My favorite nail salon. I have gone to SEVERAL nail salons over the years and I always always always return back. I have NEVER had a nail pop off. I have never been cut. I always go to Dee for my nails and she does such an amazing job. Very small family owned business. The vibe mellow for sure in here! Dee is super cool too. Only about 3-4 technicians at a time, roughly 2 for pedicures 2 for nails depending on the day. You can see other sets by Dee on her insta @deexxpho read more

I went with my wife and the workers did a good job on our pedicures but my wife also got fake nails and they are a little unprofessional. Eating in between, going on their phone in between. Just stuff you don't see in a high end place. Workers were somewhat friendly. I would rate better if there was more professionalism read more

Every time I come here I always leave happy. I can show them a picture of what I want for a full set and they will always recreate it. Their pricing is amazing and it is very affordable! The workers are a very kind and professional family. The store is very clean and during the summertime they leave fans on to assure customers comfortability. I highly recommend!!! read more

Great affordable nail salon I wanted to cry when they were on vacation because I had to go somewhere else .

0 stars No definitely not a recommendation here! The girl Dee is rude af late, never on time for appointments!!! She won't even acknowledge you or greet you especially if she is having a bad day! Also be weary because I heard her over the phone comfortably using the word Nigga!!! read more

I came to my nail appointment early, because I got off work early. Walked in (3pm) and no customers, but I was told by the owner I had to wait until my appointment time (4:30) to get my nails done because someone was on their way (lie)!!! I have a wedding to go to this weekend, so I wait. 20 minutes later someone walks in to get her nails done by the young lady who does acrylic nails. The lady (owner) who usually does my nails is chatting with 2 other employees. I have come to this nail shop several times and have witnessed this type of rudeness before. I guess I didn't think it would happen to me, since I'm a regular. This is extremely unprofessional!!!! It is 3:45, I could have gotten my pedicure/manicure & been on my way. 3:49 & I'm getting my pedicure. Cool, I match energy... NO TIP read more

Went here yesterday because of the good reviews and I must admit I am very disappointed. I don't know if it was a miscommunication or what but I wanted the gel nails and I did get acrylic but whatever I let that go. Then she then the gel topcoat I asked her to put on my nails are all bumpy. I pointed it out before I left and she had me put my hands in the uv light thing again and they are even worse. I think only one nail is smooth like it is supposed to be. And also i am pretty sure my thump nail is a little crooked but I am done complaining. I won't ever be back here again. read more

I decided to take my friend to get a full set here. I sat down next to her on the left while she got her nails done, and as I was talking to her there was another client trying to sit down on MY left to get her set. I didn't notice since she didn't say anything and I didn't think my chair was in her way. This woman's nail tech's way of getting me to move was not to ask politely. Instead, she reaches over the counter to my arm and chair and proceeds to try to physically move me herself. She could've easily asked me to move and I would've done so. Wow, never experienced such a thing at a nail salon. Definitely go somewhere else if you're looking for polite nail technicians. read more

I just got my nails done today with the Gel polish and I love the job they always do. I made the mistake of going to another salon one year because I was given a gift card, they did a terrible job. My husband knows I will only go to Lee's place. The nails last until I get a fill and I always get a lot of compliments on the "hand painted designs". Not just the holiday designs, but Lee painted little fish in aquariums on each nail a few times, that design is my favorite. I recommend getting a custom paint job done, you will not be disappointed. Been going there for over 20 years now. Even got my brother to get his FIRST pedicure there. I love this place and the ladies are great. Looking forward to getting a pedicure next trip. read more

I had the worst experience here, had an appointment for 3:30 and was told to sit down and wait and then proceeded to end up sitting there for another 3 1/2 and during the time the owner handed me nail clippers to take of my old set of nails and I ended up cutting my self and then they stuck my now ripped nail in 100 acitone witch made it burn then left me there for another hour and when I asked the owner when she was gunna get to me she told me to sit down and shut up and at that point I got frustrated made them finish removing my old set and left read more

Not big on designs but good service and they did a very good job on my mani/peti - not cheap

I wish I could give this place less stars - dirty upon arrival and very rude. Made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them, I'm a diabetic and it started with my simple statement because the tub could make you lose a limb for f's sake. We discussed it - this was a gift from a friend and we wanted to sit together during pedi- that was an issue and this place was empty- I think "D" got the point but not really. She asked me how my day was and where I was from, I told her San Diego, and that was a bit stressed from our car breaking down and having to rent a car. Holidays and car rental = I'm broke but I'm very kind and asked her questions to see if she was troubled, not at all. I read people well - She said "and you're having your nails done"? Wtf???? Wow really? My best friend dropped well over 100 for both of us - she wanted to go back in and tell her off when we were leaving. If I get fungus and lose my feet I'll let ya know. :( read more

I'm so disappointed. Was sat in the pedicure chair for a hour and a half while I watched walk ins come and go. I understand time management but I can't understand why make an appointment if you don't respect the customers time. I left with my nails exactly the same and feeling like my money was no good here. It hurts to be treated this way. read more

I have been coming to this nail salon for six years now. I've tried many other places and they just don't compare. Very laid back atmosphere, friendly staff and unbeatable prices. This is a family owned spot so if you're more into the chain type places this probably isn't for you. As for me, I wouldn't go anywhere else (: read more

Got a gel manicure- the girl took her time and was very detailed. My nails look perfect!

