Today, I finally found it--Tubi Nails! Minh gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever had. I've decided he's the only person I want touching my feet from now on! He was incredibly thorough, gently removing my cuticles and calluses, and he painted my toes with such care and precision. I left feeling completely pampered. T did my manicure, and I couldn't be happier. I came in with a painful hangnail that is still healing, and T was so gentle and careful around it.
