I have never left a nail salon feeling as upset as I did this one. I thought I found my forever salon but I will ABSOLUTELY never return after this last visit. I have been growing and getting my natural nails dipped for years and came to this salon months ago and thought I was going to be a forever client. Until they treated me like I was an incredible inconvenience. I came in and asked for my usual guy. They said yeah he's working and asked me to wait, so I did they came out and said sorry he's not here today do you want another person who is available? I said yes, they sat me with him and I start my conversation of the fact my nails are real not acrylic and that I just wanted to take them down a trim and without even speaking to me he grabs his nail clippers and cuts my nails off, not trimmed "off" I stop him and ask what he's doing, he gets mad and asks what I want, I said these are my nails and they're dip, not acrylics, he's annoyed that I'm not just cool with his mistake and tells me he's giving me to Another technician. Im feeling way discouraged at this point. The tech next to him asks if I want my original guy, I told him the front told me he's off today he said that's not true he is here. And tells me to sit in that guy's station so I do in acetone to dissolve the dip, then another tech comes to me and asks why I'm sitting there this guy is off today. I'm so upset I am just following their directions and I'm getting nowhere. Another guy comes obviously annoyed he "has" to take care of me. He says all my nails need to be cut and proceeds to literally cut all my nails off to the point I have no length now, and I mean none, after having these 3/4 inch long BEAUTIFUL almond nails that I was so proud of thinking I'm coming in for a trip and new design. Holding back tears because this guy is laughing with his coworkers constantly about me in front of me while they all walk over look laugh and walk away. Nails are nails they will grow back, yeah having them gone sucks after working so hard on them, but the fact I felt like a problem to this place that I should be feeling beautiful leaving, I don't I absolutely HATE my nails now, they're chipping because he absolutely rushed through it now 2 days later is ridiculous. Checking out the lady asked if I liked my nails when I said no, she said that's good. Will absolutely never return. read more

I usually don't leave reviews, but that should prove how disappointed I am more than anything else. It takes longer to get a fill here but I've been okay with that because they always turn out so good. HOWEVER, three days after my most recent fill one of my nails broke! I showed up at 5pm on Friday the 15th for a fix and they said they could get me in immediately - I ended up having to wait 30 minutes and eventually left. Today (Saturday the 16th), I had an appointment scheduled for 2pm to get the nail fixed, but waited another 25 minutes while watching the nail technicians take walk-in clients when all I needed was one nail fixed. I have been going here regularly for two months but unfortunately will not be returning. If you are still going to go - nobody else reviews him but try booking with Felix! He has been nothing but nice to me and is great with fills. :) read more

Absolutely love this nail shop! I've been going in for their services for almost many times now. Love the way they shape my nails and how strong my nails are. It's all about the details from my cuticles, shaping, and anything that makes my nails stand out. I am pretty basic when it comes to colors, always neutral so I need the job done well and they definitely execute it everytime! Love this place!!! read more

Im almost 8 months pregnant and can no longer reach my feet so I had to look for a place to get a pedicure done, let me just say I'm so glad I found Xtreme Nails! Cindy is who did my service and not only did she do a great job but she was so patient with me and made me feel comfortable. She reassured me that during pregnancy most women need help, especially with self care and she was so glad she was able to help me. I don't normally give myself time or money for self care but I did opt for a more expensive pedicure and it was worth it to me! If I ever get the opportunity to come back I definitely will read more

I came here twice before. The first time was a nice calming experience getting a French tip, I loved it. Second time I came here today, absolutely ruined. I wanted a pedicure and fill. The pedicure was amazing, Kyle did an amazing job and was very attentive and careful. He made sure I liked the color, the stones weren't too hot for me and the water was nice. He made my boyfriend and I laugh and very pleasant. When it was my turn to get my nails filled in, the man I was given was absolutely awful. He was annoyed the entire time. I had a broken nail still attached and he was very aggressive and I kept saying "it hurts" and he kept trying to aggressively pull it off. I said ouch very loudly and he just stared at me and laughed. So so so disrespectful and disgusting. Then he proceeded to take the nail off and threw it behind him VERY AGGRESSIVELY. It scared me and made me very uncomfortable. He seemed very angry at that point so I got up and paid for my pedicure. I can't believe they have someone working like that here, so unprofessional and inappropriate. I am so disappointed with the end of my experience here at Xtreme nails. read more