Lee is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST I see that a VERY small group of females have said that her place is DIRTY, Employees are very RUDE and that one of the older LADIES did not know what she was doing...THESE ACCUSATIONS ARE SOOOO UNTRUE. I Love Lee's shop and if you want a BEAUTIFUL set of nails and a GREAT experience GO SEE LEE and get a GREAT JOB with T&L Nails. read more

I love love love this place they always do a good job my nails never break and they are super friendly. Like any other business they do not have to tolerate disrespect from any customer. It is a small business so they are always super busy. No matter how long I have to wait it is well worth it! I really appreciate the prices and the conversation when getting my nails done. I've been going to them since I've moved to Phoenix. I moved about 30 minutes away from the salon the drive is totally worth it! If you want your nails to last and done right I suggest you try them out! read more

It's pretty much a hit or miss. Bipolar nail tech can be nasty or nice. I won't be going back.

I didn't even go in to get any work done, I called and the lady I spoke to was outright RUDE. NEVER going here.

SLOOOOOOOW I CALLED AHEAD STATED WHAT I NEEDED Was told to wait 15 mins and then come ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES AFTER 5 did not leave until after 8pm fir a pedicure and a manicure no acrylic no design no fancy request Just bullshit major fuckin around for 3hrs sat me at the pedicure machine to soak my gel polish off I sat for an hour with no speaking to me or anything I watched another person next to me he a pedicure the woman dipped he hand in the mud mask jar And SMEARED THE CONTENTS ALL OVER THE WOMANS FEET AND THEN PUT THE SAME HAND BACK INTO THE JAR AND SMEARED SOME MORE. Absolutely love this place. I get gels every 2 1/2-3 weeks and NOT because they chip. Simply because I get tired of the same color and my nails start to get too long for me to handle. I've done my nails here for the last 4 months regularly and my gel nails NEVER chip! Very cheap too compared to other locations! Love it and do not plan on changing locations! read more

Not even worth one star. I walked in no one is friendly at all. There was a younger girl with curly hair and glasses who did my nails, she was extremely rude. An employee asked her to do my nails and she rolled her eyes and sat down extremely upset (you shouldn't work in customer service) She rushed through the process and at some point I noticed that she had stars on her nails and asked if they did that here and she said mhm not yes, not are you interested just mhmm. When she was almost done she said you need another coat I said just on some and I she said well if I do one I have to do all and I said no you don't some are darker than others. She rolled her eyes and continued to ask which nails she wanted to polish. She was the rudest person I've ever encountered at a nail shop and she should probably find another job that will allow her to treat customers with such a nasty attitude. I will never come here again it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. read more

Worse place EVER. I went in for a pedicure - woman did not speak English - didn't even scrub my feet - my feet looked worse than when I went in. Of course, I complained and I got the deer in the headlights look. Will NEVER, EVER GO BACK. Beware of this place - not worth the time or the money - go elsewhere and pay a little more for a better result. It sucks..... read more

They honestly don't deserve that one star, I went in with some friends who got a pedicure and the elder lady who did their pedis was really nice but when I wanted to get a full set and was waiting for more than half an hour the younger slobby looking one had told me they were already closed. Overall she had horrible customer service and was really rude. Yeah prices are good but I rather pay the $10 more for great service and not wait to literally be told they are closed. read more

I had came here several times, the first 3 times were fantastic!! Great service, Friendly staff, and great prices!!!! But I have had 4 bad visits the first one a guy did my nails offered me a gel top coat to keep them looking good longer. Come to find out they charged and extra $5 for it!! I am not complaining about the price, some common courtesy when offer disclose you will charge for it? The second time I came in I stood in the reception area for 15 minuets with no acknowledgement at all and I was the only one standing there!!! They were not super busy just rude and ignored the fact that I walked in. The third time I came in they were very busy I very politely asked one of the ladies how long she thought the wait would be as I live down the street, I had no problem coming back in an hour...... her response to me??? I dunno, can't you see we are busy? just sit down or leave! I was like WTF?????? I walked out. The 4th time I called ahead because I like one of the girls I think she is the owner's daughter she is college aged very sweet and a little chatty when you talk to her about the band on her shirt, plus she did a cute design on my nails and was so super sweet about it. She was working and I made an appointment for a few hours out to get my nails done by her, I come in they had a couple people waiting and I was there 15 minuets early I stated that I made an appointment and was told that they don't take appointments and that it would be ridiculous for me to expect to be helped before the other 2 people waiting????? The guy who answered the phone said they take appointments and scheduled one so you might want to check on that. I will not be trying again even though your prices are the best I have found.......The term "you get what you pay for" really does apply to this nail place, as they not only look low end but they act it as well. read more
