The lady who did my nails was just rude !!! So I got my toes done by a guy & I asked for a designed & from far away it didn't look too bad but when I saw it up close it was just ugly !!! I asked 2 lady's around me if they liked it & said no . When it's my turn to get my nails done I simply tell the lady " hey I did not like my design if they can just take it off , I will still pay for it & she replies all rude " why didn't you say something before he finished" . I was just like I didn't see it that good when he finished & was like we'll do it at the end. She started doing my nails & she was just hurting me !! She probably thought I wasn't going to tip or something ( I always tip good cus I'm a server so I know how ) because she started to tell me a story about how she hates greedy people & I just melt uncomfortable the whole time !!! Monday afternoon around 4:15pm is the time to go. Came in was pretty impressed at how big and clean Bien Nails is. I remember going to Bien when they were on 67th and Camelback. The guy who did my gel mani was great, he did cut me but my cuticles are pretty sensitive. Love all the selection of nail colors especially the gel. Will be coming back. I would like to start by saying customer service is EVERYTHING in a place of business!!! When I stated what I wanted coffin shaped nails the stylist kept asking me if square was what I wanted I stated no coffin I asked her if she knew how to do them that way and she stood up and stared at me when I asked what was going on she asked me to stand up and sent me to someone else with no explanation or at least a no I don't know how but I will send you to someone who does !!!! After that each stylist took their turn to come look at my nails and laugh it was very uncomfortable!!! read more

Horrible ! I went in with my niece who is 5 , to get her nails polished , I was getting acrylic nails , & toes done . The girl who did my nieces polish messed up on her polish and still sent her under the light so they can dry ! I then told the lady to fix them she ended up leaving and no one else who was working fixed them . My acrylic nails are good , but my toes are sloppy the lady put no effort into them telling me if I pay the $22 I would get all kinds of other treatments done , I declined that offer but I knoticed in there Brochure all the offers were supposed to happen regardless If you pay the $22 (except for sugar scrub , and calluses remover) NEVER COMING BACK & WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ! I've been here a few times, wasn't always impressed. Until today, I would recommend if you go to ask for Loc. He's really good and does a great job with the foot/leg massage. I'm a massage therapist so, I would know. Overall the people are friendly and it's a clean place. Thank you, Loc! read more

had a full set done by a new lady with short hair. she completely messed up the shape of my nails & did what I asked her not to do. so I asked her to do them shorter because I didn't like the shape, thinking it'd help. she had an attitude. she then rushed me to pick a color & was rude that I was trying to see the different options. I've always used this shop as a quick go to for my pedi needs & the service has always been decent to good for their prices. Except for today. I got a seriously rushed job as if this was a Friday afternoon & they were swamped. I waited 20 mins for a tech as two of the three were with customers & the other playing with her phone. The tech who served me, immediately lost the color I picked. Then removed my existing toe color, but didn't notice I had a design on my big toe, but commented on my leg tattoo. This tidbit is relevant because after he completed my ped in 10 mins he starts to put my shoes on. I asked for a design & he tells me oh he doesn't do those...doesn't know how & no one else is available to do a design. I'm in shock. Nothing but so sorries. I asked before I left if they knew what Yelp was & they to get involved. Like so many nail shops in AZ, perhaps they've changed management....again. I will never return & wished I check help before giving them my business. read more

Horrible customer service, while doing my gel nails the lady kept telling me to "move!" my hands instead of saying "excuse me" like a well mannered person would. She also kept hurting my hand and pushing them away. When I was paying she also threw the pen and receipt at me, definitely won't be coming back...FYI I was not being rude to her!! read more

I'm giving this place no stars. I waited for an hour and 10 minutes with my feet in the water before someone attended me. Its not like the place was busy. My feet looked like prunes and she finished my pedicure in 15 mins and that was only because I slowed her role. I've never felt so rushed during a pedicure. She didn't even touch my cuticles. I have been going to this nail salon for about 5 years for a pedicure and gel nails. In general they have done a good job, every now and then I get someone that does not do a good job. I have never complained in the 5 years I have gone there. However, in the past 2 and a half weeks I have had to have my gel nails done twice by the same young girl. They begin to peel after only a few days. I mentioned it to the man who seems to be in charge, Richard the time before. He said if it happened again to go back and they would fix it. So I had my nails done on a Monday, Aug 31st and they started peeling off by that Thursday. I was out of town. As soon as I got back on Monday I went to the nail salon. They were closed for the holiday. So I went back in on Tuesday. Richard was not there so I talked with his sister and explained and showed her my nails. She was very rude to me and would not fix them. She asked if I could prove I had them done within the last week. I pulled up by bank statement on my phone with the charges and showed her the charge from Aug 31st when I had them done and the charge for a week and a half earlier when I also had them done and they didn't last either. She still refused to fix them. I will take my business elsewhere. I have been a customer for 5 yrs and you would think they would have treated me better. Totally unacceptable!!!! read more
