I was very nervous about trying a new nail salon while visiting Arizona, but Westgate Nails and Lashes exceeded my expectations! Kailuv was amazing and so easy to talk to, she made sure I loved every step of my nails and was satisfied! My nails turned out even better than I hoped and were so affordable. They also offered snacks, water, and candy, which made the whole experience even better and very welcoming. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in Arizona!
Called when they opened and was able to get in right away due to a cancellation. Received a pedicure. Probably the fastest one I've ever gotten. The gentleman who did it was the only one there, a few of their employees were running late, so he rushed through my pedicure to help other customers. Even though it was rushed, it was thorough and he did a good job.

Came in just for a quick pedicure but the inside was so nice, my sister and I saw the different options and decided to go with the deluxe option I think. It was $75, had a mask, scrub, hot stone, and gel color. My feet felt new ! My favorite part was the hot stone, very calming and soothing. The staff were all so sweet, nice to talk to we ended up getting our nails done too. The only thing was that whatever was used to scratch off the dead skin from my feet although at first was so nice that night I noticed it had made my feet even more dry and cracked.
Let me first say that I usually love this place and how my nails turn out. I am extremely disappointed because this is already the "fix" and I let them know I needed them to be done right the second time because I was going on vacation. The first time, the top coat peeled in less than a week. I went back and he was quick to say they would fix them. I just asked for them to be taken off and to start over so they would last my entire vacation. I paid for a new dip mani because I requested to start from scratch. I was completely ok with that. I asked the guy to please make sure the top coat was good this time and he assured me that they knew what went wrong the first time. Two days later, first day on vacation... my nails start peeling. Alright, whatever maybe I'm using my hands more. Then the next day, one nail chips... I'm starting to get upset... and now only 5 days later, my nails are peeling and I have two chipped nails and no way to get them fixed.
This was my first nail shop I've visited out of Vegas. I usually don't trust just anyone to do my nails, and my visit here yesterday was nothing short of a disappointment. I did a pedicure and acrylic nails and had I known this was the experience I was going to get, I would've dashed at the sight of it. The male who helped me rushed everything and was not taking time to perfect every step. My nails never took less than 30 minutes to do, but the person helping me made it less than 20! I'm not surprised if my nails start falling off tonight!!!! This place was closest to our hotel and now that I think about it, I should've just waited to go back to Vegas for nails.
Visiting from out of state, currently all salons are closed due to the pandemic where I live. So happy to finally get a pedicure. Got the "Westgate Special Pedicure", everything I needed. I was only gonna get the pedicure but it was so amazing when I was asked if I wanted a manicure I said, "you know what, I wasn't going to but I will now, just to clean up my hands with a clear coat", great job on my hands too. My skin feels incredible! I feel brand new. Worth every penny! Perfect for a 4-month pregnant woman who's been stuck inside due to the pandemic for months and nauseous and sick all pregnancy long. From the moment I called hoping to get a same day appointment, the man that answered was polite. The women that did my nails was great. The salon is cute too, they've got these cool cloud ceiling tiles I've never seen anywhere else before. I hope they do well, because I'd love to visit them again next time I'm in town!
I went in for a fill today and left with white bubbly nails. On top of that the guy who was doing my nails was very rude.. I seen he was getting frustrated because my fjngers We're ti close??? In all my years of getting my nails done I've never had someone be so rude. I've been here previously because of the great attitudes and atmosphere and now. I will not be returning. You can see in the photos how bad my nails look and even a piece of lint he didn't bother to remove instead just paint over it.. Worst experience ever.
they did a GREAT job! They were able to squeeze me in and do a quick & thorough job on my nails. Gel Mani - $30 before tip (reasonable)

Amber "nails it" every visit! Its like walking around with a mini art installation on my hand that changes every 3 weeks. Love love love. Additionally, they're now open until 11pm or later, so if you're trying to avoid the summer heat, this is the place. The vibe is friendly and cool, sometimes it's fun conversation and other times a crime doc or cult classic movie on the tvs. Important note: its now called Gloss Haus (formerly westgate nails). Its a couple doors down from Johnny Rockets at Westgate. read more

