Came here last weekend to get my nails done. I don't usually get them done anymore because everywhere I go they just use e-files on my natural nail and destroy my nail beds. I tried this place out after reading reviews of a few different ones in my area. I was serviced by Lena (hope I spelled that right). She was amazing!! She explained things so well to me, kept telling me I have strong and beautiful natural nails, helped me decide which design to choose for the cat eye gels when I was indecisive. I needed some TLC on my heels too and she used this homemade rose scented sugar scrub exfoliant and really just did great work. Pretty sure she also practiced some TCM on my hand's and feet's pressure points. I turned on the massager and closed my eyes lol. I was truly in heaven. She's very kind and you can tell she takes pride in her work. Detail oriented and I could see she was taking extra care to not let any gel cure on my skin. I love how they came out. The color also changes hues in different lighting. It's so cool! Might be worth to mention that it's been only a week and the gel has started to chip off on one of the nails, but I also work with my hands, so maybe that's why. def want to come back and try again soon. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE LEFT IN TEARS AND THE MANAGER "BEN" DIDNT GIVE A CARE IN THE WORLD he kept saying "this is the latest I've stayed at work" in a rush the whole time doing my nails left them so horrible looking like I still needed a fill. Left nails sticky and not fully painted. when I brought it to his attention he stated "you got a fill it's not going to be perfect " and that the sides messed up because of the filing and not once offered to fix them because (he was rushing to go home) then as I'm paying for something Im not happy with the lady ringing me up gasped when she tapped my card then called the manager. I asked what's the issue? and they stated nothing. I went to my car checked my account and turns out they charged me $828!!!!!!!!!! on top of my bill! and not once mention it to me nor saying it was an accident or apologize. I go back inside and ask why did they charge me that much and why didn't they say anything when it happened and Ben (the managers) response was "it's not a problem on our end.. it's up to yourbank" if I wouldn't have checked my account they wouldn't have ever told me about that transaction or reversed it! I told him I will NEVER come back all he said was " that's okay" I said your whole service was rushed. I went with the mindset of having a nice mother daughter spa night with my 7year old daughter instead left in tears with a BAD EXPERIENCE UGLY NAILS AND PRETTY MUCH ROBBED ME $828!!!!!!!! I really hope people read this and see that this place isn't a good place to go too.! Ben you should be ashamed of yourself! read more

Just had the most amazing experience. When I tell you I am OCD ADHD and am autistic please believe me when I I say finding a clean caring place to get my pedicures done has been a fuggin nightmare please believe me! This has been such a wonderful experience. I had Lisa and she treated me like her own daughter! Exceptional attention to detail! And when I say CLEAN I mean CLEANNNNN. Nothing "used"touched me today! I got my first fill in there 2 weeks ago and when I went back for my next fill in today, there was fungus under 3 nails. I opted to not have all my nails soaked off and done over, but they did not treat the affected nails either. on top of that I was charged extra for the fill in today vs the last one. I had a really disappointing experience here. The owner became loud and rude during my visit with another customer which made the whole situation uncomfortable. My boyfriend was kind enough to take me in to get pampered after not getting a manicure for a while during quarantine. I ended up asking him to leave during our pedicures. The lady who worked on us made the pedicure water WAY too hot and then proceeded to argue with me about the temperature of the water after I pointed out three different times that it was too hot. She kept insisting it is coming out cold. It was scalding hot. Then she criticized my toe nails, saying I cut them way too short. Next she twisted and turned my big toe unnaturally, causing quite a bit of pain and discomfort. She continued to do so on my right foot even after I expressed discomfort, but seemed to get the hint on my left foot. Still going here... I was trying to remove my foot from the scalding hot water, which she had refused to make colder, and she pushed it back down into the bowl AND HELD IT THERE. Lastly, she refused to help me pick out some good colors they had at the salon for the nails I wanted to show her a picture of. She didn't even look at the picture. She just barked orders at me about picking out my own colors out of a basket that had at least 70 or so options. I have never had such horrible service at a salon and a complete disinterest and refusal to accommodate the guest and help them along in their experience. Mind you, there was only 4 of us in the salon, so it's not like she was pressed for time. read more

Oh, what a beautiful relaxing day at AZ Nails and Spa. It was my first time at this local business. I had a regular manicure and a deluxe spa pedicure. The service was awesome. My fingers and toes were in poor condition. With my neuropathy and arthritis, the women were gentle. I walked out feeling refreshed. The owner is a nice guy. The next time I'm going to climb up the scale of service for a gel manicure and AZ special spa pedicure. Their audio/video system is tops.
