I thought I'd try a new nail spot. It looked like they just moved into the location. Boxes were everywhere, on some of the nail stations, on some of the pedicure chairs. I had a "classic" gel manicure and pedicure. It looked like I did it myself and I'm not a nail tech. It was $119, $100 without tip. If you get a basic mani/pedi it's $52. Weird that it's $48 more for gel imo. I got there about 9:30, and I left around noon. My cuticles look awful. My left hand started bleeding this morning. They were friendly enough but service was so slow and I expected my hands to look nice for at least 2 days since I got them done yesterday. Maybe the regulars get a better job on their nails, maybe it was just a bad day for the tech I had, but I'm not happy with it. I would have asked for my cuticles to be fixed yesterday but I had places to be. I didn't take a pic of my feet bc they shaped my toenails weirdly and I don't want to look at them. Vibes are off. It wasn't worth the price. If it was $60 for it, I'd probably have been feeling whatever about it. But for $100? Nah. read more

Ok, I loved this little shop. Annie was awesome! My nails look so good & she was super fast. Totally able to give me the look I wanted. Loved the vibe here - the ladies were fun & made me feel relaxed. I live 17 miles from here and will make the trip again because I liked them so much. I should wait to review until a couple weeks go by to see how my nails hold up but I can tell this is some sturdy work--appreciate that she actually holds the tip on for a few & the tips fit correctly. Really awesome experience here. I wish I would have gotten the lady's name but she was very knowledgeable and seemed to be genuinely interested in the health and well-being of my nails. My nails had become thin and fragile due to dip powder and the rough removal process at most salons and she took extra care to be gentle. Went there this morning and had excellent service! My daughter and I both got our nails done and are very pleased with how they look! I was able to schedule for our appointments within the timeframe of my request. The people in the salon are very professional and courteous. My nail technician took time to explain why it would be better for me to get gel nails and I absolutely love them! It's been years since I have had my nails done and it was great to go to a salon where they knew how to apply the product without excessive filing and within the appropriate amount of time. There were many people who walked in requesting for other services and our nail technicians continued to work on our nails and offered them additional times later on in the morning or day. The pictures should speak for themselves. But I'm still going to share my experience because I've never had such awful customer service in my life. I went here because pictures seemed good and reviews were high. I was unsatisfied with my pedicure, it had bubbles in it, splotchy patches of nail polish. And polish on my skin. I asked for it to be fixed and the lady just went over it with more nail polish. I had to be at work so i left and called and ask to make another appointment. She said they don't take appointments? I asked to speak to a manager which she then said the manager doesn't speak English and to speak to her. I come back later to get it fixed and was told that the look fine...i was talked to rudely, so at that point i just asked for a refund. Which i was told no. So the lady starts to redo them, at the very second she finished my last toe she hops up and goes to sit down and help another customer. I couldn't even give her any feedback. I left once again with bubbles in my polish and polish on my skin. HORRIBLE PLACE. read more

Seriously, amazing! I'm due in 2 weeks and desperately needed my nails done! Called early on a Friday and was able to get an appointment within an hour for a pedi and full set. I was helped as soon as I walked in the door and the 2 ladies working were so friendly. My pedicure was amazing done by Helen and lasted a good 30 to 45 mins she was gentle on my cuticles and got the calluses off my feet, so relaxing! Then Kasey did my full set she made my nails feel so natural like I asked and did a design I showed her off Pinterest perfectly! They really take their time and have amazing attention to detail! I called in and asked if I could come in at a certain time and be out by a certain time because I have class they said yes and to come on in. I got there my pedi was smooth and great but when it came to my mani time was running out so I asked if I could please be done within 40 minutes the lady just said yes I showed them a pic of what I wanted and the woman was just not understanding my mani was terribly done the design is even worst and when I pointed it out to them she tried fixing it by filing it away!!! Ok, so i'm a guy and about once every 6 months I find a nail salon to get out the cheese grater and handle those calluses in my heals. Well, it's been a bit longer than 6 months and in between clients I stopped by. Now, I was gun shy because the last place seemed to grate to the bone but that's a different review. This place was nice. The grating went as expected but more gentle and less screaming from me. Then there was a sugar scrub followed by a cucumber lotion something or other. All in all, my heals are much better, my toes look shiny, and there was no blood loss. Well worth the visit for a man or a lady. read more

Unfortunately I have to update my previous review as I've been here dozens of times but my recent visit the customer service was terrible from the lady who does the pedicures. It's very simple if you're not feeling good if you're not in a good mood don't come to work or don't take it out on others. I felt like she was being very rough with my niece and it appeared that she was talking bad in another language but that's just an assumption. My main problem with the review is she overcharged me and after I question her about it she continued with the same story about the price I didn't argue I just paid it. Pedicures are $20 we got two regular pedicures should've been $40. Gel polish only is $15 so that should've made my total $55 not $65. Because of that I will never ever go back lost a customer all for 10 bucks a d I still tipped her. This is not the first time she has had an attitude I just roll with it since she's older! read more

Unfortunately I was very unhappy with this place. The older woman who did my nails was nice and pleasant but after stewing on it awhile I just became more and more disappointed by how she did my nails. There was polish on just about every finger. I had to point out a spot she missed at one point that she fixed but just by covering it up with more polish so it became uneven. The shape of my nails, if you want to call them "shaped", was just awful. They weren't done evenly and it was very noticeable. All around my nails looked like a kid painted them. I went in and they told me to come back at 10 which I didn't mind because I didn't make an appointment. So I came back at 10 and I was not even informed that the other nail tech was still not there. I waited 10 minutes and no one even cared to say "hey we're booked for the day or the other nail tech is running late" I'm very understanding if someone just told me what's going on but they didn't even care to. read more
