No notice or option provided prior to the appointment. 10 minutes after check in and seeing three waxers walking in and out of the lobby and hearing them chatting in the back still wasn't taken back. I left after hearing the front desk discussing how behind the waxers were and they didn't understand why

This time around we both tried this location and both of us had the best experience with Cassandra Myself it was a first for time waxing for me, more out of curiosity and self improvement. Cassandra was excellent, I had 2 major areas waxed and I am smooth as a baby's bottom, although spoiler alert, it was not my bottom. Still a very pleasant, joyous painfree wonderful experience with Cassandra. Sure we had a small 'sell' for products but nothing hard or full time during our waxing. Actually Cassandra was extremely friendly and an expert at her job. We will be back for sure and request her. Now for full disclosure, Yelp would probably deny and flag my before and after photos, so I'll leave that up to your imagination.... if you dare!

First of all the polish room one has expanded so it is twice the size it used to be about a year ago. The staff is always so helpful and there is a plethora of nail polish options. Also, the price is fairly reasonable. I was able to get a full set of french tip manicure and a gel pedicure with Massage for $115. I love the fact that I can show a picture online and they are able to duplicate it. The staff is always so kind as well. Very friendly and if you have to wait, they apologize up and down, which is completely not necessary because the place is packed. And for good reason. If you want to treat yourself to a Mani/pedi I highly recommend polish room one.
