Not the most welcoming people even if they're yelling hi sweetie when you walk in. I waited an hour with it being nobody waiting even after making an "appt "and then pretty much forgotten about. I wasn't seeing anyone wait me as long & maybe a "be with you in a second" during that waiting time. Also mind you they had actually texted me to if I was going to be making my appointment and where I was& thought it was actually nice they were confirming & hoping to get in asap but again I waited an hour regardless what was the point. then honestly it felt rushed atleast on my hands but even so the quality is why I keep coming back. Maybe rushed but they have Great nails & they last long. I only left $5 extra after everything I'm not giving you my hard earned money for bad service majority of the 2-3 hours I spent there & especially to the lady who did my hands was very passive aggressive & made me nervous. However I will be be back regardless one more time hoping it goes well because is my3rd time back and I always get compliments just im nearly over the general personality of this shop. If I get the same experience there's plenty of other places. A few people have asked at work where I got them & to be honest I hate sending them here and warn them that it's weird vibes it's almost like they hate what they do and despise atleast & especially the younger group of paying customers, their maybe a little comfortable treating some people like they're just not supposed to be there. or over charging you still knowing you had less than standard service delivered & it was never addressed. IBut look how beautiful! Despite it being 1 coat of nail polish bc again I as rushed out but my card sure wasn't!

This was my inspiration pic. The other two are my nails right after they were done.

I went in to remove the set I had and get a French tip gel manicure with my natural nails. They had me soak off the nails and a gal came and started doing my nails I showed her a pic of what I wanted. She said if I got chrome it would look so good with my natural nails, I said as long as it's with the French tip. She said okay. She also said she was going to take off the acrylic powder and glue that was stuck and dried to my fingers. I know this place gets busy I understand that, but she didn't put French tip like I requested her filing was off and she was rushing and she did not help me take the glue off my fingers. The first few times I went and got my nails done. They did amazing job, but I think this will be the last time going there. They also quoted me one price and I ended up paying 10$ more.

Lee always takes care of me and my family and friends! Mia I believe is the owner who is always there and working hard. I love that it's a family business. They always do a great job.

Quality is top notch, Hanna was very gentle and took extra time making sure my pedicure was perfect. It's also really peaceful inside. Came from California and I was very relaxed before my drive home.

This is a nail place I checked out and I must say it is on my list of top 5 nail salons to go to in the Valley. It's not too expensive, the staff is great, it's close by me in Glendale, and they do a great job with your nails/toenails! Arial did my nails and she did a great job! You can tell the nail techs care about your nails. I asked her opinion on what I should get and she gave me great advice. The day I was there they didn't turn people away even at 7pm when they were closed and to me that says a lot about their character. They are great! I got a pedicure to and that was great, the basic wasn't expensive at all! I highly recommend!

kind of small pretty cozy, but it's the only place I have gone and they dipped Nails and they don't come up from the back in two weeks. I have extremely thin nails and they are very gentle which I appreciate and they soak off my old dip instead of drilling it down, which really helps read more

I went in to remove the set I had and get a French tip gel manicure with my natural nails. They had me soak off the nails and a gal came and started doing my nails I showed her a pic of what I wanted. Do not go here if you want quality service. The young lady that did my pedicure did a good job. However, Gnoc did a manicure that was terrible. She was on her phone almost the entire time; both face time and calls. She did no cuticle oil and when I asked for my nails to be shortened she cut them so short they hurt. She was not interested in doing a good job and both women the pedicurest and Gnoc Hong Nyguen laughed as I paid. There were children there of the employees running around. This is an unprofessional place and I should have known since it was not very busy. Awful experience. read more

(SOAK OFF and new dip powder set with velvet nails) I usually don't like to do reviews because I feel like the ones I see are mostly bots or only complaints. But LET ME TELL YALL. COME SUPPORT THIS FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. MIA, is the sweetest, most meticulous and hardworking nail tech you'll ever meet. The WHOLE staff is family. I came in because my usual nail lady was on vacation. (Don't tell her I cheated on her!! I feel so bad but I am so happy) I came in on a Friday around 5pm, they close at 7. She was busy so she politely asked if I could come back in an hour. The hour came, and she was still SUPER busy. But with good reason. They respected my assigned appointment (you know they don't do that in other salons; they make you wait even more!) it is a small salon but I think it's good that it's small, with the whole family being very attentive to your care. But anyways; one of her assistants helped me remove my acrylic nails in a very careful manner. I was in so much pain with one of my nails because I pulled it by accident. So even touching it was hurting. They took their time and relieved me of my pain. Not only that, but Mia gave me some beautiful nails. Although she closed at 7, she did not rush on my nails, she spoke to me, and also was VERY meticulous about all the minor details. (I have been going to my original nail lady for 6 years for the same reason, I am very picky when it comes to nails). She impressed me not only with her techniques but with her immediate knowledge of the colors and new styles being used. I showed her a picture and didn't hesitate. Sometimes when I would go to different salons, they would say they didn't know how to do it and/or suggest a different style or color because they don't know how to do it. They didn't hurt me at all. I am so happy with the results. The nails feel and look great. They're not too thin or thick. The shape is great and no sign of any imperfections anywhere. I WILL be back Mia! Thanks so much. I also wanted to point out although she closed at 7, there were many clients getting taken care of and none of them were being rushed. There was another client next to me who's nails didn't result into the way they wanted. It was almost 8PM, Mia and the other gentlemen doing the nails made it right and offered to help fix the young ladies nails because she didn't want her to walk out the salon unsatisfied. They're very hardworking and really nice!!!! If any of them don't understand what you're asking for, Mia steps in and helps with the language barrier if any. You know nowadays we don't even know what the younger kids are talking about. So much different lingos but she's super positive. I loved her positive attitude and everyone in the salon as well. They were all super nice. read more

