I absolutely LOVE it here! I have been going here for 7 years, my mom has went here for more than double that. The whole team is amazing. They are so welcoming and inviting and always make the experience a happy one. Tom usually does my nails and I can't say enough good things about him. He remembers everyone's numbers when they call to schedule appointments, when you walk in they are greet you by name, and they make sure to make your appointment about you and ensure the quality of work that you get is the same, regardless if they are busy or not. It is more than just a nail salon here! They are incredibly personable and with the expansion of the hair as well as waxing, it is a one stop shop! Tom puts up with me and my crazy nail ideas, the weird request, and my picky nature. He makes sure that the colors I like are well stocked and I have a good variety to choose from. He has yet to turn down an idea I have found on Pinterest! Even when I try to stretch my appointments due to my crazy schedule or when I call to get a broken nail fixed, he always makes time for me. My second job being in retail, I work with my hands a lot at the registers and I get so many compliments on my nails! I always say, go to Tubi Nails! In the past, I've been everywhere for nails - usually following the coupons. I will never go anywhere else. I've been going to Tubi Nails for just a little over one year. Every one of the staff is amazing a they do a fantastic job! I have my nails and pedicures done and, 6 months ago, Tom starting cutting and coloring my hair. I was paying more at a well known salon and it was becoming dry and the color was fading 3 weeks in. I gave Tom a shot at it (knowing what great customer service he has he would fix it if I didn't like it) and he did the absolute best job. The products he uses are top shelf, he continually takes classes to educate himself on the latest techniques and products and it shows in the mirror and the compliments I get on my hair. They care about their customers and do a great job every time. I can't ask for anything more. read more

Yes and Tubi Nails IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS!!!!!! I have been going there for over a year after trying other nail places. I was told about Tubi Nails by a lady that has been going there for ten years. They give the best pedicures I have ever had. They take their time and give you their undivided attention weather it is your fingernails or toes that they are working on. I had acrylic nails one time years ago and said never again. After seeing the job they do there I have had them almost a year and love them. They always know their customers by name and always treat everyone like family. Everyone that works there is friendly and professional - I love it and wouldn't go anywhere else. This was my first visit to Tubi Nails, and I will definitely be back again. The tech that worked on my nails was able to fix all of the problems I had and make them look absolutely fabulous. She also did a wonderful freehand design on each ring finger. When it came time for my pedicure she was just as awesome. Made sure all of the dead skin under my toe nails was dugout and she then went after my curled in points. When it came time for her to do the callous' on my feet, I warned her ahead of time about my right foot being extremely sensitive, and she just let me laugh as she went on with her work. The tech was very careful to avoid my injured toe on my left foot as she was working. I can not say this enough, this place is awesome. I will definitely be back again. read more

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! This place was amazing. I tend to avoid getting acrylic nails done because I'm very particular and I usually come up with wild ideas I want to try and they never come out right. I decided to try Tubi Nails after looking at other yelp reviews, and I was blown away. My tech was so friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted. I showed him a Pinterest picture of what I wanted, and before he even started he practiced a few times just to be sure he got it exactly right. My nails are perfectly shaped, they're thin but strong and look completely natural, just better! I was initially introduced to Triet (AKA Tom) in 1997 in Goodyear. When he moved to work at the Glendale salon I followed him. I then moved from Goodyear to Central Ave in Phoenix, yet I remain a loyal customer. Triet is beyond fabulous, and his staff are ever courteous and accommodating professionals. I started going to Tubi nails 10 years ago when it opened. I followed my nail tech from another location. I drive 16 mile passing dozens of other nail places to get there. The trip is worth it!! As a diabetic I need to be extra careful not to get an infection. They super clean the tubes every time they are used and sterilize all the tools. When you walk in you will be greeted by your name and will be treated like you are royalty. All the nail techs have years of experience and continue to study new procedures. Love this place!! Been dying to try this place out but every time I walked in they were always so busy - I couldn't wait. Finally got an appointment and I was not disappointed! They were quick and thorough. I didn't feel rushed but needed a speedy manicure. It's not one of those typical salons where they try to get you in and out ASAP. Tubi Nails is a professional business with salon for hair, eyelashes, waxing, eyebrows, pedicures and nails. Tom does a wonderful job on my sculptured nails every two weeks. Price is reasonable, under $35 . Tom does my hair cuts and color as well . I've been going to Tubi for over 10 years now and won't go anywhere else. Possibly the best manicure I've ever had! I went to Tubi to get my nails done on what turned out to be the day before I got engaged, and I couldn't be more pleased that this salon was the one I chose to go to. Incredible attention to detail, and they constantly checked that I was liking everything that was being done to my nails before the next step. I am very particular and Treit is amazing. He is very patient and works diligently to accommodate my needs. He does a great job with my pink and white acrylic nails.. The salon is very comfortable. I arrived without an appointment and requested pedi, Gil with gels and eyebrow wax. The fit me in without making me feel like it was a burden. Where do I begin... she knicked my cuticles and held the drill down too long it and burned my nail, I flinched as every other person would as it is an instinctual reaction to pain. The first time this happen she said ok I'll drill really slow because you're sensitive and I said no, you burnt me it's not being sensitive" Then she knicks my cuticle and I went to check if it was bleeding and she had this look on her face she looked at her coworker as if I had just spat in her face. Then again she gets my cuticle and I jerk my hand out of reaction and I And she says verbatim "you are kind of baby" and I looked at her and said "excuse me?!?!" And she didn't say much after that. When I had picked my color she went and got a different color and said this one's prettier let's do this one. And I'm like uhhh ehh and she said ok you pick and I said I'll keep the dark one I picked out. At some point she got hot and put the fan in her face and being silly she put the fan in my face and then I smiled but then she pulled her shirt collar outward and put the fan angled down so the handheld fan was by her chin facing down. And then while I had my hands with acetone foils on all my fingers and with how fast she did it.. she grabbed my shirt in the chest area and put the fan to my chin to have air blown on my boobs. And I kinda froze up and was really quiet and I didn't say much after that. She kept trying to push a manicure on me I had to tell her no over and over and over that I only want a GELL manicure and as the session went on she told me I'm too sensitive and I shouldn't get GELL. And I said why? She said because I'm too sensitive and I look at her and say no. I like GELL. After another time she burned my nail with the drill she rolls her eyes and said do you want her to finish? (Le Ann) and I said you know what yes. I want her to finish. She was so so so damn rude. Absolutely Crossed boundaries. Tried to make me feel like I was doing something wrong. She also asked me if I'd been there before and if one of her coworkers had done my nails and I said yes everyone in this room (3 other people) has done my nails before I've been here forever. Not once have I been treated like that. She literally was calling me names while expecting me to pay her? Like It's her job, not mine. So if you wanna be borderline assaulted, talked down to, told that your color is ugly, and be treated like you're the biggest inconvenience on plant earth, you'd like it here. Linda is the worst nail tech I have ever encountered in my fucking life. Oh! She also told me to stop watching as I was looking at her do my nails. I was watching a YouTube video and I would glance back-and-forth, but she literally said stop watching her do my nails. I encourage you to go to other nail salons. Or if you do stay here. Today, I went in there and got a pedicure and a full set and I brought a picture of what I wanted the design to be on my nails. I'm attaching all the pics of my nails and the one pic ofwhat I asked to be done. I did ask to change the colors to red, silver, and white, but I wanted it in the exact pattern. Check out what I got. Not happy at all.
