    Love getting a good pedi!!

    This is the only place I go for my pedicure. I absolutely love this place. So relaxing even when it tickles! I'm rather ticklish tbf. The staff is always so nice

    I chose this nailshop to experience the volcano pedicure $100.00. I'm from California and was in Arizona for my mother's surgery. Since the surgery was gonna be 6 hrs I decided to go relax and try to keep my mind off of the surgery. I was tired and exhausted. I arrived after driving 20 miles and was greeted by Vince who was not friendly at all! The nail tech that handles my services was Toni. For my colors I chose a manicure and design set from their website, but wanted the colors on my toes. Once Toni finished it it looked nothing like what was on the site. I asked are you going to do the design and he replied "you want that?" ummmm yes. I was so disappointed in the whole look that I just didn't care anymore. If you have a design on your website then you should be able to deliver if a customer wants it. I will never ever come to this nail shop again. I wasted $100.00 on rudeness and no talent. I also want to add that Toni was also very heavy handed. He would snatch my foot and aggressively put it under the UV Led lamp. Just an overall terrible experience. As soon as I touch down in California I'm immediately taking this polish off.

    Dirty tools that they took out dirty, used on me and then put right back without cleaning them. It was disgusting!

    Do not go here. This was the dirtiest salon I've ever seen, had horrible treatment, and significantly overcharged. Their groupon for a volcano pedicure, says the original price is $130 and that they were offering a 30% off coupon on groupon for it only be $91. However, the sign on their wall says that volcano pedicure only costs $65. I didn't notice this until after, when we were checking out. When I asked the manager, he said that they don't set their prices on Groupon, that Groupon chooses the prices for them, which is not how Groupon works. He then told me if I had wanted the normal price, I should have booked it directly through them and not through the "discount" on Groupon and that their prices on groupon are consistently changing and won't align with the actual price of the service. The pedicure itself was horrendous. I took my mother for mother's day. Her chair was duct taped together and my chair was rocking. If I leaned back, the chair wanted to flip backward. They then had issues with the tub of water that I was using, and were consistently going from touching other people's feet to dipping their hands into my water to try to fix it while I waited my turn, because the jet wasn't working right. Then going from having their hands in the water that my feet were in, back to touching other customers' feet without rinsing their hands off or washing them. At one point, the guy working on my mother next to me, who was using gloves, then came over and started touching my feet with product on his gloves that he had just been rubbing directly on her feet. Then after touching her feet with the product, touching my feet, he went right back to her feet. During the pedicure, when she did the callous remover on the bottom, I flinched a couple times because I'm ticklish, and she very angrily scolded me to not move. In addition to how dirty the place was and all of the broken equipment, they were pulling out tools like a massage gun, their clippers, and a callous grater that were dirty. She was using her hands to wipe off chunks of wax, lotion, and callus from other people before using it on me. With the cuticle trimmers, the nail clippers and the tools she used to push the cuticles back, she was very rough and aggressive, and it hurt. She then put them right back into the tool kit without cleaning them. The hot towels they used were shredded and noticeably dirty, not only did it leave stuff on my legs and feet when she got done, wiping them, but one of my legs and feet broke out in hives after she used it. And the whole time the person in the chair next to me was talking to the person she came with, and my girl could not control her facial expressions and kept turning and giving the girl next to me a nasty glare, and then talking to the nail tech next to her in a different language. They would both then turn and stare at the girl telling the story with dirty looks, very obviously talking shit. On top of how unhygienic, unprofessional, and what a rip-off It was, they had an egg roll station sitting up front with food sitting out at unsafe temperatures, waiting to go in the warmer, and then a warmer of egg rolls that had been sitting there for at least the hour that we were there untouched. This place was absolutely horrible. I don't understand how they're still in business.

    Went in for a gel pedicure and dipping powder set. Gel pedicure was fine. The tech asked what i had on my nails and i said it was dipping powder. She asked multiple times which gave me the impression she wasn't familiar. I decided to ask for a manicure instead and it's the worst manicure I've ever seen. Didn't file my nails, left residue, no shape on my nails and i still have powder from previous session. Terrible work! $100 down the drain.