BAD, BAD, BAD. Do NOT go here unless you want to leave disappointed. I went in at 8:00 PM on Thursday for an acrylic fill and pedicure, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had. My nail tech, Angela, was friendly and nice to talk to, but the entire appointment was spent listening to stories about her personal life, which felt very unprofessional. She was also very convincing when talking about how this salon takes extra time to make sure every client leaves happy with perfect nails. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. I ended up canceling my pedicure because my acrylic fill alone took almost THREE HOURS. Throughout the service, my fingers were constantly being pulled and twisted around, leaving them sore afterward. Even worse, she repeatedly filed into my skin, causing multiple cuts that actually bled. When I pointed it out, she said she was going to clean them with alcohol so they wouldn't be swollen or red the next day. The alcohol burned terribly on the open cuts. The finished nails look awful. My cuticles weren't even cleaned up, there is acrylic all around them, and the overall work honestly looks like it was done by a beginner. It certainly does not look professional. At checkout, I mentioned the cuts and bleeding and had to ASK for a discount. They only took $8 off the service and then asked if I was okay. I still left a tip because Angela was kind, but kindness doesn't make up for poor workmanship. I later called and spoke with the owner, hoping they would take responsibility. Instead, I was told to come back and they would take care of my next visit. Come back? After leaving with bleeding fingers and a terrible set of nails? Absolutely not. I don't have anything personal against Angela, but based on the quality of work I received, I genuinely do not believe nails are her profession. No customer deserves to be promised perfect work and then leave with cuts, pain, and nails that look unfinished. Save your money. Wait for a reputable nail salon. This place is not worth it. read more

Please be mindful coming here. They are under new management but it honestly needs work. I shouldn't have to tell a "professional" nail tech that there's glue all over my fingers or whatever it is cracking around my nail beds. I was charged $77 for uneven, mis-shaped "coffin tip" nails. It looks like I did these myself at home. If you tell the nail techs here they've messed up or you see something you'd like fixed they'll either tell you they know what they're doing or they'll find a way to upcharge you so you get what you want. Just ask for an itemized receipt of your services here because almost certainly you are being overcharged read more

DO NOT GO HERE. First, I called ahead to set an appointment and still waiting over 10-15 minutes. When I sat in the chair the massage part didn't work. So I asked to be moved, didn't happen. Then the nail tech got the massager to work down on her end where she sits. When she rubbed my legs they were still soaked from her putting water all over them so it was slick and didn't even feel like my legs were being rubbed. I paid $45 for the deluxe that says 10 min massage. I timed it and it was only 5. So about 2.5 minutes per leg. I then asked for the massager to be turned off since I couldn't control it on my remote thing. That didn't happen. I also originally asked for shellac and then changed my mind. I asked her if I could do white nail polish instead of shellac. That didn't happen. She still started doing the shellac. Then was annoyed at my when I told her I didn't want to do it Worst place ever. Don't waste your money. read more

Daisy was nice and accommodating when I told her I like my nails cut short. They can be short but even. These are all different shapes and lengths and the polish job is awful. I will have to go get redone. When she was doing the callus file she cut my toe and it was bleeding. She never acknowledged this. Basically I left and need a whole other pedicure. I thought I would try a new place on that side by a office for work but will stick to Scottsdale nails. read more

Super disappointed in this salon. I just got engaged and decided to get my nails done. My regular salon was closed so I found this place. I asked for an ombré pink/white, and they confirmed they knew what I meant. The first red flag was how the tech went straight to sizing the fake nails to mine.. no cleaning of the nails or cuticles was done, at all. Didn't even push them back. And when I asked, they said it would be an additional $20 to do the clean up/cuticle work that I've literally always experienced as a part of the manicure... I obviously declined since my set was already $55. During the set, I saw the employees treat 5 different customers poorly, one poor girl was almost bullied out of her set completely just because she didn't know the terms they were using.. it was super sad to see. My nails are sore, they don't look clean, the nails are crooked, it looks like I already have regrowth but its been one day, and the attitudes of the employees were just sad to witness. I won't ever return and I will warn everyone to stay away. read more

This place is terrible. My friend and I got there at 6:30 and my friend didn't get her nails done til 8...it wasn't busy and no one was paying her any attention Fast forward a week- my pinky nail broke off and took part of my real nail with it. The dude who did my nails absolutely rushed them AND they weren't even really what I wanted. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Where do I begin? So I must include, I have not got a Full set of Acrylic nails in about 4 years. In girl world, THAT'S AGES AGO! I felt one day, being a mommy of 2 beautiful baby boys and being a stay-at-home mommy during the daytime and Full-time employee at night, I needed to get pampered, where do I go? I Yelped for a good nail salon, and the first thing that came up was, "Westgate Nails & Spa". I review photos and experiences from others (more that 1 post from a reviewer is a +plus) and couldn't help but see woman raving over this business, the art and their excellent staff. I called and made an appointment, Liam was very accommodating to schedule me within the next 30 mins. Always professional, compassionate and very attentive to EVERYONE who comes in his contact. When I arrived - I was warmly greeted and the energy really makes me feel welcome. Everyone really is hands on when it comes to assisting one another. Such a beautiful atmosphere and the work speaks for itself on my hand. I'm always getting compliments on my nails. I just took my little sisters as well, and their nails just left me speechless. I'll update with photos each time Thank you, my new family. *Bear hugs*! read more

The worst and most painful manicure I've ever had. You would think with such an awesome location the salon itself would be nice but it was below average. My husband and I both got pedicures and unimpressed is an understatement. He got poked several times, she made him bleed, we both still have dry heels...just horrible. read more
