Had a really great visit here. I think that this place has two Yelp pages, because I've been to it multiple times and it shows a different name. I digress. Today I got to sit with Lisa and she gave me a really great pedicure. I got the number three option which is the slight upgrade, and I was surprised and amazed when she pulled a timer out for the 10 minute massage. Actually totally made the whole experience, because nothing is more annoying than paying top dollar for a pedicure and not getting the full massage! She took time to match the color that I wanted because it was glitter, so she had to do a base underneath it so that you could see it. My only grip is the heel scrub, it is never enough. And I literally have cracked heels after I leave, which I think should be taken care of during the visit. I've asked for extra time and I'm willing to pay for, but it never happens. I got my nails done here twice because I honestly really like the environment but I got really bad quality nails. The First Lady that did my nails did them rushed and did a bad application process and my nails didn't even last two weeks maybe just a week they lasted before they started to pop off. I went again to go get them filled in and replaced them and tell me why they were more expensive than last time? $110 to be exact and then to top it off the very next day one of my nails fell off immediately and then two days later another one. This was the 2nd time I went here and won't be going back. The first time the girl doing my nails kept messing with her phone the whole time while I was getting my nails done. She also sneezed in her mask and then took it off and wiped her nose and didn't wash her hands. This time everything was fine, however the polish wasn't drying. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting with a fan blowing on my nails. She checked them and said I was done. Went in for a new set and it took the gentleman over an hour to take off my old set. Would just dip them in a dish with acetone and drill of a bit. He did this several times and still left the old ones on. Even at that point he didn't take off all of the old set and placed a new set over top of the old tips and acrylic. Then it took over another hour for a new set to be added. Was there for a total of over 2 hours for an old set to be half taken off a new set to placed on. Nails shape and thickness are not the same either. I paid $70 for nails that are crappy and not what I wanted because I did not get the design. I used to recommend and love this place but something has changed. My friend and I had pedicures at the same time, but I got started after her. We ordered the same exact one from the menu, and even though I got gels done, I was done significantly before her. The tech made a clip that was very painful and a retracted, but she didn't say anything and ignored me for pretty much my entire appointment till it was time to pay. Now a week later it is very painful and infected. She also assumed I wanted a gel pedicure without asking bc that's what I came in with, so I was very surprised when my $45 pedicure was $60!!!! Today was my first time visiting this salon and I was so impressed. I called for an appointment and right after i arrived, i was seated immediately after choosing my nail polish. I chose the Pomegranate pedicure and it did not disappoint. I forgot to ask my nail techs name but she went above and beyond! I had gone to another salon two weeks ago and they did a horrible job, but the girl who did my pedicure today fixed their mistakes. I was happy to see they used sterile metal tools and disposable buffers and stone for the callus removal. I can't wait to come back. On another note, I was the only one wearing a mask aside from the employees but they did seat clients away from each other which was nice. Cute and clean! I got a regular pedicure in princess pink (no photo, don't like my feet) They were quick getting me seated as it was not busy (Friday around noon) the place was clean and trendy. The pedicure ran about 42$.... I don't see pedicures ever going down again. I got a sugar scrub and hot towels etc. Their chairs are really good massagers! I've been to this nail salon for months. I love the location and love how clean and aesthetic it is. I highly recommend Larry for my nails. He is awesome, so professional and never disappoints. Unfortunately I will never go back for a pedicure to this place based on 3 horrible horrible interactions. 1) the first was a guy who cut my big toe so bad and he just put some powder on it I was so scared I would probably have an infection and it bled a lot. 2) I went in for a pedicure for a late appt. They gave me the appt closed to closing time. I came after work and sure enough the pedicure ladies are all talking in their native language and no one would attend to me to do my nails. Finally one of the other women who usually doesn't do pedicures came over to do them. Then, the older lady who normally does pedicures comes up to me and starts bad mouthing me (I can only assume based on her body language and disgusted face as she's blabbing away to the nail tech) 3) finally, last but not least. I went in for a polish change and the nail tech didn't even look at my toe before hitting it with a nail clipper and getting my skin! I gasped in pain and shocked! And I said Omg be careful please maybe use a nail file. She just pushed her cart, talked bad in her language and just left me sitting there confused on what happened. Only until someone else came over to finish. At which point I was so disgusted by the lack of professionalism and service and rudeness. She cut me, I'm bleeding and she has the audacity to get mad? I gasped in pain. No one raised their voice I'm confused how she is mad? I could call the state board on her and file a complaint. I didn't. Bottom line, do not come here for pedicures. Do not do not do not. Horrible service and rude technicians. Idk why they think it's ok to speak in their native language as if you won't understand they are talking about you? It's rude. Please stop doing that. And please take courses on customer service and etiquette. This whole salon lacks it tremendously except 1-2 people. One being Larry. The owner started with me for couple minutes then wrapped my fingers in acetone and send me to start pedicure while she took another person. They have a lot of options for pedicures! The one I had was the cucumber sea salt! The gentleman told me it was $40 any color. I was originally interested in the basic, callus remover with gel pedicure. So that means it would have been $25 (basic pedicure) + $6 (callus remover) + $(15 for gel) so my total would have been $46 but he insisted it would be better to do the cucumber pedicure. So I did! I'm not sure if they pressure them in sales but it seemed that way. They also seemed a bit rush. Service was ok! It's nice and clean inside. It's a new location but they are not clear with prices. I ended up paying $88 for both gel manicure and pedicure. A bit pricier than usual and the massage wasn't great. Also you can't leave tip on card!! Normally a great place to go, but my last experience was horrible. My daughter and I went there for manicure and pedicure for my Birthday. We were there 4 hours 4-730 pm. we Just wanted gel pedicures and and dipped nails. They argued with us about the process of dipped nails, they were rushing because they wanted to close and did t see why we were so upset. They couldn't help with color choice or anything accommodating but they sure don't mind charging and didn't care that they took that long and we were being done at the same time by 2 different people. Normally it takes an hour for each. My daughters nails had some clear coat, and more on others. Some are rough and some are smooth. I have crooked nails and a couple were the dip doesn't reach the cuticles. We each paid over $100. We had a dinner reservation in Scottsdale for 930 that we had to rush to as well. read more

If I could give more stars I would! Followed my nail tech here (Helen) and so thankful I found her- the shop is so beautiful, clean and chic. Got a fill, design and pedicure. The pedicure was great, LOVE the chairs and they fit me in after my nail appointment. Got the gel polish so I know they will last a while and keep its shine and avoid chipping. As far as my nails- YOU MUST SEE HELEN! She can do absolutely ANY design and it doesn't look like a botched job for a replica. Don did my acrylics and the shape is wonderful, the design is on point, and his efforts did not go unnoticed!!! I am visiting from out of state and have yet to find a place this amazing by me. Never coming back here again, went in for a gel pedicure, the lady working on my toes was doing a good job until I told her that I am prone to ingrown toenail's in my big toes, she clearly was not experienced in removing ingrown nails I watched her just cut the sides of my big toe nail and did not get the ingrown nail in my right foot, then she proceeded to my left toe this is where the nightmare began she did the same thing just trimmed the sides of my toenail making my nail crooked, and continued to file the rest of my nails y'all I was livid I had to put my hand down over my nails and ask her how many times are you going to file my nails? They were so thin and red she filed them with the electric file, the regular nail file and buffed them repeatedly! Then she got another man to add an acrylic on my big toe, mind you now my toenails are uneven and my left toe has 3 lbs of acrylic on it, my nails are super thin and it hurts to walk, after she was done fucking my nails up she had the audacity to ask for a TIP!
