I like Lynn her boyfriend also works there. I believe he's the owner son. He does a good job and the husband which is the owner. Does a good job. I am not too happy with my nails that I just got done on Sunday. I went there out of desperate measures, and, absolutely do not like how my nails came out. I went there because they were lifting and the owner Kim did not do my nails right they're so thin one already like broke evenly. Short simple easy to do get it done all the time should've had an issue, wellFor some reason the nail tech couldn't get the dip to set correctly and harden. I did not realize at the time but as I'm walking out of the door to leave after I pay I reach my hand in my pocket and my nail Ben's completely backwards. So I start checking the rest of my nails in all of them are extremely flimsy and not even connecting to my nail I asked them to redo my nails but instead of taking them off and redoing them to make sure that they were correctly secured on my nail is, the nail tech put eight layers of powder on my nails and they still weren't hard, when all said was in done the nail tech refuse to fix my nails and take them off. They can't take criticism, if I'm unhappy with the progress of a manicure and I express it before you are even done, don't talk about me to your people. It was a basic manicure, then white paint was left around my nail. He couldn't even remove it all because he didn't want to put clear polish on again. Worst place ever!!!! My nails came out horrible and to top it of the nail tech was rude because I asked for her to correct them! She pulled my hand all roughly and keep breathing hard as if she was upset! Not only did they do a horrible job but they also over charged me. it was the first time I've got my nails done here. I wouldn't recommend going here. The lady was nice and all i didnt get her name but when she started to do my nails i walked in and asked for a full set. First as she's picking out the nails to glue on mine, she drops like 2 of them on the floor and just picks the right up and glues them on my nails. Very unsanitary and unprofessional. YOU GRAB NEW ONES. Second, idont know if the nail filer she was using for my hands was new or not but when she was done using it she put it back in her drawer, instead of throwing it away like you should. Third, shes about to put on my clear coat and ALL my cuticles are hanging and look ugly. I tell her aren't you going to cut my cuticles & then tells me its 5$ extra. I have never ever been to a nail salon where i get a full set and charge extra to cut cuticles when that should already be included. I say okay thats fine. She starts cutting my cuticles and just lets the skin pile up on the clippers, she starts cutting my other hand (cuticles) and she cuts my skin and i start bleeding and i could feel it, instead of apologizing for cutting me she tries to act like she didn't even cut me and like if i didn't notice. Nails were filed terribly. I got a coffin shape with gel, called over the phone and didn't give correct price. My nails weren't filed good underneath, so I had jagged pieces . From out of town and needed a rebase. Daughter wanted a gel manicure. Both were reasonably priced and very quick. Techs were very nice as well. The only complaint from both of us was that the paint job didn't go back to the cuticle. So after spending $40 we look as thought we have a week of grow out. Never had this issue at another salon before. Still would go back because they were so nice, but would make sure they fixed it before we left. read more

Staff acts nice, once you let them know that they mess up in the nicest polite voice they start acting really rude saying thinks like "you mess up" "your hands are dirty" and within them start talking sh*t. They rush getting work done that at the end your nails will be very mess up from the nail polish to acrylic being underneath your nails. read more
