I asked for short dark coffin shaped nails. I ended up with short almond shaped nails because the lady spent the whole time on the phone and was rushing because some woman getting a pedicure was complaining she was going to be late going somewhere because she was doing my nails. Horrible experience. And on top of all that, because I was rushed out of the seat because of the other lady complaining, one of my nails wasn't dry and got smudged. Aside from the wrong nail shape and color and smudge, they are OK looking.

She fixed 2 of my nails that had previously broken. Her work came out flawless and honestly the best work I've had out here in Phoenix ever. Honestly was also very impressed by how clean it was and quiet. The nail tech that did my toes was amazing. She took her time and did such a great job, honestly haven't had a pedicure this great ever. I would say that it does get busy and they don't have a huge staff so be prepared to be patient and wait but it's worth the wait. They do a good job getting through a rush. I am definitely making this my new home nail salon ! Thank you Vee and the rest of Angel staff for an amazing experience.

My wife and I both got a pedicure here today. She had Vi and I had Kim. She says Vi was good, but the massage went on to long. Me, I like massages and the one I got from Kim didn't go on long enough. The callus removal that I got however was excellent. We just moved to the area, and this is the third place that we have been for an interview, and the first place that we will be sure to go back to.

I was looking for a nail place on the West side to meet up with some of my cousins, I found Angles and we decided to give them a shot. 5 of us walked in with out appointments (3 pedis, 2 manis) they were able to accommodate us all with in 10-15 minutes of walking in. Everyone was very happy with how their nails turned out. read more

I came here with my sister in law and I asked the lady for a pink tip and she did a white tip and she did them all uneven and the lady who did my nails and another lady just sat there laughing at us and giving us dirty looks I would not recommend this business at all If I could give it negative starts I would!!!!! read more

My wife and I both got a pedicure here today. She had Vi and I had Kim. She says Vi was good, but the massage went on to long. Me, I like massages and the one I got from Kim didn't go on long enough. The callus removal that I got however was excellent. Horrible service!!!!! A worker there named Vee constantly insults women telling them they look fat! very rude I came to get my service and leave respectfully nobody asked her for her input nor is her input professional. Just because I'm not skin and bones like MOST Asian. I do have meat on my body! but I'm nowhere near fat! Vee needs to keep her comments to herself if she doesn't have nothing nice to say! read more

They're friendly and all but the work is not good. I went for gel mani and it was just messy. Didn't bother cleaning up the sides of my nails so now they look all messy. And they're peeling off already and it hasn't even been a week. Not going back. read more

Don't waste your time. Waited 35+ minutes with no acknowledgement of a wait time. Only 2 people working. When I thought this gal was done with her nails they took her back for a pedicure so I knew my wait time would be even longer. Didn't even stay for a service. read more

Try out this place for the first time. There was no wait on Saturday at 2pm. Got a pedi and gel manicure. Pedicure turned out okay. Manicure was messy. This a day later. Two nails easily peeled off. Disappointed in how the services turned out. read more

I can't believe this location isn't on here! I have been getting my nails done off and on here for the past two years and I absolutely love this place! They always get it right. I always have the perfect length, the perfect shape and the perfect thickness. I don't like them arching up off the finger, and here they file them thin enough so they lie flat against the nail, but thick enough not to break. They have a great selection of colors for glitter tips and french manicure colors. But they are awesome at free painting designs I request. For fourth of July I picked out some colors and had them paint fireworks with glitter on my nails, then for this Halloween I had them painted black with white spiderweb and silver glitter! It's always perfect and not too pricey. I never leave looking like a hooker, but if that's what I wanted, I bet they could do that too! The nail technicians are amazing, they really care about the customers happiness and make sure each step is perfection. One guy who was doing the spiderweb nails stayed nearly a half hour after they closed (I came in 40 mins before closing) and finished the job. He didn't rush me and didn't get upset. He got a really good tip! Anytime I have had my nails done they usually last a good three weeks, I just file them down as they grow. The place is well kept and very clean. Every time I go in there I see them sterilizing equipment or wiping down stations. I recommend if you're in the area, stop by and let Angel Touch Nails make you beautiful! read more

Horrible never again. My boyfriend and I went to get our eye brows done. We specifically told her just clean them up we like our eye brows thick. My eye brows were so thin. My boyfriend eyebrows were so thin and shaped which we specially told her not to shape then one was shorter then another. Also they take forever. They tell you they will help you in 10 min and make me wait over a hour. read more

I called in to make an appointment and was told walk in only and that they do not take appointments. I walk in an hour later and every nail person was busy so I sit and wait. Then another girl walks in, then an older woman. The older woman sits for not even a minute and because she knows some of the ladies working there gets the next free nail lady. She basically cut in front of both me and the other girl. No apologies, no worker acknowledged the fact that this happened. I don't get it. Apparently they take favorites here... no tip for this salon! read more

