I WILL NOT be coming back because every single time I came in it was a 15 to 20 dollar upcharge from the time before. Then I came in for a fill and they said 30 dollars more than the TIME BEFORE. AFTER NEW OWNER SHIP. They ARE NEVER CONSISTENT WITH THEIR PRICES. I have been coming here for years and always get my nails filled and my pedicure done. They always greet me by name and have always tried to fit me in whenever possible. I don't ever have a complaint and they do a great job. When I have a time constraint they do their best to get me out on time by working together. The prices are reasonable, and it's a relaxing place. Not every place needs to look fancy to be a good place to go. All in all, I will still be going to this place for a long time to come. read more

Super sad about not liking this place, it's so close to home! I came here to get my dip nails "rebased" (painted etc). I'm not picky. I'm easy. I make an appointment, 1 color, no complaints, in and out. Normally, a tech will clean up the nail, file it down, trim in and out of the tip with their tools so that it's a smooth surface after the color is added. These folks dipped my nails with the paint, top coat, and said "all done". Edges so sharp they'd cut my skin if I needed to scratch an itch. Very disappointed. They looked jagged and messy. $40 and I'll be filing them myself at home. I will not be returning or referring anyone to this salon. read more

This was my first time visiting this salon, and I was glad I decided to check them out. I live right across the street which makes them convenient and I had a coupon. The staff was very nice and the shop was clean and not overly decorated. The gentleman who did my nails understood I was not feeling well and kept the chatting to a minimum. I picked and glitter gel for my gel manicure and he did an excellent job evenly distributing the polish. The price was good, the staff is really nice, I was seen immediately without an appointment ... I will definitely be going back in a few weeks for another gel manicure. read more

The nail technician kept pushing hard on my side nails with his own SHARP nail ., to me that is very unsanitary example he could have cut me with is on nail., I finally got the nerve to say his nail was sharp and it hurt so he says sorry then uses his other f nail!! Sitting in the salon getting a pedicure at the moment, and I already will never come back (first time). My pedicure has been exceptionally rushed, literally had the nail polish ready to go 18 minutes in. My toe nails were uneven and I asked for a fix, the professional did not know what I was talking about. I got gel nails, she kept placing the black light ON TOP of my painted nails. My problem- we as customers pay good money to have services of such, and most of us use this as a time to relax & unwind. Sometimes this is the ONLY free time we have. Be mindful. read more

I have been going here for over 25 years and always have the best time. Ann, Steve, Sara & Joseph are the best and they make you feel very welcome. I usually go in and don't have to say anything except if I decide to go out of my box which happens once in a while. Ann knows how I like my nails, the length the shape and the colors so I just say Ann pick my color and she does. I'm not a picky person but I know what I like and I have never had a bad visit here. I would never go anywhere else. I used to live about 2 minutes from them and just recently move 1/2 hour away but will always com here. She has already had 2 nails fall off and turned yellow. I love this salon! I've been going to this salon since 1996!! I've tried other salons, but always find myself going back. Ann does beyond excellent work! Steve, Tom, Joseph and Sarah are also all fantastic! They are Extremely friendly, they will do just about any thing you want. If it's something newer that they've never done they will do it until it's just how you want it. Great prices, great people! My daughter is one of those people who acrylics just don't stay on her nails. Any time she has had them done and they lift sooner than normal Ann does not hesitate and will redo them at no charge. They always have a smile on their face even when they're swamped! read more

I was here visiting my granddaughter and we wanted to go get our nails done. I found this place on yelp, it was close and they were able to get us in right away. They did an amazing job, quick and the price was very reasonable. Joseph did an excellent job for my 5 year old granddaughter, he kept her entertained, answering all her questions. read more

