Absolutely horrible I had gel builder on my nails because my natural nails were so long I asked them to take it off and and do gel x because I wanted a fresh set I love gel x because the nails are already shaped well not here apparently they don't have almond nails which I wish they would have told me before they cut down my real nails other wise I would have just kept my nails they only had super long stiletto I prefer a short to medium almond so now my nails need to be shaped which defeats the purpose of gel x they did not understand the assignment apparently almond shape must be very foreign there was a lady doing my nails and she didn't know how to do it she was making them more pointy but a bad point at that and the looked super wide so the guy comes and he claims he can do it because he's also a nail teacher supposedly well he also did not know how to shape nails and tells me that shapes not possible because it's gonna hurt me I looked at him and asked why would it hurt me I just had this shape so I showed him a picture of my nails and he's insisting it's the same which it was not even close then he proceeds to tell me that that shape isn't possible almond shaped nails aren't that difficult so then he says he's just gonna take off the nails because he can't do that I said fine he told me I wasn't gonna be charged 10 mins later he tells me it's gonna cost me 15 for the removal what a waste of my time oh and he was yelling at me because I told him it's not my fault that you refused to do my shape and he told me to shut up and not talk in his salon what a jerk DONT GO HERE IF YOU LIKE A BUCE SHAPE IF YOUR NOT PARTICULAR ON YOUR HANDS AND DOJT CARE WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE THEN GIVE IT A SHOT OTHERWISE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !!!! I've been here 3 times now and plan on always coming back. The pedicures are meticulous and relaxing and both sets of acrylics I've gotten have been near perfect. Mr Tran was very accommodating and asked questions multiple times throughout the service to make sure he was meeting my requests. The short version: TERRIBLE customer service, HORRID paint job, WAY OVER PRICED!!! ONLY giving two stars simply because the callus on my heels were super bad and T did a good job of smoothing it out. This attitude from him was even more annoying Bc when I spoke with him on the phone I asked what their next appointment was, to which he responded 4:15, I told him I wanted a gel mani & gel pedi and he said they could take me. Had I known the attitude and atmosphere would be so off putting I would have never gone!!!! If you didn't want someone at the end of the day, don't schedule them????? Also, I know my nails were short but I've gone to a salon w shorter and still gotten a very clean and put together paint job. SO NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! The pedicure was as good as you'd expect but nothing spectacular. I would not return. The pedi before tax was $35 & I'm not sure how much the manicure has price is. My ending price was $81?!?! First time here. My sister got fake nails with dip powder. I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure. When I got my feet done he did a good job but when it was time for my manicure it felt like he rushed. Probably cause there was only 2 people and many clients came in. They have water, wine and coffee if u want. There's a groupon but if u mention it u can tell them and don't have to buy it on groupon. They will give u the same deal as Groupon. I recommend scheduling an appointment. U can walk in as well. They do call back to confirm ur appointment. I really liked how they were organized. Dip powder colors on one side and gel colors on the other side. The numbers on the test strips match the ones on the wall so u can choose ur own colors. read more

After being a LOYAL client of Whimsical Nails for about 5 years, when they were rude to me 3 times in a row, it was time to find another place, and one that does good art. I came across Amazing Nails, and they are appropriately named. It's a family owned business, they aren't crazy expensive, the salon is clean and very nice, they do amazing work, and their 2 little girls are the cutest little girls ever!! Best of all, they're FRIENDLY. They don't jerk your hand around, like the husband at Whimsical Nails does, and they speak English, unlike the rude husband at Whimsical Nails. They have bottles of water for clients, unlike Whimsical Nails, who give you a cup the size of the cups you get at the dentist to rinse your mouth out. I really like this place, and the family that owns and works there. A+, 5 stars!! read more

They listen to you, they care about their work and they make you feel right at home. I'm not a girly girl, the only reason I have fake nails is because my nails are very thin and soft. Tony has been so caring, understanding, helpful and patient with me. He has helped me choose colors and introduced me to different options for fake nails. I discovered this salon from Groupon. I've gotten a gel manicure and pedicure here twice. My first visit was pretty good. They are really responsive via Yelp to make an appointment. I left with my nails looking nice and and overall positive experience. My last visit left a lot to be desired. My manicure was haphazard and when I pointed out that edges of my nails needed polish it was very awkward bc clearly the girl was annoyed. I didn't want to leave with my nails looking terrible.... The lady who did my pedicure spoke a total of 5 words but also was really awkward. She ultimately smiled and tried to ask if I liked my nails. I left feeling underwhelmed by the whole experience and bummed that it was so meh compared to before. The most annoying part of it all is a nail peeled entirely 1 week after and 3 more started peeling a day later. I had to remove all of them within 10 days of getting them done. Gel manicures usually last me 3 weeks easily. I will have to find another spot for my mani-pedi needs :/ read more

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment so I have time to pick out a color. The owner Vicky rushed me to go sit down after two minutes into the door.
