My nails on my left hand broke one week after my fill, the bleeding nail was two weeks after. When I called and spoke to who I assume is the owner, he immediately was defensive and rude. He blamed me on being too rough on my nails. He offered to fix the nails but would in fact charge me, and offered no other solutions. I am the first to admit when i'm rough on my nails I've been getting them done close to 17yrs. I was not rough, they were snapping off by me barely touching something. I came here with a friend because it was the nail salon she was most familiar with. The staff was friendly but the quality of service just isn't there. My friend and I both got pedicures at the same time and mine was finished 15 minutes before hers was. The pedicure itself looks, honestly, horrible. Not only is there paint job bad but they didn't even remove all of the dead skin, even though I paid extra for it! There was even a moment where I watched the staff argue with a customer who inquired about wait times. I'll never be returning here and I do not recommend them to anyone else. read more

I've never had nails and a pedicure Last this long in my life. I've gotten the more compliments on my nails and toes than I've ever gotten with past salons. Holly is absolutely the best!!! Helen did a fantastic job with my pedicure, I can honestly say that she gave me the best pedicure I've ever had in my life. I've seen Rich's work also and he does a great job too. They are super busy most times because they are that good, so make sure to call for an appointment prior to going. Rich also has great music playing so the wait time feels less when you are singing to his playlist. Update: (4th visit)Went back and Helen messed up one of my toe nails. Patched it with glue to fix. It didn't work, my hell started to lift and I had to go back (5th visit)and waste more time waiting to get it fixed. (6th visit) Went in to get full set. Lady in front of me was getting fancy design and I had to wait over an hour. Do yo make things worst, Holly didn't even do my nails because the shop was closing soon and she was still working on the lady in front me. Rich had to do my nails, which was fine, however that was not the person I came to see (and he is heavy handed when filing). My nails came out great, but my experience that night sucked. Bringing my review from google over to Yelp. UPDATE 10/29: After the owner decided to reply to my review I decided to update my review. I was not getting a fill, I was getting a whole new set. Like I had told them before, I had not noticed until an hour after I left (Which is my bad, I usually trust them with my nails but I definitely should of checked). Since I live on the other side of town I could not go back in that day since I had errands and other appointments to get to. They were closed the next. I decided to go to the nail salon across the street from me who had also agreed that both of my nails were crooked and fixed them both for free as well as offering to do my next fill for half off to accommodate for my bad experience at AZ3D. Like I had said before, I loved going here but after the terrible customer service on the phone and the lack of professionalism on their reply to my review I will not be returning which is a shame. 10/26: Normally I love going here to get my nails done. But today I went and about an hour after I had noticed that two of my nails were crooked. I don't know how I didn't notice before because it was very noticeable. I called and they put the blame on me. I've never had someone treat me like that at any nail salon I've been at. Update!! So I have gone back a couple times and the quality has just been getting worse and worse. I went in to have my old set taken off and new one out in. To start off the lady didn't soak my set all the way off. And instead broke my nail from trying to pick it off. Since that was unsuccessful she just put the new acrylic on top of the old one. Mind you the old set was a nude color and this set was clear so you can see the difference. THEN I asked for the marble design and she painted my nails and then was drawing straight lines on my nail and got upset when I told her I didnt like it to take it off. Said it's $50. Honestly save your money. I was so disappointed. I know I will definitely never go back. Worst part is she couldn't even do the gel polish correct as it bubbled up.
