There is a new lady seemed sweet but she hurt my toe so bad it was bleeding for days. Had to wear flip flops in cold weather Couldn't wear shoes. The quality of work and place have gone down. Definitely not the same like before. Appointments are pointless because you still end up waiting over 30 minutes. Pedicures use to have good leg massages, hot rocks and oil, now you just pay more only to get your toes painted. It's not even a pedicure. I love this nail salon and have been getting my nails done here for the past year and they never disappoint. Everyone that works here is great at their job and are always super friendly and remember you when you walk in the door. Had a new girl do my nails (dipping powder). They chipped shortly after but not a big deal. When I went back 3 weeks later, I noticed in my middle finger the mail was turning green. The girl I had this time told me I probably hit it against something. Didn't pay any mind to to but then a week later, I noticed two more nails were turning green. If they recommend something just listen, they have good judgement. If you want a good set don't rush them and come with plenty of time to spare. They truly take their time on everyone so expect them to do the same for you and expect an amazing outcome, just be patient. They will all take really good care of you. Always call for an appointment you get 10% off. They are extremely busy on the weekends in the afternoon. They will always recommend gel or the dipping powder, it's literally worth what you pay for. They do a great job at everything pedicures, full sets, and even eye brow waxing. IF you haven't had the paraffin wax on your pedicure, I highly recommend that as well. I used to live about an hour and a half away from here and I would drive here every two weeks without complaint. Had an appt for my daughter at noon, we arrived at 11:55am. I dropped her off to run a few errands and she texts me at 12:40pm saying she hasn't been seen. I was pulling into the parking lot when she texted me , so I parked and got down. I asked them how much longer and he said "moon" who we had an appt with was finishing up someone's nails so about 10 more minutes. The guy who did my pedi scrubbed so hard he actually removed skin off the side of my foot, and the girl that did my mani nipped me twice when cleaning my cuticles...ouch!!! My mom and I went yesterday and my mom was not treated nicely. This was our second time going and I believe we were treated badly. The lady was being rude and was in a hurry to finish my mom's nails when there was no more customers and it wasn't close to closing time. My mom asked for the price beforehand and when the lady was doing her nails she said it would be an extra five dollars for what my mom had wanted when she had already told her that it would be just $30. It wasn't about the money,it was just the way she talked to my mom. She was very rude even when doing my mom's nails. She was talking on the phone and in a hurry to finish while doing my mom's nails. There was no customers so it seemed like she was just in a hurry to finish. She didn't even use the thing to dry my mom's nails all she did was tell her to wait 3 minutes for them to dry.
