Only The best. I love coming to Lana's to get my nails and toes done. All the staff are friendly and professional.

Returned to Lana's to check out the pedicure and massage and I wasn't disappointed. I got the paraffin pedi with a nice extra long massage. Plus I had a slight chip in my gel mani from the previous week and she fixed it for free. Still looks great! The massage was amazing. They still had the R&B I Heart Radio station on so not bad on the ambiance. Will return. read more

Jessica is good at nails but the lady that does the toes is not always paying attention to the customer wants. She totally forgot to push my cutticles on my big toes which was cut short and stubby then applied the nail polish looked ridiculous I see my cuticle and looked bad on a dark polish, also always have to tell them to shape properly and match the left to the right foot nail lengths . I should not have to do that as a customer, then if I don't say anything I'm unhappy when I go home and see the result but if I say something they get upset and attitude. Is like hello this is a price, I'm not paying for cheapest one on menu I leave tip, be nice and do what I'm asking without the attitude. This is the problem with all nail techs these days is like they do you a favor. I recently started doing my own gel nails at home and much happier as I take my time and clean and push my cuticles and since my nail beds looks so much nicer and longer and nails look slim and long rather then wide and square. I'm going to be hard pressed to go back to do it at salons. read more

I have been going back a couple more times since my first review. What I wanted to review on is the appt I went yesterday where I did my pedi for the first time at the salon. Jessica did my dip manicure and it was wonderful. The pedi wasn't so much. I usually do my own pedi, but we are going out of town so I thought i would make my toes look pretty as well. I won't say much but will post pics for your own judgement. I even paid more for it not the basic pedi. Of course I only noticed them when I got home. read more

Jennifer can add designs to your nails for that just little extra spark, no stickers here all done by hand! I showed Lana a nail shape that is difficult for the length I wanted-she told me it wouldn't look like the picture because of the length. She did better than the picture ! I rarely leave bad comments and especially for the only nails salon I trust but Recently went in and saw a ton of different people used to seeing Lana and Alex but this time neither where there. I wanted a simple white acrylic set and the lady doing my nails was extremely rough and continued to cut me multiple times. I have never had an experience like that at this salon so I was very surprised. I was in so much pain during my appt and made that clear and she continued to do a rushed rough job and my nails are still very sore 1 week later. The shape was awful and thick and I'm not happy with the work I received but didn't have enough time to get them redone..as I was leaving out of town. unfortunately will have to find another salon read more

Well... things have changed since I became a customer of this establishment 5 years ago. I will not be coming to this place again due to the lack of customer service from Alex specifically-today I called to inquiere about a same day appointment and every time Alex answers the phone he says there's no appointments available but anyway I decided to call later to check if there was any cancellations before I took my business elsewhere and he rudely responded "didn't I tell you she's busy" when all I did was kindly ask for any cancellations, I decided to Overlook his rudeness for sometime because this place was close to my house and I enjoyed getting my nails done by Lana . This business is not the same as even a few months ago . Personally I've only gotten good nails from 1 person and that's Lana other than that no luck with the others including Alex . Ps. Alex please stop being petty before I report your business legally for the malpractices you guys do. Good luck! read more
