The reason why I'm giving it four stars, though, is because she was on the phone the entire time and had headphones in. They expect you to cancel 48hr prior to your appointment otherwise they charge you a $25 fee yet, they are a no-show. The place appeared clean and well-kept but the unprofessionalism ruined it for me. Clients need their time respected too.
