The process overall took 2 hours, which is honestly quick for the design I got. The stylist did a beautiful job, and I have no complaints about her work or behavior. I went on 05/01 and it's 05/26 and my nails are still going strong. That's a remarkable time period for an acrylic set. I initially posted a not-so-great review due to the lack of quoting (after asking explicitly for a quote) and the price of the set ($120 before tip). Overall, I feel this is a decent nail salon. The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of seats for pedicures and stations for manicures. However, I think they should put up a website where it lists the prices on the menu (that I received after asking for) as well as the expectations of the visit. I also think it's strange that some nail technicians in the salon wear gloves and others don't. If you're handling bodily fluids and skin, it's probably a great idea to wear medical gloves and change them often. I think the salon did a great job and has good quality nails - I just believe the overall customer experience could be more transparent.

They looked busy to me; many full pedicure stations and a couple nail stations in use. The tech let me know they were not that busy- so busy to me was slow to them. I got seated and chose a perked-up selection for my pedicure since it has been so dang long, and my feet were in real need of some care. I wanted callus removal mostly, so I figured I would go with the massage and wax treatment. It turned out the color I picked was gel- I think all the colors were gel as I saw many others get the treatment on their toes. I get gel nails elsewhere, but this is the first time I saw someone getting gel toes and the first time that I got it myself. The vibe was chill, and I got some good care on my feet. I will try and go back, see if I can be more regular with my pedicures as I am pretty dang regular with my manicures. I got the feeling they wanted me to pay with cash, but they do accept credit. I ended up paying for the service in credit and I tipped in cash.

I took a few photos in the salon, you can see the polish and acrylic surrounding my cuticles, my nail tech did not even clean up my cuticles at all before he put the topcoat on nor after. Before I went to check out, I decided to say something to the gal at the front desk. She then sat me down and filed my cuticles, where the polish was surrounding them, she cut off the acrylic from my cuticles, and repainted one layer of my pink color and added a topcoat. Meaning now I have almost 5 coats of color on my nails. They are so thick, chunky and uneven. I am thankful that the gal at the front tried to fix them, but I'm still extremely unhappy... I just wanted to share my experience to hopefully help future clients that come here.