the store is very clean and well decorated. staff is nice and respectable, but they have the same problem EVERY nail salon in Arizona has. they have a bunch of licensed nail techs, but the nail techs only know how to do ONE kind of nail. no one takes the time out to PRACTICE new or other styles. this place only does straight tips (what tips do you think nail techs used before the straight ones? CURVED!) the designs are very nice, literally all they have to do is do the same thing on a curved tip. I was told NO ONE IS COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO DO CURVED NAILS. huh? Plus they do not to acrylic toes. again, Why? the only reason they have is all the nail techs sit around on their phones when they don't have nails to do instead of practicing the styles they aren't comfortable with. they literally let money walk out the door. read more

i got a full set yesterday and it was okay. some of the nails are a little bit thicker or not shaped the same or a little shorter. but overall not that noticeable. they did do a good job when finding a match to my reference photo but the guy was super rushed and didn't seemed like he wanted to be there. it was a little awkward. who i believe was the manager was very nice though and checked in a few times. the store itself was really clean and felt very fancy and i think had a good atmosphere. this place was by my work and im thinking of coming back just for nails. i'm a pretty simple and short nails girl i overall i dont have any huge problems with me nails. definitely been to worst places lol. read more

Made an appointment and 30 min after my appointment I was still waiting. Why take appointments if you do everything on a walk -in basis. Should have told me that when I made the appointment. Then tried to have me see a different technician. My time is valuable too. I work in healthcare and would never make my patients wait 30 min after their appointments. read more

edit: i'm not sure how to reply to the owner's comment, but i didn't book two appointments. i provided two dates of availability through dm asking what and when i could get my service and all they said was what's your name and phone number. then i get a text asking me to download the app, once i make an account, it shows me an appointment with the services i asked for at 5pm. later on i get a notification that it was changed to 4:30 so i changed it back to 5pm. then i get a notification that it was changed to 4:35, and i changed it back to 5. finally i get a text message saying sorry we thought you were another person trying to book, 5pm is okay. (screenshots added for those who care) as for the pictures i provided in dm, the color was more of the reference in the end because i showed the tech a different picture at the salon. what i actually asked for was square nails but not sharp, and he said square round and i said yes, but that isn't the problem, the whole overall shape isn't clean and the length is inconsistent. and i'm sorry i tipped $10 even though i didn't like the service. to be honest, i didn't tip because i was happy with it, i tipped because of guilt for being the second to last customer there past your closing time. i was 50/50 with this salon because the people were so nice, but service not the best for what it cost, but after the owners defensive response and lack of accountability i'm just 100 no. i don't think this stress is worth giving it another chance. ----I was looking forward to getting my nails done here because I've seen some amazing work on their instagram page, but I wasn't all that impressed. I'm not sure if maybe they were rushing through me because they were short staffed, but I was one of the last ones out. I paid almost $110 for these nails and a classic pedicure with regular polish. The staff were all very nice and friendly. I had trouble communicating with them about my appointment. I know they're busy, but they didn't really answer my questions. They just sent me a link to book at 5pm, and then they kept changing my appointment to an earlier time, but I kept changing it back because I wouldn't make it at an earlier time. They then texted me and said they thought I was another customer, but in the end I scheduled for 5pm. I was able to get off work early and got there 10 minutes ahead of my appointment time, but they started doing my nails at 5:20pm. They finished in an hour. Then I waited for my pedicure. They finally got to me at 6:40pm and finished in about 30 minutes. I haven't gone to a salon since covid, but it felt like some steps were skipped. I just felt like their attention wasn't on my service. It was close to closing and they kept telling customers they were short staffed. I was just a bit disappointed cause I paid almost $110 for something I could have done better myself at home. I have my birthday coming up and I thought I should treat myself to a nice service, but I can't help but feel like it was a waste of money. I even got the little gems because that was something I couldn't do at home, but they're not even in the middle, and I did have to ask for them to fix one that was very obviously in the wrong spot. To be honest, I ended up filing and reshaping my nails at home. I put another glitter gel on my nails, and another coat of gel top coat. I usually grow my nails to about this size and so my own gel manicure, but I broke a nail so I trimmed them short to get acrylics. I ended up having to file them down to even out the length cause my ring finger was short compared to the others. I wanted to get something different and treat myself, but now I just wish I didn't spend the money and had done my nails myself at home. read more

very very very very rude owners and staff, my nails chipped second day so I came back and they said they would not fix it and that I chipped them purposley and started yelling at me in front of other customers that were there, I had a panic attack and cried so I got into my car only to find them looking at me and laughing (owners included) which was crazy because I didnt know that they were the owners until later, weak service very bad at nails they were bumpy and not filed or cleaned, other than being extremely overpriced don't ever go there read more
