I felt like I was being rushed out. The customer he helped after me asked him something (I didn't hear) and he audibly signed and rolled his eyes. The pedicure was listed at $29 however I was charged $30. Not too much of a big deal but either change the menu, provide an itemized receipt showing the extra $1 is taxes or somehow inform the customer of the price change. After I paid with a debit card I asked for a stamp on the loyalty card that I had picked up from the stack on the counter. I was told that you only get a loyalty stamp if you pay in cash. Nowhere on the card, desk, menu, etc does it say that. I honestly felt like my business was not needed at Capri so after 4 years I will surely be finding a salon that appreciates all of their customers.
