My favorite salon EVER. I've had nothing but good experiences with staff & my nails have always come out amazing. The owners are so nice and make sure all of the nail artists are trained to do quality work, no matter who I've had do my nails they've always come out fantastic. You pay for what you get here, which is great work and no shady processes. For example, they don't do harsh removals where they use a tip to rip off your old acrylics, they only do soak-offs--saving you pain and setting you up with a good foundation for a new set. I spent $203 and honestly my nails look like shit. I could've done my nails better than the way they took. Keep in mind these were just done yesterday. You can see white where the nail tech carelessly wiped away the gel polish under the gel top coat, the acrylic is flooded in my cuticles and the acrylic itself is extremely inconsistent. None of the French tips look the same. The nail tech didn't even clean my cuticles or underneath my nails like I had asked. He also made them extremely narrow and none of my nails even look the same. When I asked the nail tech if he could fix the French tips he had an attitude and got annoyed. Kyle did great on my pedicure itself but my acrylic toes are extremely thick. For what I spent I'm extremely disappointed and would've been better off going to a private nail tech. I came in a couple days later to have them fixed and was told I'm not welcome to come back because of my review. Personally if you're debating if you should come here or not, I would pass on xtreme nails. Go up the street to Saguaro Nails. read more

My birthday just passed recently and I wanted to go all out. I've been to so many salons and each one had their own flaws but after coming here my standards are way high and beyond! I came in on a Saturday and asked for a full set. I was scared they wouldn't be able to get me in because it was so busy!!! However I understand why they were so busy, because they do such a wonderful job! The atmosphere when I came in was so clean and I really like the layout of this place. The next day I could fill my hair getting caught in then there was so much glue under my nails. Previously - My first gel-x set here was amazing. I forgot her name, but my nails were clean and well designed and filed even. I had a regular pedicure and the guy with long hair rushed through it. So noted that only the pricier pedicures get more attention. Today - my gel x appointment was the worst. The guy was rushing completely, and the gel to secure the plastic nail was overflowing out of my nails. The almond design was awful. I had a heart design and one of the hearts was 4x bigger than the other. I told the guy 3-4 times that the nails were bad and misshaped. He started getting irritated and throwing my hands around and being rough. When checking out I told the female receptionist that I didn't like my nails and that they need to be fixed. The manager who I thought was actually nice seemed a bit irritated as well that I kept asking why are these nails so skinny and the others so wide. He mentioned the nail bed and the gel makes it thicker - while this may be true - the application in the beginning was piss poor and my other gel x set didn't look like this. After the manager finished - I went back to the receptionist and expressed my concerns , she rudely told me to talk to the manager, I went to approach the manager - he completely ignored me and threw his hand back at me. The receptionist asked me if I just wanted to get them taken off with no charge - I said sure. At this point - I had been at the salon for 2 1/2 hours. After waiting 10 minutes, the receptionist comes back and informs me "do you just want to leave? It will be a long wait" I said "are you sure?" And she said "yes just don't come back". ABSOLUTELY NOTED I WILL NOT BE BACK! I honestly just wanted my nails fixed but I guess that was too much to ask for. I'm sure neither the receptionist, manager, or male nail tech wouldn't have appreciated their nails looking like mine. read more

I was checking out and he had walked around behind me and made a comment in Vietnamese about how I have a big stomach. Mind you there was no one else in the lobby or checking out. I may not look Vietnamese but any comment like that should not be made whether or not you think the customer or anyone understands. When I called back to make the manager aware not knowing he was the manager he completely denied it saying that is something he wouldn't or never say about anyone in any language. My family came into town and us girls wanted to go get pedis/Manis so we chose here. We were walk ins. The salon is beautiful! Very clean. Everyone was very nice that worked there. We got in within less of 5 mins to go in the back and sit in the massage chairs soaking our feet. It was nice to have the massage chairs going while we waited for someone to give us the pedicures. The massage was absolutely wonderful. Didn't rush through, actually seemed like she cared about giving a quality massage. The hot stones and warm towel were great! Well, I started coming here just a few months ago when they were at they're arrowhead location. Now they're in a bigger location near Desert Diamond Casino. All the staff are friendly and will make sure you leave with a smile. Leo would do my nails before but he's no longer there and now I have Jason. He's nice and damn good at his Job. He takes it serious and I'm perfectly ok with that. I spent 5 hours in his chair lol. All of the staff do amazing work too. If you're looking for somewhere for you hands and feet, I suggest you check them out. They have wax services but I've never used them. read more

I had asked him the color in the booklet if it was sheer colors he didn't even give me an answer that's how frustrated he was because of me being difficult with the shaping of my nails.. my nails were not smoothed out completely evenly so there are lumps at the connection of where the tips were added on my nails so when he polished it it showed up clearly on my nails.. when it was time to polish my nails I can tell the color wasn't sheer which I had wanted a sheer color I didn't even bother to say anything because of his frustration I had seen on his face.. pricing for my full set of nails was very reasonable.. in general the salon is ok, i will return again.. read more

(At this time I'm a loyal customer they did 7 prev sets of mine including pedis and I tip big. ) They said they would in march. They never said how long the discount would be good for .
