I usually don't leave reviews at all, but this experience was honestly so bad it made me cry. I went in for a full acrylic set on my toes and clearly explained what I wanted. When I tried to show a reference, I was completely ignored. As he was working, I noticed right away that one side was longer than the other. I politely asked him to fix it and even tried to point out exactly what needed to be corrected, but instead of fixing the longer nails, he kept shortening the ones that were already too short.On top of that, the drill burned under my nail multiple times. I understand it can happen once or twice, but I kept telling him it was hurting and nothing changed.When he finished, the result looked awful. I asked again if he could fix them, and every time he tried, it just made things worse. I understand people make mistakes, but when a customer is calmly and clearly asking for something to be corrected multiple times, it should be taken seriously.The whole experience was frustrating and upsetting I actually started crying in the salon because of how poorly it was handled.I would not recommend this place for acrylic toenail sets read more

This is usually my go to salon. I've been going for over a year and monthly and typically have good experiences. Today was a huge disaster. My gel manicure was done and then both I and the tech realized the polish was moving from the sides. Ultimately decided to redo them with a new color. He was visibly annoyed to have to re do my nails but also was the one who offered it. The thing is in this process two of my cuticles were cut into and hurt really badly. If I didn't have to be in a wedding this weekend I would've asked to stop and leave. The redo on my nails is god awful. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On 7-9-24 I called this nail salon to see if they had time to do a pedicure around 5:50pm they said yes so I walked over immediately because I always like to give techs an hour to do my nails because when they feel rushed they tend to not do a great job. Once I got there I was the only customer. I chose my color (260 purple) while she took my old polish off. I let the tech know my big toe on the right broke a bit on the corner but I spaced the time out from my last pedicure to give it time to grow out because I like longer nails to make a nice square shape so the lowest she can go is to where it broke. She said okay and I proceeded on to show her a picture of the nail art I wanted to be done but if she couldn't do it it's okay I could do all purple instead of art (I picked this place due to their website stating they do modern nail art that meets the customers wants). The tech said she could get it done but I would pay 30 dollars on top of the pedicure I chose which I was okay with for this design. She ended up cutting my left big toe too short to the meat and was crooked. I pointed it out and said you cut it way to short and its crooked instead of fixing it she said "from my angle its not". I told her well from my angle if you want to look its very crooked. She just gave me silence so then I took a picture to show her and she said " I don't see it but I will file it if you want". Afterwards she started to do the design, starting with the flower using white paint and the lines. I asked her why she wasn't doing the flower with dip powder (I've had these same flowers done on my nails with dip) and she said she couldn't do that. I said okay are you going to go over the white with the purple then? She looked confused and asked what I meant, I told her the color I chose from the beginning. She said in the picture the color is white I told her I know I didn't choose the white color I chose the purple. She said, "white looks better and cleaner, white is better, purple wouldn't look good". (I just had white and wanted something different.) I told her I chose purple so I wanted purple and she said let me show you what it would look like with purple and put the purple dots on top of the white dots and said that the color doesn't look good. I told her I like purple and I think it looks good and that's what I wanted from the beginning... she replied by saying "So you want me to erase all the work I have done?" I said yes I didn't want white. She was upset and started to take off the polish from the two nails and started talking to the CSR in her language sounding upset and saying something about the white polish being better... at this point, I was uncomfortable, and made me feel like she was talking bad about me.... At this point I'm ready to leave I'm upset, angry, and I wanted to cry becausey feet are a big insecurity of mine and I try to keep up and do pedis every 2 weeks and she ruined them and made me feel like such a bad person for standing up for what I wanted done. I told her if she could stop I don't want the design anymore and she said she had to do something because she already did the job. I told her she isn't doing the design how I wanted so there's no point in doing it. She said well I can do the purple line for the French tip. I was speechless and embarrassed being around one other client and all her co-workers that were listening in. I said thats not what I wanted. She then took it upon herself to draw the French tip to "show me" what it would look like on my toessssss, not one toe all the toes on my left and said "see it looks fine". At this point I had no words. So She said something to the CSR and said to me she was gonna do the right side and I just said Ok, the CSR approached me and asked to check me out because she is closing the register I was like ok. She said its 64$ , I was like why she's not doing the design anymore and then the nail tech said that's the price. I paid it and the pushy CSR wanted me to tip this lady after hearing her this whole time go against what I requested! I told her no tip. (She did not even go check out the other customer she waited until she was done for her to go to the desk to check out...) I absolutely hate my nails and I hate that she cut it so short. read more

She made my nails look really really nice. She did little things that I like and sometimes have to ask for such as making sure the nails are all even. The color I chose it was very low on powder. I appreciate the fact that she realized it before we got started so I could choose a different color before we started. And she was very friendly and nice to talk to and joke around and it made the appointment really nice. For me the only bummer is I don't live near here. Had such a great experience for my first full on pedicure! I got my hands and toes done by Gina and she was wonderful on how she made sure I was comfortable. I got the foot scrub, calluses removal, and hot rocks pedicure. It felt amazing! Gina would make sure if she applied the right amount of pressure and heat on my legs. For my manicure, she did a great job with my marble and ombré SNS. I got to personally know the manager there and Tiffany does a great job running the flow of work in this place. She's very nice but keeps everything professional. Tiffany does her job very well and deserves to be appreciated and recognized more. If you are upset or have an problems, she make sure your problem is solved. The interior of the place is super nice. They keep the store very clean and beautiful fancy tone to it. As for the nail techs, everyone does a great job with their service and very friendly staff. They actually care and take their time on you and put the best effort into your service. However I guess if it's fast it won't last.. it wasn't even 6 days later and my nails are chipping and need to be redone already. So the girl started using unsterile instruments, I asked her for sterile ones and another lady came up and tried to tell me that the dirty ones she grabbed from the basked were new. *_* anyways she didn't soak off my gel, but used a machine which thinned my nails. Didn't use any cuticle oil after or did the hand massage. Also take a look at the picture, I was charged 20$ for that unprofessional work. NEVER coming back!
