out. I never met a nail salon place that was so accommodating to the customer if the design didn't turn out how they envisioned - so for that Diva Nails won me over. I called ahead to ensure they had space for two people, immediately the front desk manager was accepting and told us to come in. We were happily greeted and sat immediately, they were able to accommodate us both getting a manicure and pedicure. They were quick, friendly, and polite. The standard of care and sanitation for all clients is top tier, they opened sterile instruments for each client. Definitely will be coming back! read more

They completely steal your money! don't tell you any pricing then when your done they hit you with an astronomical bill for what was done! Sad because they are in my neighborhood but i will go to the place across the street who actually charges decent pricing for nails. Seriously my mind was just blown away! $50 for a polish change! (last time i went was $20) Plus the tech took forever and didn't even know what she was doing with the ombre. To sad i'm pissed is an understatement!!! read more

Lots of fun colors to choose from for a gel mani pedi. Would NOT recommend! My daughter and I are looking for a new nail salon and had heard good things. We had an appt and had to wait 20 mins to start. We both get SNS dip. It's been two weeks and between the two of us, 8 nails are chipped and several have broken. I have never had such bad results - usually SNS lasts 3 weeks between appts with zero problems. Called to make an appt and requested someone more experienced that doesn't give round thick nails, (the simplest request) not even a crazy difficult design as my nails are very tiny. No one likes jelly bean looking nails. And the response came off very rude, "it's best you find somewhere else to go." Just shut down my simple and easy request. Easily they could have said, "we will try our best to put you with someone that can satisfy your request." Get yourself a new manager. read more

This is my second time at Diva nails. My first experience was good. The lady took her and did the right amount of dip layers. This second experience would make me never go back again. I am writing this because I hate wasting money and ruining my nails because the manicure only last a week. I got my nails done on a Wednesday and by Saturday two nails had completely cracked in half and my pink nail color is already dirty looking. A week passed, almost every nail is now chipped or cracked. Not to mention, I was charged extra without being told for a filing and a fixed nail. My nails were way too wide and thick so I asked for them to file the nail down so it was a normal nail shape. I also didn't need a fix so I don't know what that charge was. I will for sure need a fix now after this experience! If you go, make sure you ask for an itemized receipt. Do not recommend. read more

I was looking forward to trying Diva Nails because of all the positive reviews I saw on Yelp, but I just about had a panic attack in my seat. I got a gel pedicure and the young man who did it wasn't listening to anything I was saying. He filed my toe nails down to a nub and painted onto my skin so badly that another tech had to file off the dried gel and redo it. I was also up-charged for powder and when I originally thought I'd be paying $40-50, (no one communicated this to me beforehand) my credit card was charged $64. At that point I didn't even complain about the price because I just wanted to be out of there. I will not be coming back and am so disappointed because I really wanted to like this place. The man who worked up front was friendly at least. Oh, and there is NO SERVICE. I was basically in a cave for over an hour without nothing to do and no tv either. They also don't use fresh tools and I'm very worried that nothing was sanitized. Even the file looked very old and all the drill bits extremely dirty. The end result of my pedicure didn't even look okay. $64 for the most basic gel pedicure with added powder to improve the shape of my nails is criminal. Edit: I wanted to edit my review as the owner replied. Truyen, my issue isn't the price. If you "knew I would leave a bad review," it's because the service was awful. I was polite from entering, sitting there while two different people did my toes, and I made no remark/issue or scene during the entire process or paying. Instead of trying to take accountability, your only reply is about an acrylic. There is no tip or extension on my nail, my toe nail is just my toe nail. Please inform customers before adding on a price. Thank you. read more

I called to make an appointment after I saw that this was on the Internet. I walked in was greeted very pleasantly. The shop itself is absolutely gorgeous very comfortable. Jenny is the one that did my nails. She is the first one that I have ever gone to that did the nails exactly as I like them as I am a former nail technician myself I would highly recommend her and I would highly recommend the salon great service very comfortable and Jenny did a great job. Don't listen to their customers, payed 75$ for a deluxe pedicure and the lady proceeded to give me a leg massage with CALLUS REMOVER which left my legs burning then I brought up the fact that she unevenly cheese grated my heel and it was raw in spots and still rough in others. After telling the manager this they tried to gaslight me into thinking I was wrong and kept telling me that it was fine. Also wanted to add the massage was more like a foot handjob that consisted of her stroking my foot not a massage if I'm paying for my feet to feel and look good that is what I expect. Do NOT RECOMMEND as a mother I want to feel good that is what I pay for not to be arguing and gas lit. read more

Love this place!! It is now my go to place to get my nails done because they have every color including including my favorite OPI! I tried this Diva Nails about 6 months ago and I will never go anywhere else. Its a drive for me but well worth it. Everyone is great but I especially like Lisa. That said, if you haven't gotten a pedicure from Timmie, you haven't lived. I have gone to more than 10 salons in Scottsdale and he is my absolute top choice, there isn't even a close second. He takes his time, he's adorable to chat with, his massages are elite, and he's so precise with his shaping and painting. He takes his time trimming nails, checking and addressing ingrowns, and is so thorough. My gel pedicures from him last a month. I can't recommend him enough. The receptionist is alway helpful and kind. And I love that if your tech is running behind or there might be any issue with your appointment starting on time, they call you and let you know. Great customer service, and also real customer consideration, which I love. No one else will be touching my feet anytime soon.
