If I could rate zero stars, I would. This place has unlicensed nail techs working for them. ILLEGAL. They ruined my natural nails. The whole service start to finish were red flags. The manager, Lynn, is dismissive, interruptive, and rude. I called ahead and asked if they had time for a walk in. Answer was immediately yes. I got there, walked inside, and was asked to wait 10 minutes. I did call ahead for this reason as I didn't have a lot of time.. fine, I waited. They asked me what I had on my nails and I said regular gel polish. They started using the e-file on me and when I asked if it was a sanding band on it (because that's ALL you can use on natural nails), they smiled and didn't say anything. I repeated myself, again, smiled, made a sound (??), and continued. I said hello?? And pulled my hand back. They called out to another person (salon manager) who came over and I asked them "is that a carbide bit they're using on my natural nails or is that a sanding bit?" They spoke in their language for a sec and then she sat down and told me she'd be continuing the service. Red flag. I asked, "do you normally let your technicians practice unsafe nail services?" She continued to dismiss me by patting my hand and telling me she just wants a "quiet, happy service today". WHAT THE FUCK. I'm sure you could see the steam coming out of my ears. Excuse me? I then requested to see the first nail techs license, because when I looked for it, it's not displayed. It is required to be displayed at the very desk you're working at in a salon. So of course, she says she "sent the person out to go get it from their car". I said "car??? Why is it not in here being displayed?" She dismisses me, again. About 10 minutes went by and I requested again, "I'd like to see that persons license before I leave here as they worked on and destroyed my natural nail bed on my right hand". She said (I audibly laughed at this one) "I think they left to go but lotto tickets. Yeah, they play the lottery." So you're telling me that your nail technician fled the building because they provided an illegal service, ruined my nails, and is getting caught red-handed. Got it. She then had the audacity to ask me "how long have you been doing nails?" I said excuse me? She said because she's been doing nails for 20 years and she has more knowledge than me. Any person with a brain and google can confirm in 5 seconds that she was blatantly lying to me. I clearly have more knowledge than her if she's trying to tell me that a CARBIDE BIT is ok to use on natural nails. HELLLLLL NOOOOO!!!!!! I told her, "so this service is free right because you provided me with an illegal service?" She responded yes she's taking care of it. I washed my hands and got the f out of there. DO NOT GO HERE. Overall the nail tech was very kind, pleasant. The nail work however was not great. Pinky was extremely crooked, so we're two other nails. Nails laid on thick .Rather then take them off and replace she bent them to try to straighten. The nail polish was also off...at some point I gave up. I'm looking for another shop. I wanted to try somewhere new and a bit closer to home . And I drive by this salon everytime I'm getting groceries and gas . So?today I made a visit . Now I'm aware it is a Saturday and I also did go around noon . I went in today for pedi and a full set , Upon my arrival I did see it was very busy , so I did check -in . I was called up right away ! Got seated for pedi right away , the lady was sweet but she was very heavy handed with the toe nail sander , but over all I loved my toes . She then told me to sit at the table to have my nails serviced . She sat me and was gone for about 10 mins , came and sat in front of me and did nothing . We were just having a look off it was weird and awkward . Then I the guy who I think was the manager called her to do someone's pedi and I sat at the table another 10 mins waiting to be serviced . The guy in the next booth in which I would have to assume was the person to do my nails . Was doing a lady's daughters nails , she went to go wash her hands that the nail tech tells the lady that he skip " one" and I can do your nails . Overall I just didn't like my service nor my experience. I think for me communication would have shown really great customer service . I just had no clue who was going to service my nails and I was just sitting and sitting . I ended up paying for the one service and left and took my business elsewhere . This was my first Pedicure. I just got too old to bend where I needed to to shape the nails anywhere near proper. Based on the result she knew what she was doing. Where is the experience ever first off I was treated badly and when I walked in the guy was not friendly, didn't make iContact then they wanted me to take off my full set just to get a fill. He was rushing me the whole time to make a decision so I just told him I didn't want to take off a full set that was only a month old. I used to really love this place. Their pedicures are still alright. Michelle does good work but everyone else cuts my skin or files too much. I very rarely get my finger nails done but I did them again there recently and I'm upset. I asked for something super simple. One hand black acrylics with red bottoms and the opposite on the other hand. I was handed off to someone else so I assumed it was because he knew how to do them. He continued To just give me clear acrylics and painted thethe tops red and black. I didn't say anything the whole time because I assumed he had his own technique but he didn't even plan on doing them how I asked. I even showed him a picture. He ended up painting on the bottom of my acrylics when I showed him the picture again that I showed him before. I was like "okay I guess that'll work, I won't say anything." Then he painted the top coats on (mind you it's all gel polish) and there was top coat and regular polish all over my skin under my nails. I had to take tweezers and rip out out because it was really uncomfortable having cured polish on my skin and under my natural nail. I'm honestly just upset because they were so simple and I never get my nails done and I feel like they didn't know what they were doing. They could've said they didn't know how. Also everyone talks about them looking grown out immediately and these definitely do. I'm sad. Also! The guy filed my natural nails too much and they got hot from the friction and then burned from the monomer. Then my thumb nail got literally hot to the touch. I will never be getting acrylics here again. Maybe pedicures out of convenience but the amount of times they cut me (not including Michelle because she's perfect) is really turning me off of this place. I'm sad about it. He didn't shape them right, when I asked to dull the corned, he didn't understand me, the design I asked for, was simple. When he was done, my 3 year old granddaughter would have done a better job. Price out the door -$105 Fast forward two days, 2 nails pop off. Go have them fixed. Gel nail color from the hideous design started peeling AND another mail comes off -$18 for color change and fix. Fast forward - 2 more days and another damn mail pops off. Go in and another tech fixed it and uses a completely different style nail and color. No cost. Fast forward 3 days and yet one more mail pops off. I decided to get a full, to maybe fix the issue and go to a more experienced tech, guess what.... ANOTHER DAMN NAIL CAME OFF. I was charged $5 for a fix - on a crappy set. Might be time to find a new nail place read more

