Considering the price of 55 dollars with tip not included for dip nails and slight nail extension? It's not worth it. Only a day later, I could see that the extension was coming off of the left thumb. It was so shocking! Not as shocking as the lumpy nails the women left me with. Sure they were not noticeable from an aerial view but from the side they were just embarrassing. I took them off 3 days later because I could not bear to look at them. I live in the area and this place is really close to me so it is a shame it did not work out. I downloaded Yelp again to save another customer from having my same experience. I am so glad that I scheduled an appointment with Michael. I came from another nail salon that I was no longer happy with and was very well taken care of here. Michael was so considerate in everything he did from making sure the filing tool didn't get too hot to making sure my nail lengths matched. I was actually shocked by the phenomenal service I received here. Mark is always checking around to make sure everyone is comfortable. Very nice nail spa. Came here as my regular place was busy and I was very happy they were available right away. A man who answered the phone did my nails. He was oh so ever gentle removing my old gel, I never experienced this gentle before. I wanted certain design but after two tries, we gave up. I guess it was a bit too difficult to make it happen. After looking through their sample design, he made what I eventually liked. After I came home, reading their reviews, Jennifer is supposedly known for really good at doing designs, I should remember to ask her next time. One star for the customer service. Very friendly! One star for the nice massage with my pedicure! Also another star for my eyebrows turning out nicer than expected. I took away two stars. The first was because the color I asked for and paid $15 extra for (holo top coat) was not done correctly and the wrong color. When they showed me the color orange before putting it on I said that I wanted pink. They said once the holo it was on, it would look pink. It's still very orange. (I picked number 86 in the picture.) The top coat has a big smudge where it wasn't applied correctly on my big toe. The second star removed is because my heels look terrible and she barely touched them. I won't be coming back for a pedicure. Overall, for a chocolate chip pedicure ($45), plus the holo top coat ($15), and eyebrow waxing (didn't ask the price) it came out to be $89 before the tip. read more

My friend got gel polish and I got acrylic nails with a very intricate design. Michael did the acrylic part and Jennifer and another lady -I didn't catch her name :( -did the designs. I have been trying to find a new nail salon, so I decided to give this a try. I had gel nail polish on my fingers and toes and was coming in for a gel pedi/dip mani. They did my pedicure first and it was amazing! Massage was great and it was very relaxing. The same technician was going to do my nails. She showed me gel swatches and so I picked my dip color based on that (as they had matching colors). The dip color was completely different, so they had to polish over it with a gel color. It took about 2 tries to get the color right, and I didn't love it at first. The nail tech made my nails a bit thick and cut my cuticle on my pink nail too short and it's sore. Then after that, my total was $97. I can understand that they have to charge for their services, but I think I should've gotten some money off because of their issues with the color and the fact that I was there for almost 2.5 hours so they could get the color right. I might go back one more time to decide if this is the salon for me, but with the color issues and price, I'm not so sure. read more

First time getting my nails done in two years. And I was absolutely happy after leaving the salon. I did the SNS powder. Interesting application but it had me smiling the whole time. If you want a manicure with the powder they won't do it - which is understandable because of how the application is. It's like a full set but with nail color. Stopped in here because of the reviews about 2 months ago and as always my fellow Yelpers did not lead me astray! I had a wonderful experience and returned today for my second visit. I made an appt with Richard because he is who I had last time and he was WONDERFUL! Seriously, he's the best! Today was consistently as great as last time! I just got the basic pedicure, he did a wonderful job shaping my nails and the paint looks amazing. He is so sweet and a pleasure to be around! All of their technicians seem to do an excellent job based on what I could see from people around me so I wouldn't hesitate to see anyone else if I needed to, but Richard ranks cream of the crop in my book!! My rating is low for two reasons. The first being the fact that my bill was $25 more than anticipated. One adult dip powder manicure, one remove gel polish + basic pedicure with regular polish AND a child's French pedicure + kids gel French manicure SHOULD not have rung up to be $125. The second reason is the woman who did my dip powder manicure applied gel polish clear coat at the end...NO!!! The main reason I get dip is to avoid gel lamps. This step is not necessary and I have received a number of manicures from other places who do not. Update: One week later and my gel clear coat is peeling from the tips up. read more
