They pay great attention to detail. About 3 weeks ago was my first time there needed a place close to home, went in for a fill and fix two broken nails, so they were working with someone else's work but they came out better than any nails I've ever had. This was my first time trying this salon, BUT sadly I was not thrilled about my experience... the lady that did my nails was nice. There was only a handful of people inside so thankfully my lady took her time doing my nails! My nails looked great! So I was super happy. But it's now Saturday, I got my nails done A few DAYS ago. Yes they looked good, but the glue they are using DOES NOT work well. In 2 days, I have had THREE nails pop off. I'm a stay at home mommy so I do NOT do any heavy lifting or put strain on my hands. This glue just lifted abnormally fast. I have NEVER had this happen to me. Maybe it's expired glue ? Maybe she didn't put enough ? IDK, but for $60 I did NOT expect to lose 3 nails in a matter of days. I do not think I will be going back! If you try this salon, I hope your nails come out amazing and LAST!!!! read more

They do not line their basins for pedicure and I got a bacterial infection twice on my big toes ..don't go here

We had a large group wanting to get pedicures, and the cute ladies stayed open late to accommodate us all!! One of the massage chairs was broken, so they even gave a shoulder massage by hand to make up for it, which was greatly appreciated! All of our nails look great, and the pedicure felt amazing. Went to My Kim Nails today which is on my way home from work to get a much needed pedicure. I also ended up getting a gel manicure which they started on while my feet were soaking. They did a great job on my toes and my manicure. This is the first time I've gone to a nail salon and didn't feel like the employees were talking about me in their language. The only reason I didn't give them a five star rating is because I wish they would have massaged my feet like they do at other places. read more

These ladies are fast and do an amazing job!! My daughter and I went here to get our nails done. We both got full sets of acrylics. I got pink and white ombré and she chose to have hers painted. The ladies here are super sweet. Our nails turned out fantastic and it took them no time at all to do them. For anyone wondering, they also offer dip nails here as well. I had already started getting my nails done when I asked about it, so I will be trying it next time. They don't charge extra for cat eye polish either! First and last time coming here. The lady w the reddish eyebrows did my acrylic nails. She put my nails crooked first off & she made the shape too small for my nail shape. The lady was very sweet but I don't think I will be going here again. I got acrylics removed and they were pretty much just ripped off, no soaking to ease the pain. And when cleaning my nails up, my dead skin and dirt from under the nail were rinsed off in the same bowl used to soak my nails. The manicure was just not that great. I've never been to this shop. Thought I'd try somewhere new. I got there right when they were supposed to open. They were 25 minutes open and by the time they showed up, there was about 7 other people there. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and still get service from them. Now the lady who did my toes and my daughters mani/pedi (same lady) was awesome!!! She was so sweet and worked fast. She engaged in conversation and was very pleasant, I wish I learned her name!! But the time came down to where I when to get my full set, I had to have then done by another lady, which is where it went to crap, she was rude and I hated the way she did my nails. My ring finger nail is all jacked up. I've attached photos of it. I asked for coffin style and this one she cut to much and instead of fixing it she just sent me along my way. Don't let the lack of reviews steer you away! They do a wonderful job on your nails and are very detailed oriented. There is a bit of a wait time but that can easily be resolved by setting up an appointment. The staff doesn't talk very much but they are quick and try to be as gentle with your nails as possible. read more

I asked for a particular look, it was time consuming. It was involved it required. Great skill. I walked into this nail shop, greeted by everyone And was directed to sit in a chair immediately. Granted the shop wasn't particularly cool at the time. I didn't have to wait for the tech to get started. She immediately went in. Her hands were extremely gentle. I was tired I'm a mother of three young children and I fell asleep, recognizing that I was really tired. I was asked if I wanted to sit in a more comfortable chair and more comfortable position. was being done on my nails needless to say I got exactly what I desired. The shop stayed open 30 minutes beyond close time to take care of me. Even though it was near enclose time, not one minute did they make me feel rushed impatient or as is my needs could not be met. The girls here are always so, so sweet and they are very welcoming. They generally always do a pretty nice job too. The prices are also very reasonable. The only issue I have is that they frequently don't open at the times listed in their window so it can be a little annoying to wait when you shouldn't have to. Also, they are all family so when they go home to visit their family in Vietnam, their shop is closed for at least a few weeks. Last, my nails usually start peeling after about 6 days:-(. This is a great nail salon!! The staff is soo sweet & friendly and the atmosphere is great. They either are playing a movie or good music on the TV which I like. The salon is very clean and well kept. They give a hand & back massage with your nail service that goes above & beyond the norm! The only reason I deducted 1 star is bc whatever brand of gel polish they use does not last well on my nails and chips fast, so I don't get a gel mani here anymore. Went there on Saturday to get my hands and feet done. They were friendly and nice, while getting my feet done the day cut off part of my toe nail and ended up putting a fake nail on it and got them on my big toes as well. She ended up cutting my big toe and now it's all swollen and sore. My hands were done greatly, but they were giving me a hard time about wanting them short.. For my hands feet and eyebrows and lip waxed they charged me $110...thats a little steep for just gel nail Polish on nails.. I came in 15 minutes before closing and the place was packed and my nail tech still sat me down and started my pedicure unlike other places that woulda turned me away. I was looking for a new nail shop online and stumbled upon this place. I read the reviews and it sounded good. I walked into the shop and the shop wasn't very nice looked a run down and dirty. I would never get a pedicure here. They don't even use bags for the spas. I almost walked out but they pursued to seat me right away. I only needed a gel color change so I said what the heck. Cici helped me she was very nice and did a great job. Maybe because I told her it was my first time there. The gel lasted me over a month and I got a light color which never cracked. I was pretty happy with her service and yes she was very nice. So a month later I went back for a full gel manicure service. One girl started my nail clean up which wasn't very good but whatever Cici would take over so I wasn't worried. But this time the full service I got was fast and no I didn't get my nails cleaned up better. I still had cuticles that needed to be clean. So I told her and she removed the obvious I pointed out but then put oil and it didn't show anymore. I went home and noticed my thumb color had wavy lines like if my nails hadn't dried good. Two days later my nails looked horrible even broke one. The polished changed colors and cracked! I tried calling Cici because she guarantee me that wouldn't happen in the first conversation we had. She was not available. A week later today I went in to see if she was there but she still wasn't. I wanted to give Cici the opportunity to correct my nails. Anyhow the person that I talked to said they had a 2 day policy whatever that means... and that I would have to wait for Cici she couldn't do anything. The problem is that I have been waiting and now it's been a week! I am embarrassed how bad my nails look. I can't keep waiting. Sucks that I paid almost $25 plus tip for a gel manicure that didn't even last 2 days. I will take it as a loss but so are they. I tried to turn my experience around but now they lost me as a customer. I won't go be going back to this place! read more

This place is awesome! I've been looking for the perfect spot to get my nails done and I finally found the one! I'm extremely picky when it comes to my mani/pedis. I've been so disappointed with the spots in AZ (overpriced for what they give) I started giving myself mani and pedis! I could not stand paying $40 for regular manicures and pedicures that I was terribly Unsatisfied with! I decided to treat myself (at my own risk) this time instead of spending the two hours it took me to do my own. Plus, I suck at painting my nails, and I'm so happy I gave Kim Nails a shot. I was happy with the work. My toes felt clean and looked beautiful! The staff is so friendly and makes you feel like family. It was an awesome experience.