I loved this place it's a hole in the wall nail salon 5 minutes from my house I recently move to AZ from ca and when I would get my nails done in Ca I'd always just find a new place close by for low prices and sometimes you find hidden gems other times can be nightmares hahha, two weeks prior I got a full set and pedicure at classy nails by the amc theater in deer valley and the salon is so nice and classy and looks expensive I thought well if the salon looks this fancy and they want to show off all the colors and treatments this place must be amazing and I was wrong my pedicure came out bad the polish was great but my toes did not look like I just got a professional pedicure, I was told to wait for my full set and I wait and wait and as I'm on my phone waiting this guy tries to get my attention saying ma'am I look 12 and there was 15 middle aged women in the store sorry I didn't think he was speaking to me and he then yelled at me excuse me miss it's gonna be a little longer.... I didn't need to get yelled at to be told it would be longer lol. His wife then does my nails I wanted a solid color but she kept pushing me to do ombré and I asked her 4 times is ombré gonna be more expensive than solid color and she said I was fine each time, long story short my pedicure was 40 which is definitely over priced lol and my full set was 60 so I definitely was charged for the ombré lol, and then I realized my nails were so bad the acrylic was way too much on the edges of my fingers it looked uncomfortable and gross honestly like she didn't file down the sides of the nails and it was terrible for 2 weeks so don't be fooled by a fancy salon with a fancy name 2 weeks later I give this place a shot the man who gave me a fill on my nails was so sweet and he took his time and at first I was upset that a fill was taking over an hour to finish but I started to notice that because of the time frame he was actually making my nails look amazing and like I paid over 100 from them you would think with how beautiful he made them, my nails in the end literally looked like my actual nail it was thin and nice and he took the time to make the tips the right shape for me I loved my nails and LADIES it was 25$ for a fill no hidden things they charged no unnecessary charges or anything I was so satisfied and a fill with just solid color especially on acrylic nails that are short, never should I pay more than 25 and I was so pleased I hope they're still open cause I'm due for a fill but if they're closed due to COVID 19 I will be a loyal customer and just wait for them (: read more

i tried it out because its close to the house.. they did the basic, nothing else on my pedicure. i was the only person in there, so its not like they were overwhelmed. but i like it when they do the leg massage, and the foot rub. there was no heal attention or anything.. they basically washed, removed nail polish, cut, filed and painted. ill find another place to frequent.. unless im in a pinch and need that french tip toe before a night out. read more

I jave been getting my nails done here for a little over 10 years. I walk in they greet me by ae they know all my kids names. I have gone to other nail places but i always go back to nails r us!! The owner's and staff at Nails R Us are great. The owners are so accommodating, they will open early or stay late when needed. They do a great job at HALF the price some of the nail salons in the same area. The shopping center is a bit lack luster but it's never hard to find parking the grocery store there has a coffee shop inside so I will usually grab a coffee then go take a seat in the salon to be pampered. They do foot massages, callus removal and masques for no extra charge. YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT!!!!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I got a mani/pedi a few days ago and it was a miserable experience, I couldn't wait to get out of there! The lady doing my nails did them in 5 minutes and got the polish all over my skin and when I asked for her to wipe it off she looked at me like I was crazy. I had to go home and redo them myself. The pedicure was mediocre but took about an hour to the point where I was ready to get the hell out. I recommend spending a few extra dollars somewhere else to get better quality. read more

Ann has been doing my nails for years(4-5). I have referred 3-4 people to her and we are all pleased. She is nice and very hard working. Steve is sooo friendly they always greet me by calling me by name and ask about my grandkids and children. I can go sometimes for 3 weeks between fills. I have not had nails lift the may break but do not lift. Lifting is usually caused by oily nail beds. I went to another salon before NaILS R US and they never lasted ad long. i can always call and get in without having to make an appointment way out. Very friendly and courteous. I would recommend NAILS R US to anyone. They do wonderful Peds a great leg massages. read more

After two days my nails were lifting on about 4 nails by the end of the weekend i had 6 nails lifting, so i went back and showed them and she was like its normal. No it normal to lift but not after 2 days! They did fix them for me free of charge but were very rude to me!!! Will not be going back there or will not refer any of my friends there! read more

I would give it no stars if I could. My friend and i walked in and asked for a gel manicure for myself and my friend wanted a mani pedi. One gentleman had me sit at his station an then gave me colors to choose from. They only had like 20 gel colors to select from. As i was pondering my color choice my friend and i both noticed how dirty the shop was. She even saw a cockroach on the floor, that was covered in nail clippings and fake nail clippings and such We should have walked out right then. I finally got my color choice and it took him an hour and a half for a manicure, and at least 45 min to polish my nails. And the polish job was a nightmare mess. He did not clean it up like i asked him too he just kept adding polish. Finally was done and then he proceeded to massage my hands and arms with lotion that was no thicker than water. My friend finally got her nails done and we bolted out of there as fast as we could. After a day my nails look like they have been polished for 2 weeks. Just horrible and my friends nails are just as bad. I will never ever ever go back there again. read more
