It's my first visit and I'm sure it'll be my last. They took 30 mins to do 2 gel manicure. Didn't clean it enough. My 9y/o daughter had no nails because she bites them. He does the perfect even shape that I love and he does it quick! I love being able to get my nails done so fast and never have a flaw in them! I've never left a bad review on anything, really...but I always read reviews before going anywhere. I came here because there was mostly good reviews. The lady that did my nails was Vihoang (I believe) and she was rude, she didn't even say hello...I sat down and she didn't talk the entire time and kept breathing heavy under her breath as if she was frustrated. I then told her I wanted to do regular polish since she was removing my acrylics...and I told her what color...she picked the color herself rather than letting me see the options they had..so I went along with it. I didn't think it was a bad color, I just think the clients should be given options and shown what's available....And then I asked for a third coat and she said it was going to take longer.,,I couldn't really understand what she said but she said something along those lines. I didn't say anything,...and then after every coat she would tell me to put my hand towards the fan and she would kind of push my hands as if she was irritated and place them in front of the fan. Once she was done, she got up with a straight face grabbed her phone and went to the back. I waited for her to come back...but she never did...and I was just sitting there by myself until the owner came and touched my nails to let me know I was ready to leave. Did not feel professional at all. I felt like she was forced to be there. Oh also, I noticed her looking at the clock while doing my nails,... I understand we all have bad days but like...you still have to be professional...I'm paying you for your service...I even had a tip ready for her but didn't leave anything sadly. I found my new nail spot! It's pretty far from my house but worth the drive. It's closer than the salon I normally go to in Cave Creek. I am one of those Yelpers who looks at reviews to assess quality of a place and of course, let's be really real, PRICE! So atmosphere was pleasant, with the exception of the music blasting from next door, the salon did a pretty decent job drowning that out. They have a couple tvs and music playing. I went in for a manicure and pedicure because I'm having maternity photos done Saturday (came in at 12 on Thursday). The staff, I was greeted by a pleasant elder gentleman, sat down by a woman who was also welcoming. The nail artists who did both my pedicure and manicure was so nice (although I'm not much of a talker very introverted). He took his time and did an amazing job. I only wish I brought cash for a tip. I believe if I'm paying for a service that takes an hour or more, the artist should be shown equal gratitude. So let's get to price: you can't beat their prices anywhere and get the quality and service this place offers. I like that there were a few regulars in there as well, shows loyalty. My best friend goes here and told me I should try it. I made an appointment for 415 Friday with Theresa for a fill and pedicure. I arrived on time and everyone there was working on a customer. I waited 15 min before being seated for my pedicure and another 30-40 for my pedicure to even begin. My feet were super pruny from sitting in the water for such a long time. Theresa did my nails at the pedicure chair and she did a good job. The pedicure was nice as well, however one of my toes was not painted on its side. I was there for 2 hours which was a little frustrating to me, especially since I had an appointment. My bill was 54 dollars! This place is a little pricy for me. My usual.nail person (in Gilbert but I have moved) I pay 40 for a fill with design and basic pedicure. I probably won't return here and try some other places in my new area. read more

Went there less then to weeks ago paid 145$ for my toes and nails and my nails are falling off they're so bulky it looks like I should file them down the French tip is horrible you can see through the acrylic and the acrylic is sooo thin! What I thought would be a good experience turned out to be a HORRIBLE one. The man that did my nails was so rude to me! I asked him if he could do a basic French tip and he told me no and then as I was doing my nails he was just so abrupt with his commands such as when he told me to put my nails under the light. Not sure what the attitude was all about but I will definitely not be coming back or recommending this place to anybody! I went in yesterday to get a gel manicure. This morning I noticed the gel had started peeling from my nails. After work I decided to stop at the salon to see if they could fix my nails. They redid the gel polish. I just got home and noticed the "gel polish" wrinkled and pitted. Gel polish, when done correctly, shouldn't do that. It seems like they may have talent at this salon, but I wasn't able to really experience it. They seemed to prioritize quantity over quality. I made an appointment and they were running behind so I had to wait 30 minutes. The reason they're running behind is because they say yes to every walk in. My nails are all uneven lengths.
