Been coming here for years and years (7) and I can't recommend it enough. Jessica (owner) is extremely meticulous and detail-oriented, I'm extremely picky with my nails and like them thin and sharp. Jessica always executes exactly what I'm looking for. She's so much fun to talk to during my appointments as well and I always look forward to coming to the salon. The salon is very cute, clean, comfy, and relaxing. There are tons and tons of colors to choose from for regular, dip powder, and gel options. Jessica is the absolute best nail tech in the valley and I've been through tons of nail salons from Tucson to Scottsdale to central Phoenix - and I always come back to Jessica at Lana's Nails because she truly is a master of her craft. I love her work and highly highly recommend!! read more

Returned to Lana's to check out the pedicure and massage and I wasn't disappointed. I got the paraffin pedi with a nice extra long massage. Plus I had a slight chip in my gel mani from the previous week and she fixed it for free. Still looks great! The massage was amazing. Jessica is good at nails but the lady that does the toes is not always paying attention to the customer wants. She totally forgot to push my cutticles on my big toes which was cut short and stubby then applied the nail polish looked ridiculous I see my cuticle and looked bad on a dark polish, also always have to tell them to shape properly and match the left to the right foot nail lengths . I should not have to do that as a customer, then if I don't say anything I'm unhappy when I go home and see the result but if I say something they get upset and attitude. Is like hello this is a price, I'm not paying for cheapest one on menu I leave tip, be nice and do what I'm asking without the attitude. This is the problem with all nail techs these days is like they do you a favor. I recently started doing my own gel nails at home and much happier as I take my time and clean and push my cuticles and since my nail beds looks so much nicer and longer and nails look slim and long rather then wide and square. I'm going to be hard pressed to go back to do it at salons. read more

My husband and I came in for pedicures and we loved it! This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. Everyone we spoke to were very nice and welcoming, our pedicures were great and a nice, quick service. The inside is really cute and the chairs were comfy. I always love the massage chairs! This little hiding Jem right off 16th Street and Bell Road behind the Circle K is the place to go for nails and pedis's! Jennifer can add designs to your nails for that just little extra spark, no stickers here all done by hand! Sue is my go-to girl she does an amazing job I highly recommend you try dip powder nails and let's not forget Tina she will give your legs a massage that can put you to sleep. The management has changed but they are doing a wonderful job providing the same level of quality, friendliness and care in their service. I've had both Michelle and Jessica as my nail techs and both of them have incredible talent with nail art, I'd highly recommend them! Lana did a fantastic job on my nails tonight. I've come here multiple times and seen Alex as well. I showed Lana a nail shape that is difficult for the length I wanted-she told me it wouldn't look like the picture because of the length. She did better than the picture ! I rarely leave bad comments and especially for the only nails salon I trust but Recently went in and saw a ton of different people used to seeing Lana and Alex but this time neither where there. I wanted a simple white acrylic set and the lady doing my nails was extremely rough and continued to cut me multiple times. I have never had an experience like that at this salon so I was very surprised. I was in so much pain during my appt and made that clear and she continued to do a rushed rough job and my nails are still very sore 1 week later. The shape was awful and thick and I'm not happy with the work I received but didn't have enough time to get them redone..as I was leaving out of town. unfortunately will have to find another salon read more

I am updating my review because it came to my attention that Lana's changed ownership again after my bad experience. I returned & got a new full set & pedicure and I am SO happy to report that it was a wonderful experience and I will be frequenting Lana's once again. Jessica is the new owner & I am very excited to see what she does with the place! Well... things have changed since I became a customer of this establishment 5 years ago. I will not be coming to this place again due to the lack of customer service from Alex specifically-today I called to inquiere about a same day appointment and every time Alex answers the phone he says there's no appointments available but anyway I decided to call later to check if there was any cancellations before I took my business elsewhere and he rudely responded "didn't I tell you she's busy" when all I did was kindly ask for any cancellations, I decided to Overlook his rudeness for sometime because this place was close to my house and I enjoyed getting my nails done by Lana . This business is not the same as even a few months ago . Personally I've only gotten good nails from 1 person and that's Lana other than that no luck with the others including Alex . Ps. Alex please stop being petty before I report your business legally for the malpractices you guys do. Good luck! read more

You will wait forever foe them to acknowledge you. *inside is slightly better but even then they are rude and ignore you for a long time. One girl was just staring at her phone ignoring the line‍ *they take FOREVER to fill a prescription. My son was prescribed antibiotic eye drops on friday afternoon and the pharmacy is supposed to be open saturdays and sundays but both days i called to check on it and they are closed I have a lot of patience and will give places a lot of chances. But after a year or two of them being bad I just give up. Bad management, under staffed, and some of the staff they do have just straight up ignore you. Go somewhere else.

I was just there and in the process he was being yelled at because the pharmacy was not open. Well that truly had nothing to do with him- But he took it and helped them with how to move forward to get their meds. Now, it was my turn to check out. And right from behind me, yes behind me- comes what they call a boomer or maybe a Karen to some. Just walks right up to Anthony and starts telling him orders and things she cant find and blah blah- Well ANTHONY said "well, I would be happy to help you with that but she is next - so im going to take her next" now this is service. The way I'd not be here to write this review if looks could take lives. Well I checked out thanked ANTHONY and went on my merry way. Im so sick of Karen and Boomers thinking they can do and say what they want at all times and we all just have to take it. NOPE - Thank you Anthony for doing what is right and staying true to the service that should be given. He said everything with respect. But you know a Karen don't care. Anyways, Shout out to Anthony at this location for being a star human!

I've learned that sometimes prescriptions don't auto-refill and often a phone call to the doctor is needed or sometimes a pharmacy is out of what you need but they don't tell you when they many have it back in stock. All of this to say that I started going to this Walgreen's for many of these prescriptions because I find the pharmacy staff here to be communicative and helpful. They also often have the meds we need while other pharmacies do not. While this is not the closest location to my house, it's conveniently located north of Shea on Tatum and I don't mind making the drive. Another perk is that they have pretty good hours and a drive-through for the pharmacy. I'll be back!

Check the website for hours of operation as they offer odd hours that change. This not a drive the pharmacy location though designated 10 min pharmacy parking. This is a very busy park area due to high traffic. The side of this Walgreens is not the largest but they are well stocked. They have e a small cosmetics department and a pretty nice size liquor department.
