When I politely told her I didn't like how it was coming out, she got visibly upset and made me feel bad for speaking up. I ended up asking for regular French tips instead, and she did them with such a bad attitude. The tips are almost see-through, rushed, and honestly look nothing like the quality I'm used to here. This is the first time I spoke up about my nails, and the way I was treated today was so rude and unprofessional. Now I understand the other bad reviews.

The walls, equipment, and work areas often look messy and not well maintained, which takes away from the overall experience. It was also concerning to see employees leaving snacks and drinks around the salon while customers were getting services done. That's not appropriate in a place where hygiene should be a priority. I had been going here for about a year for dip powder nails, but over time my nail beds became very damaged. On my last visit, I decided to switch back to a regular manicure instead. The technician clearly wasn't happy about it because it's much cheaper, and her attitude changed immediately. She became grumpy and unprofessional, which made the experience very uncomfortable. This nail salon has been good so far. I've been there maybe 5 or 6 times. Pedicures and acrylic nails, new and fills. Granted, they are busy, so I can see why it's hard to fit an entire party getting pedicures next to each other. (One negative review) Could they have planned it better, sure. Honestly, the cost is very reasonable. Some nails pictured in the reviews do look undesirable and I wouldn't have been happy with them either. If you want to be in and out, you need to go to an actual salon that does one on one appointments. You will pay more but you will be taken most likely at your appointment time. They don't offer many designs like some solo nail techs do but for $40 for a fill vs over $100 at solo salons, its worth the savings. If you want a specific look for an event or wedding, find a solo nail tech in the valley and pay the extra for your nails for that time. This is like the super cuts of nails. First come, first serve and you roll the dice if it's up to your standard but you're also paying the cost equal to that. Can't have it both ways in my opinion. I went last week and had the worst experience. The man that did my pedicure acted like I was such a bother and inconvenience to him. The pedicure itself was very quick and extremely basic. I felt like I was being rushed out. The customer he helped after me asked him something (I didn't hear) and he audibly signed and rolled his eyes. The pedicure was listed at $29 however I was charged $30. Not too much of a big deal but either change the menu, provide an itemized receipt showing the extra $1 is taxes or somehow inform the customer of the price change. After I paid with a debit card I asked for a stamp on the loyalty card that I had picked up from the stack on the counter. I was told that you only get a loyalty stamp if you pay in cash. Nowhere on the card, desk, menu, etc does it say that. I honestly felt like my business was not needed at Capri so after 4 years I will surely be finding a salon that appreciates all of their customers.
