If zero stars was available, that's what I would give. I asked for a completely new set of dip nails. The tech put new tips on my left hand and said that my right didn't need them. She did a horrible job on the length, they are all different. The shapes don't match, some are rounded and some are square. She didn't get the whole nail with powder on some. I got matte finish and you can tell they are not smooth and see divets all over. When I paid, I was charged for a full set of dip, when in reality it was one hand. I said something and was told "Have a nice day". Now my daughters full set turned out amazing, thanks to Bryce. I personally won't return. read more

Whole thing was bad! Felt like we were on a conveyor belt in and out in and out all they wanna do getting your nails done. It's about relaxing and pampering yourself not getting rushed through the process and spending an arm and leg to have it done. I was in no way relaxed.! I come here often and usually have a decent experience, but my usual lady wasn't there today and I was with a tech named Julie instead. When I came in, I put what I wanted on the iPad when signing in, and I did NOT have acrylics selected. My toes look fine and I like the color I picked out, but when going to do my nails, I told the nail tech I wanted dip powder, and for my nails to be trimmed just a bit shorter than they were when I walked in, and that I like my nails squared out a bit and rounded at the edges so they aren't sharp. She then quickly cut my nails all the way to the nub, not even with an actual nail clipper, but a cuticle clipper. I was so confused why she'd cut them that short, but then she quickly pulled out the acrylics box and it hit me that she just butchered my nails to the nub because she assumed that I was getting acrylics when I wasn't, without asking me or checking what I selected when I signed in at the front. I then corrected her and told her I wasn't getting acrylics, and by that point the damage had already been done. They gave me a discount at the front but I don't think they should've charged me for the manicure at all and they should've made some kind of an effort for me to come back and fix it when my nails do grow out. The shortest nail I came in with is now my longest, my nails hurt, especially my thumb, I can see my nail bud on a few of them, and I have never seen my nails this short. I thought maybe it was my mistake and I'd accidentally selected acrylics when I signed in, but I double checked when I was paying at the end, and sure enough I did not select them. It's really sad because I got these done for a formal I have coming up, and now they just hurt and don't look nice. read more

Would not recommend going here for a pedicure, my tech noticed I was ticklish a little bit and skipped the entire pedicure and just went straight to painting my nails. I got a scrub and hot rocks and that's about it. Before that as they were prepping my toes, she pulled an ingrown out which I don't think you're supposed to do at a nail salon.. it hurt so bad the tech kept going and pulled it out. It is now infected so I don't think sanitary measures are taken. My toe is so sore and inflamed now I can't walk. Manicure was alright I had press on nails and the tech seemed annoyed by that and pryed them off with his bare fingernails and then used an acrylic tip to pry off more. This hurt terribly bad and then my nails were filed down so paper thin. The entire manicure and pedicure was a non relaxing painful experience. read more

