I came in for a fill and when I told the gentlemen doing my nails I did not want gel his entire attitude changed negatively. He asked me to pay before he finished my nails (insinuating I'd take off without paying) then told me to move while my nails dried. Sadness! Uugh! I used to love this place but with Covid I slowed down my visits. I encouraged my twin girls to come for prom and one daughter got the full works. However my other daughter didn't and they kept asking her if she wanted gel and acrylics. She said after she said no a few times they rushed to get her out. I recently came in for a pedicure with callus removal and a girl next to me started 15 minutes before me and still hadn't had her nails painted when my lady was like "you're done". The girl next to me got a basic pedicure. Nothing special. I got a callus removal on top of my pedicure but My feet still feel like dinosaurs and when I tried to bring it up she was like sorry I can't do it anymore. Talk about a half ass pedicure!!!! Uugh Im so pissed! Took me months to come in to get this? Time to look for a new shop that doesn't do half ass work! Really awesome little nail shop. I have only gone once but I have been looking for a nail place since I have began to get into acrylics. It cost 32 dollars to get a full set and she didn't charge extra for putting the glitter on top of the purple. The stilletos were sharp and even! They charge based on length and shape. She also didn't make small chit chat which I appreciate because I am not much a small chit chatter. I find that professional , personally. My nails lasted a long time and I work a physically demanding job! The shop is small and she even gave her opinion on colors and said I have some more if you want more options ? I found this place in Phoenix since I had just moved from tucson, I even referred someone who just moved from Texas to go there before I visited the place. I honestly would have given them one star but I don't know how the manicure is. So my rating is based on the pedicure, first of all they don't have many colors and I was asking for a regular white toe nail pedicure, first the lady couldn't find a good white color , the one she found was horrible the one that have a bad consistency like a gummy consistency , it had lots of bubbles honestly I told her to remove it asap, she is terrible they should train her and invest in great colors mind you it was gel I was asking for, anyways I had scheduled a manicure too but I was like no I'm good and left with nothing after spending $25 for the pedicure that was not good either read more

I am extremely disappointed on the service I received. I went in for a full set and a gel pedicure. My nails were crooked, they were not measure with the opposite hand even though I asked. They were not shaped and very minimally filed. On top of that the nail tech kept making inappropriate comments about my lips. My pedicure was a french tip gel pedicure. The lines are all different sizes. The second set was completely different then the inspo picture. We said they were crooked which they once again ignored. The acrylic application burned; nails weren't cut and design wasn't what we asked for. The pedicure was okay but we asked to remove the ingrowns and they ignore our request. I hate posting negative things however my friend and I called ahead to get two full sets. Upon arrival they were very kind.. but we asked if they were able to do the designs we asked, they said of course. After they began, we knew it was bad but decided we didn't want to decline their service. Eventually things became very uncomfortable when one of the staff began making very sexually inappropriate comments and sounds at us. I asked them to stop doing my nails and paid $60 for just acrylic with no file or shaping. I will insert both my friend and myself nails and how awful they were. I have been here 3 times. The first two times were for a pedicure only and I was happy. The gal that helped me was younger and her cosmetology license is on the wall. I went in last Wednesday and got an acrylic nail set. The guy that helped me did not have a license on display. When he went to remove my old set, he tried to pry it off with a plastic nail tip. I asked him not to and he tried to do it again before I made my request again more firmly. My nails looked absolutely horrendous. My natural nails were not fully attached to the tips, the acrylic was lumpy, the edges were not clean, the underneaths were full of gunk. I had multiple cuts on my cuticles. The acrylic on my pinky was over the nail boundary and covering the side of my finger. After having multiple people confirm that they looked bad, I went back today (Monday) to get my money back. Despite Google and Yelp saying they're open, they're closed on Mondays. I will be going back tomorrow to get my money back. read more

This was honestly one of the worst nail salon experiences I have ever had in my life. I came in when there was NO ONE in the salon at around 4:00pm to get my nails done with the dip powder. The young girl started doing my nails and I asked her if she could please not use the light for the dip powder, just a top coat (EVERY single salon I go to makes this work and is fine with it). She basically told me that she doesn't do it that way usually and it won't be as shiny but she'd do it. Whatever... fine. Some other guy came over to take her place because he noticed I was unhappy and he then began to put about 6 different types of top coats on my nail. He told me to place my hands by the fan to let my fingers dry. Every time I brought my nails back to him to look at, they were smudged and all dismantled from the air from the fan. He continued to put top coat after top coat on and place them under the fan ABOUT 5 TIMES. Finally, I said "you can just put them under the light if it's going to go faster than this." He said "if I do that I have to start over.." I said "no you don't, just put them under the light." He listened and then proceeded to say, shockingly, "Wow, it working!!" Yeah... no shit. About 2 F***ING hours later I was forced to pay the full price & went home with my turtle shell nails hating my life. I will NEVER GO BACK! Nice people, but a crap ass job. read more

But the person who did mine must be a beginner because these results were not worth $70. They're way too round and thick. The way he painted it doesn't match the picture. I do not understand how this place has the ratings that it does. We came in for two SNS nails. Neither were done right. My cousin was forced to put ACRYLIC down as the first layer because there needs to be a "base". Both of our SNS were then applied with not only gel clear coats but put on with a SPOON. SNS nails are not meant to be applied with gel. We both look like we have bubble nails on our hands. I asked her to shape my nails and they are all different shapes. It took them an hour to do an SNS manicure. I do not recommend going to this place. read more

I really love trinity's work, lannies is a quality little shop & honestly all the artists are quality & sweet people which is really refreshing, good vibes & true friendliness, it took me awhile to find a affordable quality shop, the only thing I dont like is every time i go i get charged more initially 35, then 40 45 now 50 & I'm getting the same set each time.. shes worth the price but its tough on a budget, I'm used to paying $25 in cali! so $50 is a big difference...all these shops charging $10+ for gel polish that costs $5 for the whole bottle ‍ but anyway I really love how she does my nails.. definitely recommend read more
