When we reached out to understand what happened and see if there was a solution, management was harsh and defensive. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience, I was left feeling like I was the problem for trying to resolve a scheduling issue that wasn't my fault. I completely understand that this was a free promotional service, but that doesn't mean a customer's time has no value. If a business chooses to offer complimentary services for training, they should honor confirmed appointments or at the very least handle cancellations professionally and with empathy. Simply dismissing the situation because "it was free anyway" is not good customer service. The issue was never that the service was free it was that a confirmed appointment was canceled after I had planned my day around it, and the situation was handled poorly. If the business wasn't prepared to honor these appointments, they shouldn't have offered them in the first place.

I made a reservation on the website for a Saturday afternoon. I couldn't get to spots together so I called and the girl was so helpful with confirming we could go together. We arrived and got a free beverage which was yummy. I got a flavored tea. The prices are reasonable and cheaper than other salons. The salon is cute and super spacious with plenty of seats. My sister had a thing with her tech cause she didn't ask her which pedi package she wanted. The girl popped an attitude when my sister nicely asked her for the package she wanted. It was weird. I get so frustrated when massages aren't done properly or for the stated length of time. The menu says you get a 7 minute hot stone massage and mine was LITERALLY 45 seconds. I timed it. See photo attached. Like really? Plus the massages for lotion and sugar scrub were also less than 1 minute. We got mani's next and my girl was amazing. She is the manager of the store and so funny. I love how my nails turned out. I also asked for a mani and the dip but she explained they are not included which I learned! She asked how our pedis were and I was truthful. She apologized and ended up giving us a discount which was very sweet.

I went with my sister and wanted to get the pedicure plus and a dip manicure. My sister showed me her menu because the girl that started doing my pedicure didn't give me the menu. She asked me if I wanted gel and I said I didn't need gel. My sister told me to just do it so I told the girl I would do gel instead of basic nail polish. After a while, I realized she was doing the lotion and hot stone massage and I was like...I wanted to do the plus and she said no you said basic and I said you didn't even ask and she said your sister gave you the menu. I was like whatever I'll just do the standard. So she was like no I'll do it....The language barrier in nail salons is real frustrating. Also noticed in the plus pedicure it says 7 minute hot stone massage. Mine was less than a minute and my sister did the same pedicure and timed hers and it was 45 seconds. Don't advertise something that you are not going to include. My dip manicure was great. Maddie was very nice and did a good job with my basic dip until my nails grow out more. Do NOT go here unless you want to leave disappointed…read more I went in at 8:00 PM on Thursday for an acrylic fill and pedicure, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had. My nail tech, Angela, was friendly and nice to talk to, but the entire appointment was spent listening to stories about her personal life, which felt very unprofessional. She was also very convincing when talking about how this salon takes extra time to make sure every client leaves happy with perfect nails. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. I ended up canceling my pedicure because my acrylic fill alone took almost THREE HOURS. Throughout the service, my fingers were constantly being pulled and twisted around, leaving them sore afterward. Even worse, she repeatedly filed into my skin, causing multiple cuts that actually bled. When I pointed it out, she said she was going to clean them with alcohol so they wouldn't be swollen or red the next day. The alcohol burned terribly on the open cuts. The finished nails look awful. My cuticles weren't even cleaned up, there is acrylic all around them, and the overall work honestly looks like it was done by a beginner. It certainly does not look professional. At checkout, I mentioned the cuts and bleeding and had to ASK for a discount. They only took $8 off the service and then asked if I was okay. I still left a tip because Angela was kind, but kindness doesn't make up for poor workmanship. I later called and spoke with the owner, hoping they would take responsibility. Instead, I was told to come back and they would take care of my next visit. Come back? After leaving with bleeding fingers and a terrible set of nails? Absolutely not. I don't have anything personal against Angela, but based on the quality of work I received, I genuinely do not believe nails are her profession. No customer deserves to be promised perfect work and then leave with cuts, pain, and nails that look unfinished. Save your money. Wait for a reputable nail salon. This place is not worth it.