    Customer service and English language and communication skills. Discrimination -they don't know English and the it is your fault for trying and even asking for help form other workers and manger who also is very rude and arrogant. Unhonest scamers who swipe the Geoupon they offer for you to buy without giving you the service you paid for, not even starting. Being nasty with people pushing them to choose color every 2 minutes asking once you seat in the chair without letting you relax or decide what you want! and nether understanding when their numbers don't match with their colors they insist on rushing you and then making you look like a full bc you point on the color but they bring you the other it seems like the number you said - who knows which color is which number toot number or bottom number lol - I am picking colors pointing to it and I am paying and when I go to the SPA LIKE THEY CLAIME TO BE I WOULD LIKE TO RELAX NOT BEING BULLIED BY SOMEONE WHO CANNOT PERFORM THEIR JOB BECAUSE THEY DONT UNDERSTAND THEIR CLIENT RHEY DINT SPEAK ENGLISH MOR OTJER LANGUAGE I CAN Understand TAKE MY MONEY AND TELL ME THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SERVE ME BC I AM TAKING TOO LONG TO CHOOSE THE COLOR . Scan my vouchers prior and send me home on my last day before vacation without any mani pedi with my money spent on their Grouoon being rude for no reason as I am returning customer of at least 3 times and who always tries to be flexible with them as they do cheat with Geouon - be careful - if you bUY their Geouon do not show manager before hand - bc he would swipe it before you get service and then if you don't like it or they don't do it at all like in my case then it is on you- get American Express credit card to pay for those Geouons - so it can be disputed bc they stand by you 100% compare to Geouon and their vendors - and MY BIGEST SUGESTION - just buy Geouon after you call for appointment- right when they finish - so if you don't open something you can complain and also trade your Groupon - DO NOT SHOW GROUPON TO RHEM BEFRORe - it is their trick to swipe it before you get your nails done --ALSO- IF YOU WANT MASSAGE EXTRA TIKE - DONT pay for it here - they use Massge gun and it is not pleasant they cheer here also. DO NOT buy botanical pedicure - bc you know what they do: they put 2 little small bases of fake flowers next to you smelling like their establishment - making you feel like you in botanical garden - NOT! Gosh you think these people care - no- these salon DOESNT Care- they don't appreciate when you as the returning customer leave them a little better tip for them to recognize you and be balky to see you again- NAHhhh - their faces are dull - (not all there are very sweet couple of techs I was not able to have service with but always got this materialistic mean lady who did NOT speak English didn't not smile and didn't not understand at all my needs . Sad place - they also cheered on Geouon prices - make sure they give you what you pay for . I missed on tech she was on vacation today - maybe she was main one bc when she was there - she at least tried compre to manger and the red hair one . I had $15 on the vouchers they gave me for discount and when I showed them today they refused all the services for me just because I was not getting the color I wanted from the number book lay out they had and I dis not want their choose of color - I wanted to see 2 shades next to each other but they refused to show me . I don't understand- maybe they don't need customers anymore or maybe they don't want GROUPON Customers ANYMORE - but I don't see people coming to this location just because - it is not a pretty place either . Not sure but feeling like USA going down hill with people nearing able to work here without knowing English, take your money, cheer you out , be rude to you in front of other clients , and discriminate you per their manager saying - i was taking long time choosing - while both of them look at me puzzeled when I ask them please can I see those two colors side by side - aahhhhh go back to your country and before you start work here again learn English And make sure to get your working permit !NEVER AGAIN

    I've been coming to this shop for awhile now and up until recently never had an issue. The last two times, literally the day after, I have had to return to the shop for the owner to fix my nails. I am not sure if it is the nail tech who has been working on my nails (as she is the common denominator in all of this) the dry equipment or or poor quality polish being used on my nails. While I appreciate the owner fixing my nails and the staff is always nice, I spend too much money on my nails to be inconvenienced and have to drive out of my way 17 mins one way to have my nails fixed literally one day after getting them done. I will not be returning and will have to find another nail salon.

    My dipped nails looked like teeth, my cuticles were not done and I lost 3 nails in 48 hours. Thank goodness they offer a warranty! :) Kim totally saved the day! She removed the dip (I wish I could upload the video) clipped my cuticles and brought my hands to life! looking and feeling clean. I would have appreciated an apology and not treated like I was just am complaining customer. The service provided on Saturday was horrible!! I do realized one bad experience does not mean a bad place of service so I will return but I will only book with Tony and Kim.

    Customer service was a 1. Merchant cancelled appointment on my end and wouldn't honor the price due to their error. Ended up being seen by another nail salon.

    Bad clumpy polish

    This "spa" uses dirty equipment and dirty towels. They used boiling hot wax and burned me on the tops of my feet. Not only was the equipment dirty, the pedicurist applied lotion to my legs, then without washing or changing gloves, worked on another customer's legs, then back to mine. He was in such a rush, that he jabbed me several times with the metal tools. The pedicurist next to me had a massager that was caked with lotion and who knows what, and barely wiped it with a towel before using it on my daughter. They are also selling egg rolls to go, but I do not think they have a license for that, and are NOT using safe food prep procedures. When we arrived, they had a display of egg rolls in a warmer and more on the table, not refrigerated. They did not make more and throw any away while we were there, so they had to be old and unsafe. My chair was duct taped and my daughter's was so loose, if she leaned back, the chair seemed like it was going to fall over. The polish was thick and clumpy and he kept adding acetone to it, but it still went on CLUMPY. Please see attached photos of where they burned me and the bad polish.

    I went to this nail salon after being with the same nail tech for a couple of years. My nail tech has become in a very big hurry and was cutting my often with the drill. This place was VERY refreshing!! A nice calm environment with calming music playing and lots of other patrons relaxing while receiving services. The techs were honest with me. I came in for a full but left with a full set because my previous set was lifting and causing a problem with my natural nails. The techs here are kind, careful and listen to what you would like. They all seem very well educated in their business, and the place is spotless and clean. I absolutely will be back in 2 weeks for my fill! Thank you to the staff for being awesome and ahhhhmazing!!
