Something to note, this place charges by lashes not by time. When a 2 week fill and a "full set" both take one hour, they're charging by lash. I've been getting my lashes done twice a month at a couple different places for the past 5 years and this is how it normally works 1 week fill - 45 min 2 week fill - 1 hour 3 week fill -1:15 min Full set 2+ hours And the prices are according to that. What did she do to charge me a full set for a fill? Put on a few more lashes Another big problem for me is that the girl was OBVIOUSLY sick. I had on my AirPod pros which can mostly block out my partners snowing and I could hear her sniffling and coughing the entire time. Almost non-stop, if you're sick do not come to work! It's as simple as that, especially if you're going to be working especially that close to people it's completely unprofessional. One last thing worth noting. If you go back and see some of the other reviews the owners response is super passive aggressive. Nothing is ever her fault, their eyelashes are perfect, it's always clients fault, who knows what they did to their lashes after. I mean hers is the best eyelashes you'll ever have gone to in 20+ years. For reference my own hour fill cost me 150+tip. I added a couple of pictures, one of them is of approx 12-14 lashes on ONE eyelash when the amount should be closer to 5. That's how this woman did a "full set" in one hour. As you can see my real eyelash fell off as well, because they're not made to have that much weight on them. So avoid this place because they have their employees come in deathly sick so they can sniffle and cough right over your face, it's way overpriced for that area, and their lashes will make your real ones fall off. read more

Although I liked how the the Classic Eyelashes came out, and actually considering to go back to get them redone, I did NOT like the quality of the Henna Brow Tint because it barely lasted a week and did not provide that "amazing definition and extensive color" that Beauty Blink guarantees on the website. If I would have known in advance, I would have never spent the $35 on such product, and I should be requesting a refund for false advertisement. This was my first time getting my eyebrows tinted, especially with Henna, which I was told was "a lot better" but I was disappointed. Olga, if the results vary for each person then perhaps that is something that should have been discussed and assessed with the customer prior to receiving the treatment; that's meeting the needs of the individual. I specifically asked what would be better between regular tint and henna, and perhaps I should have been given different options if henna wasn't appropriate. After all, isn't this what you guys went to school for? Also, I was told that it would last 2 weeks or so, which was inaccurate information. The service did not provide "amazing definition and extensive color" which is what I meant by false advertisement. The quality isn't what I was told or expected. Nor was after treatment discussed to maintain such service. I was better off using my own makeup, which is what I was trying to avoid. read more

If you are considering this- just DO IT! I wake up looking like a girl. I don't buy mascara anymore or have to deal with raccoon eyes. My contacts/eyes aren't irritated from dry flakey mascara. They're water proof. Freaking WORTH IT. Romarie and Tiffani are my favorite lash techs, they do an amazing job every time! I get compliments on my eyes/lashes alllll the time. I've had a few trial and errors with lash extensions themselves. -I get classic 12 mm length (which is a mm shorter than normal) and it doesn't squish when I wear glasses and they have amazing volume. -I bought the lash cleaner from them (check amazon too) and my retention of lashes is great! -Don't bother with a tint and curl unless your lashes are already long, not worth it. Wish the beauty tech had advised me better on this, it was very disappointing and could have saved me $100. read more

I love how Olga works :) She took her time w me when I was a bit confused about which type of lashes do I want and the length. I told her I wanted it to look more natural since many lashes place tend to go the dramatic way, which I understand coz it's the trend :D and it turns out best out of 3 places I have been to. Olga suggested to mix 2 lengths for it to becomes more natural. What I like the most and what I found different from other place is that I can feel her hands move from working from my left and right eyes with each lash. *-*UPDATE** My first review was a 5 star! Because I love leaving good reviews for small businesses. However please pay attention to their negative reviews of this facility!!! There is a reason you can get in so quickly and it's because they can't and should not keep loyal customers. I have seen them 4 times, the first time was great, the second time they got me in an hour late! When I complained I was offered a 10% discount on my next fill... that's $7.50! I missed an hour of work and make 8 times that amount. But I didn't want to start up with anyone new so I rescheduled. Next time my lash glue didn't work, and all fell off a week later, which they fixed for free, so once again I was happy and continued to book appointments. The last appointment I woke up with a high fever and sore throat. I called AND sent a text as soon as I woke up around 6AM asking if they still wanted me to come into my 10:30 appointment. NO RESPONSE. They never called me back! I WAS SICK IN BED and assumed if they wanted me to come in irresponsibly and get everyone sick they would call. I also assumed they care about peoples health and wouldn't want me to come in. Well guess what?! I was charged $75 for missing. Remember when an hour of my time was wasted, without a phone call or text telling me they were late, I got $7.50! I called again, and was told their was nothing they would do. DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY! Find someone who has integrity and cares about their customers. I'm in the sell's business. Reviews matter. Loyal customers matter. You made a shady $75.... Just got my eyelash extensions done by Olga yesterday for my birthday and I LOVE the way they look! Very natural just pumped up. Even my fiance (who doesn't always notice things like that) was like "Babe...wow your eyelashes look beautiful." Also, the last reviewer mentioned that the salon staff wasn't friendly. Now, maybe they took her feedback into consideration or maybe they were just having an off day when she came in but I thought everyone there was very nice. More than one had asked me if I'd been checked in and if I wanted a bottle of water. They were very attentive even though I wasn't technically a client of theirs. Also, Olga does work quietly and isn't chatty but personally, I prefer that. The best part about any beauty service is being able to relax. I think I may have even fallen asleep for a bit.