I came in and immediately the girl at the front counter looked miserable spoke to me as if it was the worst chore in the world. The place was empty, maybe one customer and I was switched between 2 people. The young gentleman who performed the dip service was fast and a little rough, which whatever, no big deal. Then later it seems as if I was a big inconvenience for coming in. My nails were still in under the black light and he handed me my receipt twice and asked if there was anything else I needed. It felt like they were trying to get me out of there asap. Or maybe there is just a bad vibe between employees here because I could feel some tension between employees. Also, at check-in, I was directed to check-in on their iPad and I selected manicure as well, all I got was the dip service. I didn't mention anything as I just wanted to get out of there since it felt like I was a burden. I've never once come here prior, only because I had other obligations nearby. I booked my appointment in ADVANCE for 12/31 @ 12:30 PM for two pedicures and to have the acrylics on my hands just removed. At this point after waiting it was now 1:45PM and we still hadn't even been seated and my husband had to get up and make a complaint! Theennnn 10 minutes later we where seated to just SIT there and wait for two nail techs to become available in a massage chair. I didnt even get to finish my pedi because my nail tech did such an aweful job rushing and I just had to tell him to STOP and I left with no gel polish just plain ugly toe nails, my heels where scratchy still (for both me and my husband!) And the nail removal for my acrylics (that made me bleed because she was just tearing at them) they had the audacity to even attempt to ask me to sit and wait for another nail tech to remove them.. DONT OVERBOOK YOUR CLIENTS AND TAKE PRIORITY IN YOUR APPOINTMENTS RATHER YOUR WALK-INS. WE WHERE SKIPPED AND RUSHED ALL TO RECEIVE CRAPPY SERVICE. HOW SAD I HAD TO GO HOME AND PAINT MY OWN TOES. Last week I stopped in to do my nails a fill. The job was done poorly. My nails are lifting and cracking on the side. This used to be my jam my place where I recommended everyone go. My friend and I went back today for a pedicure and my nail polish was bumpy. The lady ask do you want to fix it but at this point I could feel a "Patricia" coming on so I was like no I don't have time. It's kinda my fault for not making them redo it. This place cut me twice and tried to continue the service after clearly being aware my foot was bleeding. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I had the callous removal as apart of my pedicure. The nail tech cut me not once but twice to the point were it was drawling blood. She tried to continue the service with my foot still bleeding. She squirted alcohol on it which only made it sting and add more uncomfortableness to this situation. She then still proceeded to continue with blood still leaking onto the towel. At that point I asked her to stop and said I just wanted to leave and she said "why what happened" I. Never had a callous removal draw blood before. Not sure if she was inexperienced or just was not paying attention but this was a horrible experience. I have been planning my Grandmother's funeral and now that the details were done I decided to try to relax, unwind and get in some "me time". Apparently this is NOT the place to do that unfortunately. The pedicure chairs are so close to each other and my tech and the one right next to her have been talking to each other the entire time while she just roughly moves each of my feet in and out of the water to do the pedicure!The woman in the chair (very) next to me brought her entire family and is having the loudest most personal conversations with no hesitation for raunchy profanity for at least 20 minutes and NOBODY is asking them to keep it down. All of the other customers are visibly annoyed. All I want to do is get up and run out of here for some peace. Horrible experience, I have knots in my stomach and I won't be back. The two stars are just the hope that my toes look decent when she's done. Also side note- i think they carry the cheap products, i don't see any OPI or Gelish in sight. Stay tuned Update changed to one star. The color doesn't look like what I chose and she buffed so much it made my toe skin raw then sprayed peroxide on them ouch!! Looks messy i could've done the same job myself and saved $60. Terrible experience and I SWEAR I usually only write good reviews. It was THAT. BAD. I absolutely love this place! Yesterday was my 3rd time going there and every experience that I have had is spectacular. I got a new full set and had Bryce do them. He absolutely killed it! When he was removing the nails I had on he was very gentle and made sure that he wasn't hurting me. At other places I have gone they normally just take them off without caring. That was just the beginning. If you don't like scheduling appointments and prefer walk-ins then this place is definitely for you. I waited an hour after the scheduled appointment, which wasn't the first time I encountered this issue. The breaking point for me was when the nail stylist told me to stop scheduling appointments because I was never going to be assisted on time. Umm... so what's the point of allowing customers to schedule an appointment? Doesn't make sense. In addition to this, this place is super loud; you can't seem to relax nor enjoy some peace and quiet. Not to mention, some of the nail stylist are talking on their personal phone while working. My fiancé got a pedicure by someone whom was on the phone the entire time, which hindered the quality of work that was delivered. I have been here a few times and every experience I felt indifferent about, not great but also not bad. That was until today, I came in early for a pedicure. I arrived at around 10:10, I was sat and my pedicure was started around 10:15. The person completing my service was very rushed, for no apparent reason as the people beside me were not rushing. I choose the deluxe pedicure- which is supposed to include a 15 minute leg/foot massage. I did not get a 15 minute massage, the person was very rushed and I would not call what she did a "massage" it was rough and fast! Did not feel good at all, in fact it hurt from how fast and deep she was rubbing. I was done with my "deluxe pedicure" at 10:45. The entire pedicure, "deluxe pedicure" lasted 30 minutes. I have NEVER been in and out of a nail salon for a pedicure in under an hour. The service was ridiculous, it was NOT an enjoyable experience at all. Additionally, in the middle of this service the room reeked of a very bad smell. A lot of the customers told the staff that it smelled awful, and we were wondering what the smell was. NONE of the workers acknowledged us, and one of them got up and turned on the water to one of the pedicure stations. The whole situation was very suspicious. I will not be returning here. I would take your money elsewhere. It has been 3 weeks since this review was posted and I haven't been reach out to. After not be acknowledged and waiting 25 mins after our appointment I approached the first person in the front to let him know we set an appointment. He told me a couple more mins. There were people waiting outside and another mother and daughter waiting that was there before we artuv. I was so mad I left and most of all my daughter was so disappointed. I've came here before & had a great experience! So I give them high stars for that! Their work is beautiful! but I made an appointment on a Saturday at 12. Called a few minutes before to let them know I would be a few minutes late which they said was fine. Walked in & no one spoke to me. Waited for about 15 minutes before I went back inside (after I was standing outside since it was packed inside) and waited to talk someone, but no one spoke to me again. Waiting another 20 minutes, still no one acknowledged me. After about an hour waiting I left. A little upset at this experience because like I said they are definitely my top choice for nail salons!
