I went in with a picture of some chrome nails that I wanted. When he was applying the chrome powder, I noticed it was way more white than what the picture looked like. I hesitated to say anything but they read my face and asked me if something was wrong. I showed them the picture again and without hesitation, they talked about what they needed to do differently and changed it! They were so nice about it and my toes came out just like the picture. Lovely, nice ladies in this salon! My visit was great and my nails came out exactly how I wanted. Unfortunately knocking off stars because after getting my nails done on Tuesday, one had already broken off by Thursday. Very unfortunate having spent $150+ total on both hands and feet, and because I was a little skeptical about the liquid gel extension alternative the offered since they don't do gel-x. Also because the nail broke on the day before I left for my weeklong vacation. It didn't break from some sort of excess pressure or trauma to my finger, I just looked down and the whole tip was gone. I can see now that the layer of gel overlay on that nail is quite thin which is probably why. read more

Awful experience! I got dip powder nails and the person was super rough. They didn't even try to remove the old polish they just filed it all off, which is annoying because that files down the natural nail along with the old product. I literally have cuts on every other finger! It's been 6 days and those cuts still hurt. Never again! read more

I had to travel and was unable to get a fill and pedicure prior to leaving. The hotel I was staying at recommended this nail salon and they did not disappoint! Very friendly staff, great pedicure and great acrylic fill. Very nice ladies. The shop was clean & enjoyably decorated. By far, the BEST place I have ever received nail service! Very welcoming and friendly service. Nails were cut to my preference, great quality gel, and my acrylics looked amazing after two months (I completely forgot to take pictures but will update when I return to town). It looks like there are maybe 3-4 employees. They are not overly crowded on a Monday- just a few people. You can walk in or set up an appointment, and request a specific person if you like. I walked in, this is my first time. I ordered a #2 pedicure and a manicure. They soaked, grated, and massaged my feet, the applied the polish. They also massaged the lower portion of my calves, which tend to hold a lot of tension, so that helped relax them. They do a light hand massage and then paint your nails. Before they paint your nails, you will need to pay, as they don't want you to ruin your nails digging through your purse or pocket. Tips are in cash only, they do not take card. Also of note, I don't think they generally have anyone at the front desk to go over the services they offer. There is a separate menu that is more detailed, which they carry with them. I am a bit detail oriented so I would want to see the full thing. I had a hard time understanding most of their English. Service was good and very detail oriented. read more

Found this place after looking at reviews for different places around the Avondale/Goodyear area and they did not disappoint. Salon was very nice and clean, and they had a wide variety of colors to pick from. They weren't super busy when I came in as a walk in so they were able to seat me right away. Wait has been too long recently and they have expressed being short staffed. Last builder gel I had broke which was upsetting. Ali one of the nail techs that seems to run it all for the owner talks about clients to other clients not in a malicious way but don't talk about your clients or share their business with other clients. Idk to me that's wrong and gives the idea that the evil eye is real. To complain about a client doing a lot on her nails and saying she takes up too much of her time to another client is wrong and she should have that conversation with the other client and let her know that the work she wants done takes a while and she's limited in time and let her know when she has the time or suggest she go to a speciality nail tech. I walked out and won't return again this was my spot but not anymore. read more

This has been my go-to ever since I've moved to Goodyear a few years ago. I always get seen right away, however I also don't request anyone special for my pedicures. Finding a great nail salon is so hard these days, so I am absolutely ecstatic that I have found one so close to home! Its classy and luxurious vibe makes me feel like I'm pampering myself every time I go. All of the nail technicians are so friendly and incredibly talented! I was pleasantly surprised when I called about getting a pedicure and they said they could take me right away - I told them I was 10 minutes away and they said just come on in. When I got there they were super friendly and said they'd be right with me. Seemed to be a lot of return customers which is a good sign. So I took a seat ... and waited. Granted, I was a walk-in; but to me "right away" is not the same as "it'll be almost 30 minutes before we actually get started." By that point I had invested the time so I stayed, especially since they did get me seated with my feet in warm water after 10 min or so. I selected the $55 option which included hot stone, paraffin, and the usual other things like a scrub, callus removal etc. I also asked for gel polish. The man did a nice job - not spectacular but good enough. The hot stones and paraffin were a little rushed but to be fair I did tell them I had to be at another appt at 1:00 (never thought I'd be there that long!) Foot and leg massage was wonderful - best part of the pedi. (Hence 4 stars; wish I could give 3.5) During the paraffin I asked if I could pay so I wouldn't be late for my other appointment. When he brought the bill over he said it was $70! I couldn't understand why - until he said it was for the gel. I understand up charging for gel but $15 seems excessive for a tiny place in a strip mall (my usual place charges $10 and that is clearly stated on their signs and price lists) and nowhere at all on the price list does it talk about any up charge for gel, never mind the amount. That doesn't sit well with me. I did tip him accordingly. But I am a firm believer in transparency. Should I have asked? I guess. But if I was the business owner I would put things like that on the price list, and I wouldn't say I could take someone right away and then have them end up waiting for a half hour. Will I give them another chance? Probably since overall the pedi was good. And I believe in supporting small local businesses and giving second chances! If I do I'll get a much less expensive one especially if I want gel again. read more
