I called to see if they were open and if I could make an appointment, but they just said they were open. I went into the location about 20 minutes later and they got me right in to seat #3. They looked busy to me; many full pedicure stations and a couple nail stations in use. The tech let me know they were not that busy- so busy to me was slow to them. I got seated and chose a perked-up selection for my pedicure since it has been so dang long, and my feet were in real need of some care. I wanted callus removal mostly, so I figured I would go with the massage and wax treatment. It turned out the color I picked was gel- I think all the colors were gel as I saw many others get the treatment on their toes. I get gel nails elsewhere, but this is the first time I saw someone getting gel toes and the first time that I got it myself. The vibe was chill, and I got some good care on my feet. I will try and go back, see if I can be more regular with my pedicures as I am pretty dang regular with my manicures. I got the feeling they wanted me to pay with cash, but they do accept credit. I ended up paying for the service in credit and I tipped in cash. read more

I normally don't write reviews or complain about nail salons, but my experience at perfect nails and spa was absolutely terrible. DO NOT. Come here for acrylics. I took a few photos in the salon, you can see the polish and acrylic surrounding my cuticles, my nail tech did not even clean up my cuticles at all before he put the topcoat on nor after. Before I went to check out, I decided to say something to the gal at the front desk. She then sat me down and filed my cuticles, where the polish was surrounding them, she cut off the acrylic from my cuticles, and repainted one layer of my pink color and added a topcoat. Meaning now I have almost 5 coats of color on my nails. They are so thick, chunky and uneven. I am thankful that the gal at the front tried to fix them, but I'm still extremely unhappy... I just wanted to share my experience to hopefully help future clients that come here. read more

Great Service from Tee. Had had a recent pedicure, so I just needed polish removed and she was kind enough to trim and file my toenails. Then, I had a new gel manicure with a design on ring fingers. She did a super job. read more

Went there for the first time on Sunday and the only high light was the massage chair. I asked for a basic mani and a deluxe pedicure totalling 65 dollars. Outside of feeling completely unseen , I also was a little thrown when they asked me to pay before my service was completed while the two other ladies next to me paid after their service.. it was a little uncomfortable having a woman go into my pocket and pull my money out . And the tech( who barely spoke to me ) asked if I wanted to tip. But the main issue was that she cut my cuticle and made me bleed and after a closer look my paint on my toes was sloppy . I'll never go back . They could've offered a discount especially as a first time customer but that thought was never a consideration. I will never go back read more

My wife needed to get a refill and we got there 30 min before their closing time just to find out they are closed . Really unfortunate because my wife likes this place but if they can't stay true to their hours then why even have business hours and now I'm going to help her look for another place for her smh. And while I was writing this review I saw two other people go to the door I guess their business must be doing really good to close early and be inside talking read more

I do not recommend this place for the following: I got the $40 pedicure and was charged $55.00 dollars. I asked why was I charged $15.00 extra and was told that it was taxes. I stated there isn't a tax on services and she kept saying $55.00. My friend who is none black got the same pedicure (an hour prior and referred me to them) was charged $40. The tech who did my service tried to use a dirty instrument and I requested a clean one. Do not go there if you are a black person! Or someone who cares about cleanliness and sterilization! read more

Honestly bummed because I really like this place an I only come here. I came in for a fill and pedicure, I got my pedicure which I like an after I was told to wait for a min for the lady next to me doing nails to be done and she'd be doing my nails. I waited for a few mins a than all of sudden she's not available an has appointments. After I expressed that the only person that was available I did not want because I previously had work done by the older male nail tech an did not like the work. Now I'm walking out with just my toes done and my finger nails look crazy an in need of a fill. Extremely bummed a not feeling happy. read more

Then she said $55 and the next day I saw that she charged me $65 ugh I will never go there again!! read more

bad customer service. overpriced. work SUCKS. Do not recommend at ALL! Do not go to them

I went to this salon for the first time so i was ready to have a good experience. Once i set down the gentleman started my feet except he was more into conversing with his coworker as he was talking and looking at him he cut me as he was scrubbing my feet. Then he rushed to put some green liquid on my open cut that he did without telling me what it was. After that i told him i didnt want anything else just paint my toes nothing else was done. I go up to the counter to pay and the lady try to charge me the full price as if nothing had happened so 25.00 just to paint my nails nothing else just painting. After i reminded her what happened when they cut me she then took 10.00 off but didnt want to as she went back and forth with me. I did not have a good experience all i can say is please make sure they give you the attention instead of talking with other coworkers amd making mistakes in cutting your feet. read more

Over 100.00 for pedicure and manicure? Doesnt look anything like picture I showed them. Couldn't even draw a plain heart on my ringer finger. He had to do it twice and it still looked like a five year old did it. I told him to take it off. Overpriced, and skillset is severely lacking. One hand was longer than other, I told him its uneven, he argued it wasnt, I argued back that it was and trim it some more! He did. Find another salon.I was there over 3 hours for simple pedicure/manicure. read more

Waited almost an hour for subpar service. 3 walk ins went in ahead of me and the staff said that was because they didn't have a design. I requested a simple French tip with a heart which anyone could do they just wanted to waste my time. Overcharged, unclean stations, and selective with who they give good service to read more