This was my first time trying this nail salon and I was not disappointed! I called for an appt at 9:45am they said they could get us in at 10:30am (it was even Saturday AM). They were super friendly from the minute we walked in. My BF came with and got a mani / pedi, I got a fill and pedi. The pedi's were wonderful! They took their time and let me tell you the foot massage was amazing! Sooo relaxing. The prices were pretty average for any salon right now, but they did a great job on both of us. I think when they first open on a Saturday is best as once we were leaving they were starting to get busier. I will keep coming back to them! read more

Have been there twice now for a pedicure and both times have been a great experience. The older lady who did my pedicure both times does a good job. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because I felt like she kept trying to upsell me on services and that gets annoying. That being said, I will still be back. read more

Rarely treat myself to getting my nails done so I was really looking forward to getting a gel pedicure & manicure this weekend. I called ahead to see if they had availability & scheduled an appt. I arrived on time & was helped immediately but the lady who helped me out made this the worst experience I've ever had in a salon. She was rude & aggressive, she tried arguing with me continually & made a lot of unnecessary comments towards me. She ended the appointment by commenting on my weight & made me feel really uncomfortable. Not an enjoyable experience & do not recommend. read more

The new owner Mia is absolutely amazing! I've been getting my nails done by her for years and she recently took over Idol Nails and Spa. I always make an appt with her and never have to wait. Best customer service I've had at a nail salon and she does amazing work! Anything I ask for she gets it done and her nail shaping is on point! I would definitely recommend this place as everyone here is amazing. Her husband is incredible at nail art and her sister does the best pedicures. read more

You will never leave this nails spot once you got your nails done here. They are amazing and worthy of whatever you pay for. Got my nails done here once and never gone anywhere else. The service is good and the people are so polite and friendly. They got bad reviews I believe from the previous business not the current one read more

Update: fingernails are completely bare and have been for a few days. Gel manicure lasted less then a week. I don't chew or pick at my nails. Very disappointed in the nail service. I can paint my nails with cheap polish and it last longer. read more

These people are very unprofessional the first time I walked in they didn't greet me and didn't make me feel welcomed till like 15 min after being there they asked what I needed. So I got my nails done that day worse mistake and waste of money honestly I had to go back twice to get my nail fixed because when I got my nails literally that same day one of my nails broke I went back the following day cause they were already closed They fixed it with no charge then two days later another nail broke and this time they redid my whole nails with out even asking me and charged me I went out of town that same day they fixed my nails again and that same day when driving to Utah my nail broke again for the third time I'm definitely never going back this place it is honestly a joke and all those good reviews are spam for sure !!! I'm back in town but will look for a different nail salon read more

WAY over priced for the quality of work, save your money. I paid $100 for a fill with white tips and a basic pedi, one color, nothing special but he did cut my finger and i was bleeding and left hair in the powder so i can see it in my nail and couldn't even fix or discount it, Ridiculous! The work definitely isn't worth $100, never again. read more

This isn't what I asked for they didn't even paint the French tip the white is the real acrylic and they called it a day by applying a clear gel on top. Ask for a natural ombré. read more

She asked me if I wanted gel and I said I didn't need gel. My sister told me to just do it so I told the girl I would do gel instead of basic nail polish. After a while, I realized she was doing the lotion and hot stone massage and I was like...I wanted to do the plus and she said no you said basic and I said you didn't even ask and she said your sister gave you the menu. I was like whatever I'll just do the standard. So she was like no I'll do it....The language barrier in nail salons is real frustrating. Also noticed in the plus pedicure it says 7 minute hot stone massage. Mine was less than a minute and my sister did the same pedicure and timed hers and it was 45 seconds. Don't advertise something that you are not going to include. My dip manicure was great. Maddie was very nice and did a good job with my basic dip until my nails grow out more. This place has a new owner! I love this place and the staff. I have been doing my nails (dip and also pedicure) with Mia for over 2 years now. I have tried other places prior and was having a hard time finding someone that would do great quality of work and someone who does what I exactly want. Mia listens and does a great job following pics that I show her on how I want my nails, she also does her own designs on my nails and she surprises me sometimes with designs and gives input about color coordination. She matches the colors right and my dip always lasts with her compared to other nail techs. I also trust her to wax my eyebrows! Other staff at this place are wonderful as well and they all go above and beyond. Mia is the new owner of this place and I was so excited when she opened her own shop. This is a family based business. I don't feel rushed here and they take their time working on your nails and on your pedicure.
