This is my third time coming here and first off I love how fortunate I am that they can take me in right away ! No long wait whatsoever . The employees are welcoming and really kind ! The first two times I've come I've gotten a full set and I recommend ale and the second time I've come I got a fill . I wasn't to happy with the gentlemen who did my fill ! It was chunky as far as the acrylic and he was not gentle and he seemed to be in a rush though it wasn't busy. Today is my third time back in a few months and again I didn't have to wait but my biggest thing I love about this place is the price ! I got a full natural dip nails and a regular pedi and only paid $83 , if I were to add gel I'd only pay about $93 .. and honesty anywhere else I'd pay $120-$180 plus . I waiver back and forth on this spot. I really like this liquid gel but didn't realize that if you also want an actual manicure it's an add on. Even after I asked for a full manicure they still didn't give me a massage. It took a little over an hour for the liquid gel. My nails are so long! The longest they have ever been. And the liquid gel does not chip. I've been going to get them done every three-four weeks and no chips at all. The only reason to go back is the polish is so grown out! I liked that the were able to get me in quick for an appointment. I told the tech what I wanted as I've done them the same for years. He suggested something different and I kindly said no thank you. He seemed to have an attitude after that. I asked for gel and I got a powder dip that I didn't want. I mentioned a thick line and he cuts me off right away to say "I'm not done". He mentions "hello kitty ew ew" (famous video online) in his own language as if it was to me. And I wasn't even doing a pedicure. Questioned again how he thinks my nails should be. If you wanna have the most beautiful acrylic nails with French ,Cecilia is the one that you should ask for. Some of the girls in this location are rude and don't like giving a good customer service but there are really good ones like Cici that always make sure to give the best service and the best treatment. I came in for a full set and she did such a great job. I am super grateful because I know how hard it is to find someone that really does a good acrylic job here in AZ. I will share the pictures so you can see for yourselves. I also get my pedicures with Anne and she does an amazing job too. It will be interesting to see if this gets posted because other reviews about this did not... The changed their gift certificate cards and then said ours were " not in their system" Additionally I had gone previously when they were having some difficulty with their computer and could not give me my $17 change but said to remind them on my next visit. I reminded them and guess what ..." that's not in our system" So I really like my tech but after going here at least 15-20 times I'm out. It's the small things but they are still important. One more parting remark.. I know you can't always get an equal experience when doing walk in service ... but some of these techs are very aggressive and rough without any real sense of caring for comfort or quality if you are not one of their regulars. I like coming here for pedicures but my last two times getting manicures were disappointing. Both technicians rushed and left sharps edges from the material along the cuticles on most of my fingers. This last time I went I asked for a removal of acrylic and to place dip on my natural nails. The gal drilled off the color and began ripping off what was left of the acrylic with a spare fake nail to wedge off the pieces. It hurt so bad I was crying silently in the chair with my head down cause I was so embarrassed. It made me feel like an inconvenience being there because of how rushed the manicure was as well. With their only skilled technician out of town, I was assured another tech could deliver the shape and design I wanted for an upcoming event. That was absolutely not the case. The work was rushed and poorly done. I called the salon immediately after walking out and was told to send photos to the manager, who then asked me to return to have the nails fixed. When I came back, they had the nerve to tell me I'd have to pay another $75--just to fix their mistake! All I had done was a basic fill and a simple design. Completely unreasonable. This place is overpriced, inconsistent, and clearly values money over customer satisfaction. First time Visit on 11/27/2021 and absolute last!! Came for Two Full sets and three pedicures. The salon has pretty layout, but the service did not align. I couldn't utilize the massage chair while getting my pedicure.Which Is my favorite part. The lady said "it moves to much" which is ultimately the whole point. After the service was completed the powder that was applied was to thick the consistency of the nails do not match (see photo) When checking out our bill did not match the bill was higher than the price. The second full set the technician put them on and they were not properly applied. We requested for them to be fixed she filled it and said "see look". But they were still messed up. A manager came over and had an aggressive attitude when we politely asked for them to be removed. During the removal process there were nails flying around and poked us in the eye there's nail debris in hair, chair, sweater, and lap and the lady was like "you moved". (See image ) - this has never happened before when getting my nails. I would recommend if you are going to spend money there are multiple other salons near by that are more affordable and better quality service!! When I first started coming here about a year ago for pedicures, it was great. The massages were nice and long, polish lasted a month+, the atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Then, they started to cause bleeding when trimming my cuticles, the massages were quick and weak, and the polish job was sloppy. The nail techs don't take pride in their work- they just rush through to get to their next client. Today, she didn't use the toe separators, so they rubbed together and smudged. When I asked her to fix it, she blamed me because she "told me to be careful". About 2 hours later, I'm home and see some loose skin on my big toe. When I go to touch it, some polish rolls up and comes right off. Begrudgingly, I go back (and believe me, I HATE being that person), and the gal gives me a hard time again saying I must have bumped it. But I hadn't. So she poorly attempted to repair by putting color JUST on the missing spot and top coat immediately after on only MOST of the nail. $45 pedicure plus $10 tip? Absolutely not worth it. I tried giving them several chances to see if it would improve, but it seems like that's just the quality of work they offer because it never got better. The same thing happened to my sister and my mom. On top of that, the customer service wasn't great.