Welp. As much as I would love love this place, I can't. I'm a magnet for bad nail salons and I'm sick of it. I called in the morning to make an appointment for a full set and a pedi for 1PM. When I arrived I wasn't greeted and there were people at all of the stations including two waiting. The salon was a little dirty and run down so I had a gut feeling to leave but I didn't. I told them i called earlier and had a 1 o'clock appointment and they frantically looked at the clock. After they confirmed it was 1PM they had me sit at a pedicure and wait for the pedi lady to finish the pedi she was almost finished with. Pedi was fine, I would recommend you go for a pedi only. So I told the main lady that I would need to come back at a later time for my full set because I was on a time crunch. She insisted on me getting my nails done and started my nails while the lady was finishing my toes. She speeds through my nails, cuts me, speeds through the gel polish, puts THREE layers of gel color on me and TWO top coats. If you get your nails done often, we all know that is not right. So then right before my nails are finished she bounces to another girl to fix her nails because she messed those ones up too. I was then transferred to an older lady and I just couldn't get out of there quick enough. My nails look like garbage and I will need to go somewhere else to get them fixed today. Don't waste your time here. Happy Friday to me. read more

I love this asian style spa. The owner has an unbelievable memory. I hadn't been there in over 6 months and when I went back he asked me how my grandma's kidney is doing. I couldn't believe he remembered. that detail. It's very clean and has impeccable decor. Also, they are fast and efficient. I got a manicure, pedicure and wax in 60 minutes flat. They do your mani/pedi at the same time on the pedestal style massage spa chairs. I love the hot towel they use on my legs and feet after each pedicure. The wax is never too hot like some other salons I have tried. The manicurist's are very friendly and gave me a awesome sculptured nail using white powder for the french portion of my nail instead of white polish. I definitely recommend Perfect Nails & Spa. read more

This past weekend, I went to this convenient location to get my nails done. The place appeared to be clean. The price was reasonable however my nails did not come out as I expected. I am extremely disappointed that my fake nails had so much visible bubbles in it. At the end of my session, she walked away and another person had to advised me when to take my nails out under the UV nail lamp. Not only that, she did not tell me exactly what to do other than "wash your nails"... I haven't had my nails done in quite awhile so I went ahead and used the nail brushes that were floating in the blue liquid... not sure if that was what I was suppose to do. After examining my nails a bit more, a couple of my nails were not covered entirely due to having the incorrect size being used for my fingernails. I will never go back to this place and definitely recommend choosing another experienced nail salon before going here. I came in and spent over $100 on a pedicure and fill in. I was there for over 3 hours for simple color (no designs, short nails) The color was lumpy and the shape was horrid. I expressed it to the girl that sits in the first chair and she apologized and told me to come back Monday (it was a Friday) I came back Monday and she said come back tomorrow. Came back today and the guy said she isn't there so he's going to charge me. I asked him to call her and confirm... he's arguing with me in front of the whole store. Rude and unprofessional. So now he wants me to come back a forth time. I'm just going to dispute it with my bank and get my money back. Y'all be careful choosing these nail salons. They don't take pride in their work at all. Oh... and one broke as soon as I left on Friday. read more

Service was unprofessional. If I could give this place a "0" rating I would. They kept trying to up charge my friend and myself to gel polish after we repeatedly told them we want regular polish. Then they asked me to pay up front for the services before they started on me (I've never had that asked of me at nail salons prior to this experience. I was wondering if it was because of how I looked..or if they did that to all customers... I asked and just got a BS excuse that they did not want clients to ruin their nails....) I felt the individual doing my services was rude and I just personally felt rushed in and out. I asked for a specific regular polish multiple times and they still brought out a polish I did not request. Then the person working on me started having their own conversations on the phone... They also were rough with my friend's service and my friend didn't like the manner of the individual working on her as well. Overall, their vibe gave me a rude first impression and high unprofessionalism. This was the first time I came to this place and will be the last. Their "nail color" books do not make any sense and it felt like they truly didn't know what they had in inventory that was for gel or regular polish (my friend and I were planning to get the same color. The individual on my friend told her that the color we both wanted was only in gel... The individual working on me brought out a different color with the same color code as the specific regular color both my friend and I wanted on our nails). It sounds like if you are a regular client and have extensive / premium services performed with specific employees here, your experience may be different than someone going there for the first time looking for basic services. My regret here is that I didn't walk out when they had asked me to pay up front. read more

Toes are always great but they can't nail a manicure to save them. I come time after time only to be yelled at by the head lady. She genuinely ruined the experience of the whole "nail and spa". I come to relax for an hour or 2 not hear constant yelling. Also, you think you would have the decency to at least explain what you are not understanding to me not over me. Treat your clients with respect and the whole show will run smoother. I made a yelp for this. So again toes are always done well, if you can over look the screaming, the distracted owner lady, and over all rudeness. read more

Been going to this location for over a year now. The owner or greeter is pleasant. I am not going to lie she does come out as abrasive as you enter by asking how can we help you today.
