During the appointment, I asked if the inside of my thigh was going to be waxed, and the technician told me she had already done the top portion and that the service was only the strip outside the bikini line. However, the description on your website states that the service includes the area outside the bikini line up to four inches above the knee. I've received this service multiple times before, so I was familiar with what it typically includes. When I questioned it, her response was, "Do you just want me to throw a couple strips down since we're here?" After checking out, I reviewed the service description and confirmed that my understanding was correct. When I returned to discuss it, the front desk staff were not particularly apologetic. One employee simply said, "It was only $17," and offered to text the owner. While the amount itself isn't the issue, I was disappointed by both the service and the way my concerns were handled. It was not the level of experience I've come to expect as a longtime customer.

This time around we both tried this location and both of us had the best experience with Cassandra Myself it was a first for time waxing for me, more out of curiosity and self improvement. Cassandra was excellent, I had 2 major areas waxed and I am smooth as a baby's bottom, although spoiler alert, it was not my bottom. Still a very pleasant, joyous painfree wonderful experience with Cassandra. Sure we had a small 'sell' for products but nothing hard or full time during our waxing. Actually Cassandra was extremely friendly and an expert at her job. We will be back for sure and request her. I was not aware they carried my favorite cruelty free product: Eminence! I have really sensitive and delicate skin skins and have been known to get a reaction from non cruelty free products. My dermatologist told me I'm hypersensitive to fragrance so I have to be carful what I use on my skin. I discovered Eminence products about 9 years ago when I used to be vegan. I am a fan of using natural, organic raw ingredients nothing that has to be tested on animals is nothing I want to use on my skin! Besides I love animals why would want to hurt them? I did not have the time try a facial or Microdermabrasion that day but now that I know they use an organic and cruelty free product will be sure to come back!
