My wife and daughters went to this nail salon on Saturday afternoon and had a fantastic experience. They were greeted and seated right away for their pedicures. Honestly, I've never seen all three of them happy with a service at the same time--usually, at least one of them is disappointed. But not this time. They were all genuinely pleased with the results. The salon is very clean and well-maintained, and every staff member they interacted with was professional and courteous. Highly recommend! read more

Just got a fresh set from Allora and I'm feeling myself again! I'm pretty bad at being consistent about my acrylic, so I've only been here three times in the last year, but the team is always quick to take care of me. I didn't have an appointment this time, but they got me in right away and less than an hour later, I walked out with cute French nails! The salon is clean and chic. I normally don't leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be shared. I visited Allornails recently, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. After getting my nails done, both my index and middle fingers developed fungus underneath the nails. This has never happened to me before, and it raises serious concerns about the salon's sanitation practices. It also seemed like the technicians didn't take proper care with the tools or the overall nail prep, which made the service feel rushed and unprofessional. A nail salon should prioritize cleanliness and client safety, and I didn't feel that here. I hope Allornails takes this feedback seriously and improves its standards, because no customer should have to deal with an issue like this afterward. read more

This nail shop is great! I moved to the area a year ago & needed a new nail salon. Allora was the first shop I visited & I am so glad I did. They gained a regular customer that day. I have now been going there every two to three weeks and they always do a great job. They are very friendly and have great customer service. Lee does an excellent job on my nails and Linna does a wonderful job on my pedicures as well. They also have reasonable prices. I highly recommended them! You will not be disappointed! read more

I was a walk in yesterday around 11:40AM almost noon. There were only a few customers. I got lucky without having to wait too long. My nails turned out well! It being my first time getting my nails done in Arizona. It was a good experience. I didn't get the name of my nail lady, but her English was really good. She had blonde hair. She asked me what color of glitter line did I want and how many fingers did I want the design on. I asked for her opinion. She recommended all since Christmas is coming up. So I went with her opinion. Normally I am used to shorter nails (for typing for work), this length isn't too bad. I'd come back to this place whenever I am back in Phoenix again! She worked efficiently and pretty fast in my opinion. I was in and out within an hour I believe & waited 15ish minutes. The price was not bad at all. i use to come here religiously until i stopped and here's why. The prices are going up every couple of weeks it seems and every time i come it's always a different attitude with these people. Today i walked in not busy at all and this girl with braces goes "can i help you" in a very aggressive tone like i dont know if it was me or she was annoyed lol. She turns around to tell the guy what i want and makes a face then he asks me "can i help you" at this point im overwhelmed and awkward. Judy did an AMAZING job. I like simple nails but am particular about the shape and thickness of the nail and she did such a perfect job. 1000/10 recommend. New to the area and wanted to try a new place, I called ahead Sunday for a waiting time and was told 10 minutes...turned out to be an hour. But I know times change, plus I had not pampered myself for awhile so I stook it out. Got a pedicure for $37 and acrylic set for $65 and both girls were nice. At the end I did notice that some nails were thicker than others but I was in such a rush trying to get back home to my newborn. So far it's only been 8 days and three are nails are already lifted and will likely pop off by tomorrow. With the usual lady I've gone to for three years, my nails last nearly a month! Definitely wanted to like this place,seemed clean and had a nice environment. Bummer read more

Manicure with dipping powder and showed a picture expect all they did was throw some $45 dipping powder no manicure no cleaning the nail no hygiene after I mentioned it they're like oh we're gonna do it at the end then it comes to the end of my nails being done looking unshaped not the right color and then they say oh it's another $10 charge. if the manicure doesn't come with hygiene, then call it something else say that in the beginning, they all look like gremlins when I walked in, they were playing Kidz Bop the whole time I sat there annoying. read more

I went in about a week ago and loved my nails unfortunately after maybe 4 days my gel started peeling off I didn't notice the bubbles before which was why they peeled I went in last year and less than a week after my nail broke off so I wanted to give em another chance but if it's not one thing it's another. I've gotten my nails done at other places and had never had gel peel off not sure if it was the quality of the gel or the tech was trying to finish fast but think about it before going here. I was recommended by my niece the owner did my Pedicure and I was going to get a full set with with Judy well that didn't happened....the owner that refused to tell me her name and she ended up getting upset because she left a lot of dead skin on my toes and I told her to take the dead skin off please and she exploded and said "u don't like"! I said no!!!!! And she told me well am not going to have Judy do your nails. She said don't pay me am not going to do nothing! I said it's not the point!!!! I've been going here to get my nails done with Xena for maybe 3 or 4 months. I happened to walk in after not being happy with the work a different salon had done and will never go anywhere else. Xena is the best at what she does, always consistent and meticulous. She's even gotten me out of My boring dark color choices and into more fun colorful nail designs. read more

I got a gel pedicure from Paul and it was great! He and everyone else on staff were very friendly, and the prices are very reasonable ($23 for a basic pedicure and $13 for gel - plus they offered a 10% discount since they recently opened!). He took his time and didn't rush at all, even though it got a little busier around 3:30 pm. That being said, it might be good to make an appointment if you're wanting to come in the later afternoon. I got in right away when I came around 2:45. Great job, friendly staff, good pricing - I'll definitely be back! read more

I love this place. Here's a few pics I've been saving to write this review. The place itself form the outside is not too cute but it's what they can do inside that counts. They can do all kinds of designs and they have the sharpest nails even when they are square. I can't find another place that does them as sharp as this place!! I don't know if you ever feel like your nails don't really scratch when you get them done but here it'll feel like you're actually scratching!! The younger lady with blondish that sits up front is the best!! The younger guy with longer hair does the best pedi white tips and gives the best massages. I get so frustrated when massages aren't done properly or for the stated length of time. The menu says you get a 7 minute hot stone massage and mine was LITERALLY 45 seconds. I timed it. See photo attached. Like really? Plus the massages for lotion and sugar scrub were also less than 1 minute. We got mani's next and my girl was amazing. She is the manager of the store and so funny. I love how my nails turned out. I also asked for a mani and the dip but she explained they are not included which I learned! She asked how our pedis were and I was truthful. She apologized and ended up giving us a discount which was very sweet.

The next day, the area became painful and started draining what appeared to be pus. I'm now dealing with what seems to be an infection and have to seek medical evaluation. I understand that complications can happen, but I was disappointed by how aggressively my toenail was trimmed. I hope the salon takes extra care when performing pedicures and is more cautious with cuticle and nail work to help prevent this from happening to other customers. I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

I decided to try this salon since it's close to my hairstylist, but unfortunately the experience wasn't a good one. The staff had conversations with each other the entire time but didn't really engage with me as a customer, which made the atmosphere feel cold and unwelcoming. While the length and shape of my nails turned out exactly as I requested, I left with glue on my hands, and the nails were still very sharp even though I asked for them to be buffed down. I'll have to file them at home. They also charged $10 just to cut cuticles, which felt high given the overall service. Overall, it was a disappointing visit. I appreciate that the nails themselves look fine in terms of length and shape, but the lack of customer service and attention to detail means I wouldn't return or recommend this salon. read more