Since I work with my hands and don't get manis, I usually spend a little extra on my pedis. I asked if the nail tech could do an ombré like the one pictured (it's coming up on Halloween.) She started by painting the toes white and then picked a lime green for the yellow, when I told her the yellow didn't match, she threw the color book on my lap. She was very cold and unfriendly. She then tried a powder in an effort to recreate the ombré effect, she was having problems and took it off and replaced it with a yellow polish, then an orange and a glitter overtop. Oh, my, goodness... it looks like a shaky handed 7 year old did my toes!! I usually never complain, but couldn't help but tell them it didn't look anything like the picture and after two hours in the chair, I was ready to leave. The boss lady charged me for the pedi (but not the color) and said I could come back the next day and they would switch out the color. I came back the next day and didn't want to risk the same design so I just got a plain color. The girl who redid the polish was very nice and kind, but then they charged me for the color! I had to go back the next day after they obviously screwed up and they have the audacity to charge me $15 more for the color?! Whelp, I hope it was worth losing the monthly customer because I will not be back! read more

New place, great prices, open on Sundays.... but there are no nail driers, and they use bags in the foot tubs. Thankfully this is the land of flip flops and sunshine, and my toenails did set and dry, however, why no driers? The bags are concerning. They collect bacteria and debris from people's feet, even if the blue stuff is put in at every use. My mom was with us and had a shaving nik on her ankle. The day after this visit, she woke up with it infected. Makes me wonder about the the cleanliness of those foot tubs. I do not know the proper techniques for sanitizing the foot tubs, but reusing bags probably isn't the way to go. I think they should be changing those bags after each use. I do know that they are disposable. The place is large and clean otherwise. The tools used were from a sanitized pack. The tech was good and thorough, though she kept getting up to go survey the work of another gal doing a full set at the desks. That got a little annoying. There was always someone cleaning or sweeping. They are setup to host a lot of people at once, but call ahead if you do. We called for three of us and good thing too. We still were serviced staggered and finished at different times. It's a nice place and I would go again, just ask for the liner to be changed and careful not to shave your legs the day before or day of going to the salon. read more

I came in for a "$25.00" pedicure. The man asked gel and as always I get gel. Why was I being charged $40.00 for this and not told of an up charge at all?