I went in for a pedicure and I'm very happy with their work. Amazing attention to detail! Very friendly and attentive. The massage was perfect and they definitely took their time. Sanitary practices.. tools came out if the sealed packages and they used liners in the foot bath. Im just visiting but if I'm ever in town again I'll be back! read more

I went there for years when Henry and Crystal were there. They were a husband wife team and they both did above excellent work. In 2009 my husband lost his job and I had to give up my nails. I went back in January 2011 to get them done at Angel Touch and boy have things changed. The woman that did my nails was a bi0tch. She cut me on my middle finger and my pinky finger of my left hand. When I complained she said to stop she knew what she was doing. Yeah sure she did, I ended up with both nails infected and on anti biotics for 6 weeks. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY. Honestly my nails came out good the first time. The first time I came on a Sunday and I only remember because I came in an hour before closing and they still took me in. The lady who did my nails, nailed it. She did an amazing job on what I wanted (from a pic) but the second time that came in today, is my last sadly. I waited an hour to be attended which I don't mind but when I finally got to the nail tech(guy) they told me they couldn't do any design I showed them and I asked the lady and she said the same... even the simple ones, keep in mind the time before I had a design. They were getting busy and therefore I heard the lady whisper to her current client I can't I'm tired. And it was just all simple pink nails with one flame(like the basic all white flames) nail I chose. I would of walked out if I could but they had took off my nails and they looked hideous. So I just got a clear coat basic acrylics so my friend can do them later. I really wanted to love them and go back again like the first but what's the point of a nail salon if you can't do designs and the person who can, doesn't want to if she feels tired. I'm sad really wanted to love them. And some reviewers here said it was nasty here because of their tools & that's not a lie but I just like giving people a chance to show me what they're able to do. This place is amazing, I was tired of the crappy service at another place my mom was a regular at so I decided to try this place for her Mother's Day gift and NO REGRETS. They took very good care of my mom, the lady took her time in everything she did, made sure it was done right. I asked her to put a little flower design on my mom's ring fingers and she did a really pretty flower with a stem, glitter and topped it off with a cute little gem. I am definitely satisfied with the service. I will be bringing my mom here again. read more

For example, they don't do harsh removals where they use a tip to rip off your old acrylics, they only do soak-offs--saving you pain and setting you up with a good foundation for a new set. No matter if you get acrylics, gel, regular polish--your nails will come out amazing. Obviously--I highly recommend!

I viewed their Instagram page for their pictures, address, hours & specials since it's only been opened little over a month. The nail salon is located in plaza w/ Fry's grocery store & a few other surrounding businesses. Once we enter the salon we immediately noticed their beautiful pink flower picture wall, greeted by man at the front counter, he answered my questions & showed me their book of services they offer & prices. The decor is bright, spacious, sparkly chandeliers & more. My daughter received the Colorist signature pedicure for $38 which is an amazing price, lady made her water, ask her if it's too hot & which color she would like from their color wheel. They do have massage chairs @ their pedicure sections as well. We will definitely be back because their decor, prices & services were excellent. Also offer reward program you can sign up with your name & phone number to earn points for every visit & discounts on future services.

You sit there and after 30 mins, I just left. My time wasn't respected at all. They're not the best place and don't do nails very well. I was giving them one more chance but it's apparent that they didn't deserve it. I don't recommend this place to anyone. You can throw a rock and find another nail salon. Find a different one!

Outside of feeling completely unseen , I also was a little thrown when they asked me to pay before my service was completed while the two other ladies next to me paid after their service.. it was a little uncomfortable having a woman go into my pocket and pull my money out . And the tech( who barely spoke to me ) asked if I wanted to tip. But the main issue was that she cut my cuticle and made me bleed and after a closer look my paint on my toes was sloppy . I'll never go back . They could've offered a discount especially as a first time customer but that thought was never a consideration. I will never go back

The prices were as to be expected and the staff all gave an estimate as they started which I appreciate. My daughter had picked out a nail design and Steven was able to match it perfectly. I expressed concerns about a possible reaction to acrylics and Mia was able to suggest an alternative that allows me the longer nail I wanted. She also was able to recreate a design I picked. Ruby was so detail oriented with the pedicure and my feet feel fantastic.

They did not use new products and when i asked the lady to get a new file she made me feel bad for asking. The manager did not accommodate or say anything, instead the two make a couple comments back and forth and another worker finished my pedicure. Please ALWAYS use new products and material in the nail industry! read more
