I ended up with short almond shaped nails because the lady spent the whole time on the phone and was rushing because some woman getting a pedicure was complaining she was going to be late going somewhere because she was doing my nails. Horrible experience. And on top of all that, because I was rushed out of the seat because of the other lady complaining, one of my nails wasn't dry and got smudged. Moved downtown and needed a place closer than my usual spot, decided to stop by since it's close to a family friends house and they referred me. VEE got down on my nails and did a beautiful fill. She fixed 2 of my nails that had previously broken. Her work came out flawless and honestly the best work I've had out here in Phoenix ever. Honestly was also very impressed by how clean it was and quiet. The nail tech that did my toes was amazing. She took her time and did such a great job, honestly haven't had a pedicure this great ever. I would say that it does get busy and they don't have a huge staff so be prepared to be patient and wait but it's worth the wait. They do a good job getting through a rush. I can't believe this location isn't on here! I have been getting my nails done off and on here for the past two years and I absolutely love this place! They always get it right. I always have the perfect length, the perfect shape and the perfect thickness. I don't like them arching up off the finger, and here they file them thin enough so they lie flat against the nail, but thick enough not to break. They have a great selection of colors for glitter tips and french manicure colors. But they are awesome at free painting designs I request. For fourth of July I picked out some colors and had them paint fireworks with glitter on my nails, then for this Halloween I had them painted black with white spiderweb and silver glitter! It's always perfect and not too pricey. I never leave looking like a hooker, but if that's what I wanted, I bet they could do that too! The nail technicians are amazing, they really care about the customers happiness and make sure each step is perfection. One guy who was doing the spiderweb nails stayed nearly a half hour after they closed (I came in 40 mins before closing) and finished the job. He didn't rush me and didn't get upset. He got a really good tip! Anytime I have had my nails done they usually last a good three weeks, I just file them down as they grow. The place is well kept and very clean. Every time I go in there I see them sterilizing equipment or wiping down stations. I recommend if you're in the area, stop by and let Angel Touch Nails make you beautiful! read more

I called in to make an appointment and was told walk in only and that they do not take appointments. I walk in an hour later and every nail person was busy so I sit and wait. Then another girl walks in, then an older woman. The older woman sits for not even a minute and because she knows some of the ladies working there gets the next free nail lady. She basically cut in front of both me and the other girl. No apologies, no worker acknowledged the fact that this happened. I don't get it. I went there for years when Henry and Crystal were there. They were a husband wife team and they both did above excellent work. In 2009 my husband lost his job and I had to give up my nails. I went back in January 2011 to get them done at Angel Touch and boy have things changed. The woman that did my nails was a bi0tch. She cut me on my middle finger and my pinky finger of my left hand. When I complained she said to stop she knew what she was doing. Yeah sure she did, I ended up with both nails infected and on anti biotics for 6 weeks. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY. Honestly my nails came out good the first time. The first time I came on a Sunday and I only remember because I came in an hour before closing and they still took me in. The lady who did my nails, nailed it. She did an amazing job on what I wanted (from a pic) but the second time that came in today, is my last sadly. I waited an hour to be attended which I don't mind but when I finally got to the nail tech(guy) they told me they couldn't do any design I showed them and I asked the lady and she said the same... even the simple ones, keep in mind the time before I had a design. They were getting busy and therefore I heard the lady whisper to her current client I can't I'm tired. And it was just all simple pink nails with one flame(like the basic all white flames) nail I chose. I would of walked out if I could but they had took off my nails and they looked hideous. So I just got a clear coat basic acrylics so my friend can do them later. I really wanted to love them and go back again like the first but what's the point of a nail salon if you can't do designs and the person who can, doesn't want to if she feels tired. I'm sad really wanted to love them. And some reviewers here said it was nasty here because of their tools & that's not a lie but I just like giving people a chance to show me what they're able to do. They took very good care of my mom, the lady took her time in everything she did, made sure it was done right.
