Awful. Been here twice both times completely unsatisfied. First time I got my eyelashes done disgusting. Lashes were plastic and hard and the tech used too much glue such weighed the lashes down. U looked sleepy not bright eyed and pretty. As expressed his unhappy I was tech got defensive and claimed she doesn't insure lashes and refused to fix or refund my money. Second time I went I asked for Matt nail polishes on a full set tech talked me into getting the more expensive gel matt. Well it never came out Matt, she made the shine dull to make it look Matt by the time I got home it was full of shine and she left a lump on my right index finger nail it looked like a bubble. The remote to the "massage" chair was covered in oil and he did not even bother to turn it on for me. Another associated commented that he should take care of that. Horrible. I wasn't thrilled the first time I went. My gel manicure came out bubbly and started cracking. When I went back a couple weeks later for a polish change, Cindy the Mutilator had me "soak" my fingers in acetone for all of 1 second before she took a dremel to my nails (mind you, my REAL nails, NOT acrylic!) and proceeded to cut the cuticle and skin of six of my fingers. How the other four escaped her wrath, I don't know. Then she had me soak again in acetone and then alcohol - ow, ow, ow! I was in tears. I rarely write reviews but if anything hopefully it can give somebody some insights and maybe help management with training and quality assurance. I got my dip nails done by a gentleman there 12 days ago on day 6 they started lifting. They have all lifted now and 4 came off completely. Below is the process followed and if you have gotten quality dipped nails before you will understand the many areas where it went wrong and unfortunately when I tried to point it out there was a very firm communication barrier and no desire to try and make it work 1. Roughed up the top of my nail but did not push back the cuticle or clean up the dead skin around my nail in anyway 2. When shaping my nail did not ask for my preferences and kept sharply running the file over the skin on my finger not intentional but definitely an ow. Bleeding from a nail file. 3. Did not apply a dehydrator or primer 4. Applied the activator right at the cuticle not slightly away on the first coat (starting right at the cuticle makes the edges stick up more) 5. Only dipped the color twice not 3 times like usual so the color wound up being pretty translucent and the nail was weaker 6. Did not apply the top clear dip powder so that when smoothing the top of the nail it doesn't effect the color 7. He did smooth out the top but did not get rid of the dried and caked powder out from under the nail 8. Applied the clear coat and dried no problems 9. Put an oil on my nails that was really gross with a nasty smell and yellow tinge that stained my hands Just to be clear there is no difference in price to the salon I am setting in comparison too but while these nails were weaker and more translucent they also started lifting in just seven days. With previous dips I purposely let my nails go as long as I possibly could before the length grew too long and became annoying. The dip lasted 43 days before I couldn't take it anymore. Yes not a typo forty - three days without lifting, chipping or breaking in any way. With the amount of growth I should have gotten them done sooner but I really wanted to see how long they last. When done correctly dipped nail are AMAZING!! There are probably other amazing staff there but you need to be aware of what's going on so you can make an informed decision read more

The girl acted rushed the whole time when there was only one other person in there. Multiple times I said ouch and heard sorry.
