I made a reservation on the website for a Saturday afternoon. I couldn't get to spots together so I called and the girl was so helpful with confirming we could go together. We arrived and got a free beverage which was yummy. I got a flavored tea. The prices are reasonable and cheaper than other salons. The salon is cute and super spacious with plenty of seats. My sister had a thing with her tech cause she didn't ask her which pedi package she wanted. The girl popped an attitude when my sister nicely asked her for the package she wanted. It was weird. I get so frustrated when massages aren't done properly or for the stated length of time. The menu says you get a 7 minute hot stone massage and mine was LITERALLY 45 seconds. I timed it. See photo attached. Like really? Plus the massages for lotion and sugar scrub were also less than 1 minute. We got mani's next and my girl was amazing. She is the manager of the store and so funny. I love how my nails turned out. I also asked for a mani and the dip but she explained they are not included which I learned! She asked how our pedis were and I was truthful. She apologized and ended up giving us a discount which was very sweet.

I went with my sister and wanted to get the pedicure plus and a dip manicure. My sister showed me her menu because the girl that started doing my pedicure didn't give me the menu. She asked me if I wanted gel and I said I didn't need gel. My sister told me to just do it so I told the girl I would do gel instead of basic nail polish. After a while, I realized she was doing the lotion and hot stone massage and I was like...I wanted to do the plus and she said no you said basic and I said you didn't even ask and she said your sister gave you the menu. I was like whatever I'll just do the standard. So she was like no I'll do it....The language barrier in nail salons is real frustrating. Also noticed in the plus pedicure it says 7 minute hot stone massage. Mine was less than a minute and my sister did the same pedicure and timed hers and it was 45 seconds. Don't advertise something that you are not going to include. My dip manicure was great. Maddie was very nice and did a good job with my basic dip until my nails grow out more. The owners are so nice and make sure all of the nail artists are trained to do quality work, no matter who I've had do my nails they've always come out fantastic. You pay for what you get here, which is great work and no shady processes. For example, they don't do harsh removals where they use a tip to rip off your old acrylics, they only do soak-offs--saving you pain and setting you up with a good foundation for a new set. No matter if you get acrylics, gel, regular polish--your nails will come out amazing. Obviously--I highly recommend!

They looked busy to me; many full pedicure stations and a couple nail stations in use. The tech let me know they were not that busy- so busy to me was slow to them. I got seated and chose a perked-up selection for my pedicure since it has been so dang long, and my feet were in real need of some care. I wanted callus removal mostly, so I figured I would go with the massage and wax treatment. It turned out the color I picked was gel- I think all the colors were gel as I saw many others get the treatment on their toes. I get gel nails elsewhere, but this is the first time I saw someone getting gel toes and the first time that I got it myself. The vibe was chill, and I got some good care on my feet. I will try and go back, see if I can be more regular with my pedicures as I am pretty dang regular with my manicures. I got the feeling they wanted me to pay with cash, but they do accept credit. I ended up paying for the service in credit and I tipped in cash.
